It is year-round insulated and beautiful all year round, and regardless of the weather you can sit either inside or out on the covered terrace and enjoy the ocean change nature all the time. The home is a bright and inviting apartment located in a high basement with windows that provide plenty of daylight. The living room and bedroom are particularly bright and spacious and are connected. The kitchen and bathroom were renovated in November 2018 and appear modern and well-maintained. There is a storage room in the apartment that we use ourselves. However, we make sure to avoid it when there are guests. I emphasize that the apartment is always clean and presentable.
