Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Myrthianos Plakias

Abbiamo soggiornato le prime due settimane di ottobre e non posso che fare una recensione super positiva di questo posto. Casa molto bella e accogliente, con una vista mare meravigliosa, non puoi non svegliarti bene! Posizione ottima per raggiungere varie mete in macchina, oltre che ad essere a soli 20 minuti di macchina da Chania. Siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dalla bontà e dalla gentilezza dell’host, mamma di Gorgios, una persona davvero di cuore e molto disponibile. Ci tengo a dare un consiglio a chi andrà in futuro in uno di questi appartamenti : di avere cura dei gattini che girano lì, sono dolcissimi e una carezza in più fa per loro la differenza ♥️ Noi tutte le sere gli davamo da mangiare delle scatolette di carne. Non potendoli salvare tutti, nel nostro piccolo si puo’ fare la cosa più giusta per loro!

Excellent location, wonderful host and the amenities are as described. Litsa was so welcoming, gave us homemade bread/cake and also shared homemade lasagne with us. she also offered some toys for our little one and beach towels for us during our stay. highly recommend for the experience and location as restaurants and old town are a very short walk away. koum kapi beach is a 5 min walk as well. couldn't recommend enough..

Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und der Ausblick mindestens genauso so schön wie auf den Bildern ! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt und haben uns sehr gefreut, das man auch in der Wohnung kochen konnte. Es war sehr schön ruhig und daher perfekt zum runterkommen :). Supermärkte und Restaurants, sowie der Strand waren fußläufig erreichbar. Jurga war super freundlich und war sehr gut erreichbar .

Maryellen communicated really well before and during the stay. The house is a fantastic location but you need a car or taxi to get to local restaurants and into Chania. Maryellen even booked the taxi for us to Chania. The house is fully equipped with everything. The views are amazing over looking the sea. The outside space is great with magical pool. It’s on a hill so probably not suitable for people who find it difficult with stairs and because the pool is an infinity pool you would need to be careful of children in the pool. The house is private and in a quiet location. We will be going back, one of the best Airbnb we have been to.

Wir waren 3 Tage bei Gina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Abends konnten wir lecker bei ihr Essen. Alles ist sehr familiär. Sohn und Mann arbeiten mit. Zum Schluss haben wir leckeres Bio Olivenöl gekauft aus eigener Herstellung. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist bei Gina genau richtig. Gastgeberin mit ganz großem Herz.

Very nice home and location very nice, walkable to harbor and old town which was very nice! Lots of restaurants! The house was very clean and comfortable and really pretty view of the sea from living room area. The layout was very nice as bathroom on floor of living are and second floor with bedrooms with full bath very nice, lots of room!! My only complaint was, in my opinion, the portrait over master bed was very provocative and also, in my opinion, offensive being a female. Don’t understand why there must be naked pictures of female. This really offended me and can’t understand why??? Laura Rehm

