Small and nice

On the 2nd floor of a 600-year-old house is the cozy apartment located 5 minutes' walking distance from the picturesque old town. The nearest grocery store is even closer. From the window and balcony you can see the mountains in the south as in the north and in front of them the mighty trees of a large garden, in between the road, the wall and our garden. By car, you can reach the free parking lot on the edge of the Hall Valley, part of the largest nature park in Austria, the Karwendel, in about 10 minutes.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment, lovingly combining tradition and modernity will let you calm down and recharge your batteries instantly. A closeby cable car enables you to all kinds of mountain sports in summer and winter. Yet- even those, who just "stay and relax" will feel at home. WIFI, TV, BT-boxes, parking space are available free of charge; for the Sauna we take a small feey. Kitchen is well equipped .

It´s located right next to the dam Forggensee.

In winter, you are a few minutes' drive from the glacier cable car or Rifflseebahn (free ski bus stops in the immediate vicinity). Cross-country skiers start right next to the house. We would be happy to welcome you as our guests!

Elegant penthouse apartment in modern alpine style on the Seefelder plateau. The cozy, quiet apartment on the last floor is designed for up to 4 people very comfortably. It has a bright living-dining area with modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, underfloor heating, free Wi-Fi and a very large private terrace. From there you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the mountains and the Inn Valley, both in summer and in winter.

Boasting a beautiful view of the Alps, the holiday apartment "Adult Only Wasserfall Tschorn" is situated in Fundres/Pfunders. The 50 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate 3 people. Among the on-site amenities are high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, and a washing machine. Moreover, this apartment features a private balcony.

Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connections to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!

Studio for 1-2 guests - approx. 21 m² - with balcony and garage space in the centre of Sölden. Kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, hob and microwave with oven function. Spacious shower, WC, Dyson hairdryer and hand and bath towels. Located on the basement, Apartment is a great base for a holiday in the mountains – in a central location, yet quiet surroundings. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network at the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m in size and bathroom accessories are provided for you.

Washing and drying the laundry costs €10 per wash and is not free.
