Massimo’s apartment was a beautiful, peaceful oasis of cool for a few very hot days in Rome. It was lovely to come out of Rome on the train and only have a short walk back home with the welcome relief of a/c to turn on. Massimo and his son were wonderful hosts, meeting us and showing us round the apartment. Nothing was too much trouble for them, they showed us the way to a very good restaurant and Massimo even arranged a taxi for us back to the airport, which was quite a bit cheaper than an Uber. We would definitely recommend them if you want to be a little bit out of town.

Cozy, clean, well organized environment with a beautiful exclusive terrace available! Very comfortable TV in the bedroom that can rotate until it is seen comfortably on the terrace under the stars! In addition, an excellent typical Roman restaurant was recommended in convention, where we ate really well!

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Anna was a Lovely Host very friendly & helpful, we had a short stay due to travel commitments but the accommodation was Exceptionally clean comfortable and had everything and more for a cozy stay, there were also eating options a short walk away & the beach area

Krystyna was amazing. Her and her family were so sweet and welcoming to us. On top of that she was so understanding and very responsive to any questions we had. Absolutely recommend her to anyone interested in a beautiful space to relax and unwind.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

I was a little skeptic when I booked the place the photos looked too good and thought it might not be as good, happy to say I was wrong, the place looked even better than the pictures and the view was spectacular. You are on the beach, there is nothing in between. We were there Mon-Tue so I am not sure if its less crowded in general or just our luck. We were there on the beach whole day and it was a pleasant experience, lot of other families around, some kids playing around but it never got loud - all in all - it was spectacular. There is an airport near by, which was also a reason we selected the place (as we were flying out of that airport) however, it was never a bother. Andrea was responsive and always asking how she could make the stay better and except for staying longer there was no concerns. If you are a beach person I recommend this place!!!

Very clean, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There’s a courtyard where you can relax after an active day in the center of Rome, just what you need. The atmosphere is calm, like being at home in a countryside house. They helped us with the airport transfer, Maria met us and drove us to the house. The owner also provided helpful advice on the best way to get to Rome, which was very much appreciated. I recommend these apartments for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway outside of Rome.

We stayed here (family of 6) for a night to end our Rome trip. Daniele was very responsive and checked in on us. Great way to end a vacation at the beach. Daniele even arranged for a car to take our bags and us to the airport and allowed us to delay a checkout so we weren't waiting at the terminal all day.

Romano's place was lovely, comfy bed, great shower, kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine, local surroundings like shops etc perfect for breakfast and dinner, bus stop a few minutes away to get to city, only downside was the WiFi wasn't working, would definitely book again, well worth the money we paid

Beautiful apartment in an absolutely central location. You have to know that there are 70 steps to the apartment. Great large roof terrace with sea view through the central location of course at night on the weekend, not quiet what was not so good, was the second bed (which was the pull-out couch, not optimal for the back) everything clear refrigerator freezer compartment.... We took a taxi from the airport to the apartment and back and used public transport on site. We then went swimming at Bagno Batitsta.

Check in is smooth :) good location. Host is very helpful. I forgot my bracelet in the Airbnb and host promised to send it back to my country. Very helpful! Would definitely stay here again next time I visit Rome.

Frederica was an amazing host! Always checked in to make sure things were running smoothly and checking in on me to make sure I didn't need any additional things. This apartment was so comfortable and spacious! I loved staying here!

Unique and beautifully decorated space. There were too many special little touches to list. From the high ceilings with murals to the modern well equipped kitchen, attention to details was obvious. Paolo was friendly and very helpful with local information. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Rome.

The accommodation is as described, clean and well located, with a very nice terrace on the ground floor. Claudine was extremely kind and welcoming, despite the language barrier, which made our stay very warm. The neighbors upstairs were sometimes a little noisy, but it was reasonable and didn't spoil our experience. A good place for a quiet stay!

Mirella's place was great for our last night in Italy. We wanted to be close the airport for our early flight next morning. The apartment is conveniently located about 10 min walk from the train station. The mall which has also a grocery is about 5 min walk. Kitchen is well equipped. Beautiful views plus there's a parc across the building. Communication was good. Mirella is very friendly. We appreciated the snacks, water and juice that she had left for us. Would definitely recommend.
