The small attic apartment is really very cozy and is great for a trip to Münster due to its central but still quiet location. I felt super comfortable. Everything was there and the communication was nice and uncomplicated. I'd love to come back :)

I felt very comfortable with Barbara and her husband. The apartment is large, cozy and lovingly furnished. It has everything you need. Barbara is always available for questions. I had a great time there and would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

My friend and I stayed in the small apartment for two nights and immediately felt right at home. The apartment offers everything you need, is clean and cozy and also the noise from the street, which many complain about, did not really bother us. We will definitely be back!

Great value, lovely apartment! We were on foot, no bikes or car and the bus services available between Dülmen and Rorup are limited. Mostly we walked from Dülmen to Rorup, which is a fairly pleasant, but 5 mile trek. If you have better transport than us, then this is a fantastic air b n b. Rorup is a lovely neighbourhood and there is a woodland right next to the apartment for morning walks.

I was always received very kindly. An open word if I had questions. I would immediately live with him again. Very warmly directly on the highway and into the city it is also not far..Everything very clean I can highly recommend it. I would go again and again... Thank you again Josef... I was in Roxel with a friend over the weekend and we both enjoyed our time in Nicolas' apartment. A beautiful, renovated old warehouse, super clean, great location in the middle of Roxel, well connected to Münster by car and buses. The kitchen equipment was also very good. And the communication with Nicola was extremely friendly, fast and accommodating with some helpful tips for the area. We will definitely come back. Thank you :)

It was just great! One of the most beautiful accommodations we have visited so far. With so much attention to detail, Janet and Auke have created a feel-good oasis that leaves nothing to be desired. A wonderful place to relax, recharge your batteries and enjoy both the beautiful home and the surroundings to the fullest. Practically furnished, very quiet location, good atmosphere, great for retreats

This beautiful, stylish and original apartment exceeded our expectations What a wonderful conservatory to have breakfast in the sun or in the rain, what a space to hang clothes and what a beautiful and generous shower! It couldn't be better. A very small tip perhaps: put an explanation of the induction? For us as over-80s, it was difficult to know how the induction plate worked. find a manual and had to ask for Udo's help, who fortunately did not find that a problem.

The area is great and easy to walk and otherwise the bus towards the center. The stop is a 2-minute walk. Very hospitable and friendly owners. Everything was just great!

What a lovely house, with beautiful roof terrace and a lovely hot tub. We greatly enjoyed it and everything met our expectations. Martin responds quickly to questions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to discover Münster and surroundings from a quiet and beautiful house. All shops, butcher, bakers and bakeries are within walking distance. Cozy, spacious house with sauna and jacuzzi. The house is cozily furnished and in a quiet location. There is plenty of space to sit outside as well.

We were guests with four people at Benjamin's and felt right at home! The apartment is exactly as described and well equipped. Not far from the accommodation is a swimming lake and various restaurants. Benjamin is a great host and we would come again and again!
