The small apartment is located in the building of the former ship museum, directly on the Dortmund Ems Canal on the edge of the Senden industrial park. The room is ideal for one person, but the space is also enough for two! The apartment is completely separated from the apartment of the main house. Since August 2021, our coach house has been converted into Guesthouse! Hosting the first Guesthouse was so good that we decided to add a second one. The house is free on our property of 4.5 hectares. When you step in front of the garden door, you can decide.