What a comfortable stay we had at Judy and Mike’s beautiful Apartment Francesca! Suited our needs very well indeed. Fabulous location & views. Loved the private patio and relaxing by the pool. Judy and Mike are indeed ‘Super Hosts’, nothing was too much trouble. Recommended some fabulous taverna’s. It was a pleasure meeting them and their lovely dogs! Why we loved the location: Plenty of walks from the doorstep. Vamos only a short distance with excellent taverna’s and a great coffee shop next to the tourist office in Vamos Old Town. A short drive to Kalives which has a beautiful beach and seafood taverna’s on the beach front. Look forward to our return and would love to stay longer next time! Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα μάς άφησε τις καλυτερες εντυπώσεις! Ο χώρος πεντακάθαρος, με όλες τις ανέσεις. Κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη, είχαν προονοήσει ακόμα και για πλαστικά επαναχρησιμοποιούμενα πιατάκια και ποτηράκια για τα παιδιά. Ζητήσαμε βρεφική κούνια και όταν φτάσαμε ήταν ήδη εκεί, στρωμένη, με αποσπώμενη αλλαξιέρα και παιδικό μαξιλαράκι! Μας είχαν αφήσει και παιδικά σεντόνια και παιδικές πετσετούλες. Μόλις φτάσαμε, η οικοδέσποινα μας υποδέχτηκε με χαμόγελο και πολλή ευγένεια, ενώ μας περίμεναν και πολλά τοπικά (και όχι μόνο) εδέσματα για το καλωσόρισμα! Πολύ καλή εξυπηρέτηση, άψογη συνεννόηση και πολύ βολική τοποθεσία, με δική μας θέση parking ακριβώς μπροστά στο κατάλυμμα! Δεν μας έλειψε απολύτως τίποτα. Θα το προτιμήσουμε σίγουρα σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στο Ρέθυμνο!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at the villa. The kids had the best time swimming, playing football and tennis, bouncing on the trampoline etc. it was great having so much for them to do at the house so we didn’t have to worry about taking them out when they needed to burn off some energy. This meant the adults could really relax and enjoy their time too. The house is well located, 10-15 minute drive to most places you want to be, supermarket less than 10mins away. Markos was really helpful, met us at the villa when we arrived and gave us loads of recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The place was perfect, we would love to come back!

Everything described and shown of this property is undervaluing its delight. This is beautifully and perfectly placed in Chania. It has everything you need within the property, whether there's 1 or 5 staying. There's lots of do within easy walking distance, including the delicious Periplous restaurant down the road, the sea opposite, and that view!! --- blissfully divine perks of the location Antonis and Nikos are so helpful and considerate. From my welcoming arrival, it was a serene joy and so simply perfect I could live there. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for hosting. Είναι όμορφο

Magnifique séjour! Nous cherchions un endroit paisible et relaxant et la maison a complètement répondu à nos attentes. La région est encore préservée de la foule et les plages sont calmes et magnifiques. Tout dans la maison est fait pour vous détendre, une excellente literie, un service de conciergerie discret et efficace et la piscine d'eau de mer offre une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et les montagnes...Je ne peux que chaudement recommander Alexandra et son équipe (encore merci à Nikos, son père et Alexandra pour leur accueil). Desiree was an impeccable accommodation. The place was everything we could have dreamed of and more…location, decor & special touches were top notch. The host Maria was responsive, and her helper Manousos was the nicest man who met us to provide the keys and showed us the place. We loved that this place also comes with parking. Maria’s mom had put together 3 containers of her chicken and potatoes for my family upon arrival. We were also treated with a bottle of wine, snacks, fruits, and bottled water. A water gun was left for our son. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Chania.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dem kleinen süßen Haus! Es war alles perfekt und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten das Glück Michaelis kennenzulernen und er ist so nett und gastfreundlich. Vielen lieben Dank Michaelis, wir kommen sehr gern wieder.♥️

We verbleven 9 dagen op deze locatie en het appartement is geweldig precies zoals op de foto’s weer gegeven. De weg naar het parkeerterrein naast het appartement is een uitdaging maar is te doen. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is schitterend, de vale gieren zweefde boven de bergen wat ik een schitterend gezicht vond. Het enige minpunt vond ik s’avonds na het eten beneden in het dorp de steile weg naar boven. Maar dit ligt misschien ook wel aan onze conditie. Communicatie met de beheerders was perfect binnen een paar minuten kregen we antwoord op eventuele vragen.

