Holiday rentals with a patio in Na Kluea

The best place to stay in Pattaya in my opinion. The roof top swimming pool is just awesome. Chaiyadid is a friendly and resposive host. Had 0 issues at the property! Highly recommend!

what a loverly apartment. only a short stay ,but id be very comfortable for long periods. The hole place was spotles . if im back in jomtien doing business I'd stay again . well done 5☆

5 Stars We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and everything we needed. The space was clean, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. The hosts were very responsive and kind, making sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Would definitely love to stay here again!

We had a rocky start mostly due to jet-lag and my own inability to follow simple directions but once we got settled in this was everything Panatda said it was and more. Panatda was very responsive and and answered questions quickly and completely. Great location and great host

Convenient location, convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. The guards were also very friendly and helped me check in. The decoration in the house is simple and beautiful, the house is well maintained, and the cleaning is also very clean. There is no problem with the use of any items in the house. I'd like to stay again next time.

Top floor unit with beautiful views

The apartment looks just like the photos — maybe even better! Everything is arranged with love and attention to detail. The balcony offers stunning views — I watched a few sunrises and felt like I was in a movie. Check-in was super easy: follow the instructions, enter the code — done! The place is fresh, cozy, and has all you need — a nice fridge, kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. There’s a pool and a 7-Eleven downstairs. On the 35th floor, the view is incredible: a balcony on the left and a little rooftop garden on the right — like a hidden gem. The location is great too: 20 min by taxi to the north, 10–15 to the center. There’s a bus station and a local fruit market nearby — honestly, I stayed here just for the mangoes! In short: a home made with care in a perfect spot. And if you want the beach — Koh Larn island is just a short trip away. Ada, thank you for your warm hospitality!

A very good place for staycation esp for a family of 3 or 4. All necessary things such as cooking stuff, doing laundry, and ironing are provided. The owner of the unit gives good and quick assistance when you need it. Tourist places are just around the area if you want to roam and do sightseeing. We are definitely going back.

The house is same in the picture. So big and beautiful house. It near to walk to the private beach but cannot go to the other beach. In house at corner of the room has a dust. Cover sheet fabric on the sofa has dust too. Swimming pool is clean and clear that same the picture. About electricity we can use free on 20 unit if exceed we should to pay so we pay at 600 baht. Host is the best host, helpful and quickly responds to my question. So everything is good at this house. Recommended 👍🏻.

Lovely place and a nice location in a private villa complex, very helpful and accommodating staff and receptionist who are always on hand and very friendly. Iced coffees at reception are delicious and can be ordered to your villa, caramel machiatto in particular was incredible. The villa not only matches the description, it is better than the images and more spacious, you can login to your netflix and watch on TV and there is stable WiFi. The pool is really nice to have a swim and it's the perfect location with which to enjoy and explore Jomtien. We would certainly stay again.

Nice and small pool villa. everything. was great except they should have provided some handsoap dishwash liquid. also, they charge about an extra for electricity..other than that. it was good.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

Ece is a great host. All the instructions were very clear and every time we have a question, he responds back. The house is amazing and very clean. Exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Very quiet neighbourhood. Amazing Housekeeping service. Every 2 days they come to clean the House. I recommend everyone who comes to Pattaya to stay in this house.

Claudio was proactive in communicating with me and my group. Claudio got in touch with me a day prior to check-in. Due to geography and local unorthodox address listing google maps had us a few blocks away from the residence. Claudio assisted us with finding the location. Note: if renting this place and using a ride share service ask Claudio for the exact address to use. We initially had issues with that as the residence address can sometimes can be confusing for drivers. Outside of that, the place is as advertised. No bad rooms in this house. Ample space for large groups, the larger bedrooms on the top floor that face the pool were excellent. The pool dimensions and depth are approximately 25ftx15ftx4ft. I would say it can comfortably fit 7-10 people and even more kids without feeling crowded. The home is situated within walking distance of several store/shops. You'll be amongst the locals which I personally like. I would recommend and would rent a this place again!

Was visiting a friend on the same location site John had refurbished and it was high end value items ( bed, wall had noise reduction sound) Everything you need is within walking distance Super quiet

I really can't think the host for all the help and prompt responses ,it was a great place convenient to everything I will hopefully find another of chens places on my return trip.
