This independent accommodation was designed on the ground floor of a beautiful stone barn located next to our house, facing Allagnat Castle. A large bay window overlooks the garden that you can enjoy. In the heart of the Chaîne des Puys, on the edge of a forest known for its magnificent beech forest, Allagnat is dominated by its medieval castle and surrounded by multiple hiking trails. It is composed of a kitchen, two bedrooms, a living room and a bathroom/wc(hoof tub). The house is composed of 2 apartments. Ours is on the first floor. We remain discreet as much as possible in order to leave you as much as possible the house and garden.

Very bright, it is located in a quiet residence, 5 min walk to the center of La Bourboule. All shops, restaurants, thermal baths, casino, Parc Fenestre and shuttles to the ski slopes are within walking distance. By car, the Nordic and alpine ski resorts of Massif de Sancy are 10-15 minutes away.
