We completed this dream chalet with about 200 m² of usable space in 2020 to spend our vacations in the beautiful Lachtal together with our two children. Whether you're in the living room, at the dining table, on the terrace, in the garden or in the hot tub – everywhere you can enjoy a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape.

Our cozy Zirbitz hut with sauna and fireplace is located directly on the edge of the forest with magnificent views of the mountains of the Zirbitzkogel-Grebenzen nature park at an altitude of 1050 meters. The hiking trails start right at your doorstep; the snow-guaranteed ski resort of Grebenzen can be reached in a few minutes. On the spacious, partly covered terrace you can hear the sound of the nearby mountain stream, sun worshippers will get their money's worth here

House Sunshine in Lachtal

A small house in the forest.Enjoy peace and watch the fire in the open fireplace. Nevertheless, take advantage of the luxury of central pellets heating. Fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils to conjure up a menu. Enjoy beautiful moments on the sun terrace, this is completely invisible. 5 minutes by car to the ski lift, or start directly with the touring skis away from the hut. After a wonderful winter day, warm up in our sauna. Or start a fun toboggan run....

A highlight for skiers: thanks to the ski-in/ski-out location, you can start your day of skiing right at your doorstep!

Active Chalet

Our modern active chalet in the beautiful Lachtal has 4 double rooms, 2 shower rooms, a sauna, a cozy living-dining area with fireplace and a dream view of the mountains! The kitchen is equipped with the usual appliances. Dishwasher and washer-dryer. Each bedroom is stocked with pine wood beds, for a good and healthy sleep. The chalet is easily accessible by car, but we recommend bringing snow chains in winter.

Our cozy wooden house is located directly on the edge of the forest. With rest and good air, the recovery can begin immediately. Sauna and conservatory invite you to linger. You are undisturbed in the spacious garden area or with a cosy get-together in the beautiful garden pavilion. From the front door you can hike the nature park Grebenzen. Well-designed hiking trails and best air values they have on site.

Dream Chalet Ski In/Out with Sauna and Whirlpool

Welcome to the luxurious and romantic "Hirsch" cabin in the picturesque Lachtal, located directly at the slopes. The chalet is new and was just completed in January 2019. Up to 10 guests will be able to enjoy the highest comfort and luxurious amenities, including sauna, hot tub, fast internet and netflix tv. The cabin is located 1700 metres above sea level and therefore ideal for winter and summer.