Wonderful stay! The location is incredible. It’s in a beautiful area with historic alleyways, very walkable but not right next to bars so it’s not very loud at night. There is some noise at night as people are walking home and sit outside, but nothing that prevented us from sleeping well. The space was very clean and perfect for our stay. Michalis was a wonderful host and made us feel very comfortable and took care of everything we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay while in Chania and exploring Crete. Close to everything but on a charming quiet street tucked away from the noise and crowds. Next to some of the best restaurants in town. Apartment was private, spacious and very clean. AC worked great. WiFi was ok. One thing to note is stairs are steep and second bedroom is accessible through the first bedroom, up another flight of stairs and , detached and on the rooftop space with a nice seating area and hot tub. Everything was great though and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful week staying in Michalis’ apartment. Views from both balconies from Apartment Two were spectacular, panoramic of the Amari Valley and Mount Ida still snow capped in the background. The apartment was immaculate and suited our needs very well. Any additional requests were dealt with swiftly. We mainly catered for ourselves in the morning and had two lovely breakfasts in Michalis’ Taverna. Meronas is a pretty village and enjoyed meals at Taverna’s Alona & Moschovolies. There was great hiking from the doorstep and only a short drive to Patsos Gorge. There is an excellent patisserie and supermarket in Gerikari a short drive away and supermarkets and pharmacy in Agia Fotini, 2.5 km away. We stayed end of April which was great as not too hot to hike but be aware many Taverna’s closed this time of year as off season. Would highly recommend a stay at Michalis’ apartments, another unforgettable holiday for us!

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour chez Elina , grâce à notre hôte qui nous a partagé ses bonnes adresses, eu des attentions délicates, durant notre séjour (chaussons grec aux épinards et fêta, faits maison). L' appartement est fidèle aux photos, il est très confortable et agréable, en étant proche de la veille ville, de La Canée. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter. Merci Elina

Fantastic place. Great views from the sun terrace overlooking the bay, so could sit and watch boats and cruise ships on their way to Chania. Only 5 mins walk down a gentle hill to the beach, shops & restaurants. Felt very private, although there were other apartments there, it is laid out so you are not overlooked. Everything was spotlessly clean on arrival and apartment staff were there every day keeping the pool and surrounding areas clean & tidy. Gas BBQ on the terrace was great. Good choice of restaurants along the beach, as well as a few small supermarkets in the centre. 40 mins drive from the airport and well positioned for visiting Chania (which was beautiful) and exploring the area. We had a thoroughly relaxing stay and have already recommended it to friends, and would definitely stay again. Kreta Eiendom's team were very responsive, when we had a small issue during our stay.

The apartment, its location, and the hosts’ hospitality are simply impressive. The room had everything we needed - even sun hats, beach towels, and slippers. A separate crib was provided for our son. The apartment also came with a juicer, toaster, coffee machine, coffee, tea, and plenty of food. However, the place is better suited for couples without small children. Our 1-year-4-month-old son constantly wanted to go up and down the stairs (which isn’t very safe) or out onto the balcony. Still, he managed to enjoy the beautiful views and woke up saying ‘wooow.’ 😁 The water at the beach is perfect for small children and peaceful relaxation. We had a wonderful vacation! Nearby, we discovered a lovely restaurant called Halepa with incredible sunsets and delicious seafood - highly recommended.

This Airbnb is just like the photos and worth the distance from Old Town (about 0.4 miles). The terrace wraps around the entire flat and has many seating options in sunshine and in shade. It’s surrounded by beautiful, well-cared for plants with a stunning view of the Sea of Crete and of Chania itself. You can take the stairs or there is an elevator. The hostess left some local treats for us as well as a lovely bouquet of flowers! Absolutely top notch! There is also air conditioning if the fresh air is too warm. The hostess was friendly and responsive. This was the best of 4 Airbnb’s we stayed in throughout Europe. The only thing to note is that the electricity is only on when the card is in the holder by the door. So, if you leave with the dryer or dishwasher running or charging devices, they will pause until you return.

The host was very helpful in every way, and walking distance to everywhere. It was our first time in Crete and I would highly recommend per home due to its location

The flat was perfect, especially if you have a rental car. It was a great base to explore Crete, enjoy the proximity from Chania, and come back home by the end of the day. It's very spacious and has a home feeling, very well equipped, extra clean. We were even able to cook some nice food in the oven. Definitely worth a stay, keep in mind it is not in the city center though.
