Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Muskegon

Our group (2 couples + 1 child) thoroughly enjoyed our time at Henrietta’s! The spacious layout is great for groups and the location is amazing! We were able to walk to dinner and to the shops which is a huge plus. The backyard was spacious and it was nice to sit by a fire in the evening. We would love to come back and stay again!

We had a great time at Kelly’s Lake Michigan home. Beautiful view from the back deck great for watching sunsets. We brought our pup and she had a blast lounging by the fire place. Kelly even provided dog waste bags and food and water bowls. Our 2 year old nephew was also excited to find children’s books and toys to play with. One of the best equipped Airbnb kitchens I have experienced in a while allowed us to good up family dinners without having to drive into town to eat. We will definitely stay again next time we are in Silver Lake!

Lisa is a top notch hostess! We mistakenly arrived a day early! I know, how is that even possible, right? 😂 We made a mistake lol! We were in town to celebrate of 5th wedding anniversary. Lisa was so sweet! She tried to help us find a place to stay nearby. The home was very clean and accommodating. Great location. We even walked a little over a mile to town to have ice cream. 🍨Our pups loved being able to romp and play in the yard. Lisa was very responsive during our entire stay. We usually come to Holland a couple of times a year and will definitely try to stay at Tulip Cottage during future visits. Thank you Lisa for making our stay a beautiful one. Blessings to you! We loved our stay at Brittany’s lovely cottage! We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard and spent a lot of time out there bird watching. Lots of great space and we could have easily had one or two more couples join us on the trip with the amount of room in the home. We would love to stay with Brittany again in the future!

The house was perfect for us. It was peaceful, relaxing and close to the things we wanted to do. We were close to Grand Haven, Muskegon and Whitehall. We ended up getting ice cream in Fruitport, too. Tom was very hospitable and had bottled water and some other drinks in the refrigerator for us. He also provided coffee. It was a wonderful stay at Tom’s place.

We loved staying at this house, it was perfect for our party of 8! Just a short walk from the beach where you can see the most beautiful sunsets and we really appreciated the host providing beach chairs, beach umbrellas, a wagon and even bikes. We loved grilling in the backyard and having a fire. The beds were even all super comfortable, we will definitely stay again!

Loved staying here! It was comfortable, had more than enough room, and it wasn't far from town or the beach-so there was a lot to do! Diane left us some suggestions on restaurants and places to visit, made sure there were some welcome snacks, and was an all-around great host!

We had a wonderful stay at Carols place. The House was one of the nicest vacation rentals that we have ever had. The house was very clean, well appointed/decorated, with some necessities to make our stay more enjoyable. The home is quite roomy (2 of us and 1 pet) on a large private treed lot. I hope that I'll be able to reserve again in the upcoming year! ...

Awesome stay, we have done this with the family for a few years and really have a wonderful time between the cabin and the amenities at double jj. The place is hard to find as the directions take you down a service road, but once there it’s a dream.

Nicole’s place was very nice and perfect for our group of five adults and a toddler. We enjoyed our time there and would book it again in the future.

Great family home with plenty of rooms, beds, linens - especially for a blended family! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook, feel at home and be comfortable. The whole place was very clean and in a very nice neighborhood/ subdivision. The decor was tasteful and all the games and activities they provided allowed us to chill at the house and enjoy our time together. We will definitely be back :)

This location was beautiful. The amenities were fun, and the only thing missing was enough time to do them all. Jonathan was responsive and the house was small, but plenty spacious for 10 people if you like each other. There was always some spot an introvert could go to be alone for a while. Wonderful stay.

The apartment is so cute and well furnished. The area can be a little nerve wracking if you’ve never visited down town areas but we always felt safe and it was a good spot right outside of all of the thrift stores or bars. We traveled all over and just used it for sleeping but the apartment was cozy and we always found ourselves turning in early to crash on the couch. Good stay, would do again!

It was the best place for many guests to enjoy together.

Loved our stay here, peaceful & relaxing. Beautiful little patio to grill & enjoy the hot tub. We visited a local donut shop & Amish farm while staying here and got some delicious sweet treats, plus plenty of state parks & lakes near the area to see! Overall would highly recommend the host/location, thank you for having us!

This is a great house on a quiet street. It is located in a safe neighborhood close to all of the attractions we planned to visit on our trip - John Ball Zoo, Fredrick Meijer Gardens, Farmers Market, Meyer Mays - Frank Lloyd Wright home. As a bonus there was an ice cream and mini golf spot walking distance from the house. It was convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. The house had lots of room for gathering and sleeping and plenty to do in the yard. We took advantage of the fire pit, hot tub, deck and lawn games. The yard had beautiful flowers and plants and bird feeders. We saw wild deer and turkeys from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs, plenty of towels which we appreciated. The host was super responsive, we received great instructions prior to check in and Lila was quick to answer our questions. This is a home I would stay at again.

Nice house with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog. Location was good, close to the dog beach and not far from downtown. The trail behind the house was great for taking walks with our dog.

Truly an exceptional stay. Top tier hosts that have gone above and beyond to make the stay feel like home. Incredibly clean, no bugs. A really nice little house. Property is beautifully maintained. So relaxing. Wildlife everywhere. We loved all the turtles. The only negative would be the goose poop all over the yard, but that’s just wild life being wild (I would just pack footwear accordingly) Overall, we are super happy with our stay and hope to be back! Thanks for everything!

We had a great stay, Jennifer was extremely responsive and the house was very clean. It wasn’t too far from any of good locations in the area, and it was only 0.25 mile from a great rail trail to walk/run by the water.

We loved our stay- the view was even better than what I had seen in the photos. The neighborhood is quiet and feels very private while also being very close to anything you might need. Cottage was well furnished and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked- I had everything I needed to make several meals. We loved the porch, great shade for the warmer days and you can’t beat the lake view. We also had several deer visit- a couple even curled up in the back yard for a nap. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lake getaway with a true cottage vibe.

Christine's place was exactly what we needed with really NICE BEDS! Great spot to wind down for me and my crew after a long day racing sailboats at Muskegon Yacht Club. Will come back next year, for SURE!

Our stay was pleasant! The location was was convenient and the home was beautiful! Lots of natural light in addition to the lighting in the home.
