Lovers of wide open spaces, you will be won over by all the activities that our region offers. Winter sports, hiking, mountain biking, climbing, tourist sites (Vulcania, Puy de Dôme, Puy de Sancy). 19th century house of 85 m2 completely renovated in 2018. Quick access via the A89 motorway, exit 25, 4 km from the accommodation. Private garage.

The apartment was completely refurbished in 2023. The SUPER-MURAT residence is located 1200 m surrounded by nature in a nice green setting, very quiet. From the balcony of your duplex you will have a view of the SANCY mountain range. You will be close to a body of water and the starting point for many hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.
