The apartment of approximately 60 sqm spread over 2 floors is located in a barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from Göta Älv. There is a fully equipped kitchen and it includes sheets and towels. Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes. In Älvängen city center there is everything you can think of in service grocery stores, pharmacy, shoe store, flower shop etc. In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, bike paths, paddling opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

The house is a summer cottage built in 1950 and is renovated and expanded in 1980, renovated again in 2000 and latest renovation in 2022. A typical summer cottage in a rustic setting decorated with modern kitchen and modern toilets. The decor is rustic and tasteful.

To the popular swimming area Saltkällan, it is only 5 km and to all the gems of the coast such as Lysekil, Smögen, Hunnebo , Fjällbacka and Grebbestad, it is 4 km , perfect as a starting point for many nice excursions. If you want to shop, there is everything you want at Torp shopping center that you can reach in 10 minutes by car.

Nature on the island is diverse with open sea and cliffs to the west, small farms and forests in the middle of the island.
