The Apartment was super!! I cannot find any words to describe better all the confort and the wonderful garden. Also the Mountain View is amaizing! A special thanks to Manuela and her husband Gunther, always keen to help and so welcoming!! We will come surely for another fantastic and relaxing holiday!!

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

We rented the cottage with a group of friends and everything was absolutely great. Communication with the host was fast, everything was clear. The cottage is well equipped and absolutely clean. We were very satisfied.

Beautiful accommodation in the heart of Gröbming. The beds are a little soft and the apartment is located on the street. But if that doesn't bother you, you'll sleep great here. Upon our arrival, the cleaning was a bit unclean. We couldn't find the pool shown in the photos.

The accommodation was tiptop and as in the photos. The view is a dream. From the main road, it is only a short walk to the accommodation, which is easy to reach with the navigation system (Google Maps). A problem we had was solved to our satisfaction with Hans in the shortest possible time.

A very friendly house in an Austrian village, I'm glad we chose this place. We primarily went to Austria for skiing, so we didn't spend much time in the house, but it met all our needs. The owners were very kind and helpful, I recommend it to others as well.

Werner was a super helpful and friendly host. The appartment is very nice and clean. With comfortable beds. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything was perfect. Ilse was helpful. There was no problem arriving later, the apartment was fully equipped and clean. Beautiful surrounding and nature. A nice garden and a farm with animals that the children were enthusiastic about. Relaxing place out of the city.

The apartment was simply perfect! Clean, equipped with everything needed, pleasant and comfortable, quiet and in an excellent location. The design is stunning, inviting, and very suitable for children. As soon as we entered, we felt at home. Communication with the host was excellent. Highly recommended!

We travel to a lot of summer hiking areas around Europe and this stay was our favourite by far. The place is really breathtaking - the view from the large windows in the morning and evening never failed to impress us and the place was very comfortable and a high standard throughout. The location was amazing. We could walk 2 minutes to a cable car mid station next to a restaurant with stunning views, and our toddler loved Hopisland at the top. As always with mountain hiking you have to be prepared to drive a bit to see other mountains but you’re absolutely spoilt for choice for places within an hour of this location, we hiked a few different places and each one was brilliant. So much for kids as well, the whole area is incredibly family friendly with playgrounds etc, and beautiful places for parents to sit and have a beer. I come back any day.

This place deserves 6 stars. We spent 3 weeks visiting Germany and Austria and this was our top stay! I wish we would have stayed for a full week. The location of this apartment is great for hiking as well as walking the city center. Having parking was a rare and wonderful perk. The apartment itself had absolutely everything my family needed and was spotless. The hosts allowed us to check in early when we were rained out from a hike. We will definitely stay here again but for longer next time!

Quietly located apartment with very good amenities (everything you need - incl. Coffee, tea, spices etc). Our dog was also very welcome (dog snacks, blanket, bowl etc). René was quickly accessible and gave us good tips for snowshoeing. Thank you!

Good place. I would recommend having a car if looking to visit Hallstatt past 7 pm as the bus does not run later than that. Otherwise, the bus and train are relatively close (<10 mins walking)

We had a wonderful stay! The place was incredibly cozy and stylish—exactly as described, if not better. It had everything we needed and felt like a true home away from home. The attention to detail in the decor made it extra special, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making the space welcoming. We travel in this area every year and were now guests of Franz for the second time. For nature lovers seeking tranquility, the area is an absolute dream. During our stay, we explored the Wilden Berg in Mautern, visited the Schaibelsee in Hohentauern, hiked to the Schwarzbeeralm and swam in the beautiful bathing lake in the village. There's something for everyone! Franz is a wonderful host and the apartment was super clean again and really has everything you need.

An exceptional accommodation and very considerate hosts (we only exchanged by chat). The place is peaceful and we loved the provision of an entire floor with private and very secure access. The apartment's decoration and equipment are sumptuous. A place where you feel very good and where we regret spending only one night. We look forward to welcoming you 😊 I highly recommend it.

Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

We were 3 adults and 2 children in the apartment. The apartment is not very large, but perfectly equipped and also the layout of the rooms or beds is perfect. In the kitchen, there is a lot of equipment and the terrace on the 1st floor is very cozy in fine weather. The hosts are extremely friendly and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at Natasja's place from 12/22/2024 to 1/2/2025. Everything was super clean, beautifully decorated and had a great location. Natasja herself was super friendly and helpful with questions, etc. All in all, a perfect place to stay that I would always choose again! Nothing was missing from the accommodation. Everything was thought of here.

We enjoyed staying at Nina's place very much. The apartment is very spacious, modern and extremely clean. We especially liked the great amenities of the kitchen. The apartment is perfect for a large family or group of friends. The connection to the ski bus was ideal. I'm sure we'll be back!

We stayed at the accommodation for five days for the tuning event and it couldn't have been better! The view is especially beautiful and very quiet in the morning hours. The carport that came with it was, of course, a dream for us car fans. Christian was very helpful and always easy to reach. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. We will be happy to come back!!

There is nothing to complain about that negatively affects living. Really a great apartment with a very nice decor! Unfortunately, as often in other apartments, the kitchen was partly not sufficient. There were no spices, oil, selection of cutting boards, pans turners and baking paper. Unfortunately, the bathroom has no lockable door, only a hanging sliding door, as well as the bedroom. Nevertheless, if you adjust to it, really super nicely located and excellent for the price. Very nice landlady.
