The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Valkko's wonderful nature and proximity to the sea, e.g. the beach nearby, allow for a variety of outdoor and sports activities. You can come to us even by paddle boat. For cyclists, we offer bike washing and maintenance.

The midcentury farmhouse is very much in it's original glory with only the basic modern amenities added for comfort like hot water supply, AC and WIFI. Here it's possible to experience the Finnish sauna, watch the stars at night and wake up to the chirping of birds in the morning and go hiking in the nature or take a bicycle ride to the town of Loviisa.

55m2 renovated pink cottage in the countryside, near the center of Pernaja, 80 km from Helsinki. To the center of Loviisa 12km. In the cottage a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed. The cozy living room has an air source heat pump, a couch, a TV, and a desk. The kitchen is fully equipped. The spacious toilet has a shower cabin and a washing machine. Families with children are also included in the equipment.
