Sehr schönes Apartment.Besonders das Schlafzimmer und die Terrasse haben mir gut gefallen Es fehlt nichts .Die Gastgeber waren toll .Sehr hilfsbereit und immer sehr gut zu erreichen

L’appartamento era esattamente come descritto: pulito, ordinato e molto semplice da raggiungere. Al mio arrivo ho trovato l’ambiente già fresco e piacevole, grazie all’aria condizionata accesa, un dettaglio davvero apprezzato dopo il viaggio. È stato un soggiorno comodo e senza intoppi — consigliatissimo!

The warm and homely welcome of Mr Salvatore is the best way to start a vacation in Italy. Just a short drive from the airport,the spacious, perfectly equipped and sparklingly clean apartment, was an excellent experience. Mr. Salvatore didn't spare time and efforts to instruct us about important details of our future trip.We will definitely make staying here a habit,when visiting Rome

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Mi sono trovato molto bene e la collaborazione di Andrea è stata molto utile ed importante. Spero che un problema come quello che ho avuto a livello personale non recapiti ma devo dire che l'ospitalità e disponibilità sono state fondamentali.

Uso bastante Airbnb, y debo destacar que el alojamiento de Tiziana fue muy especial dada la calidez, tanto de Tiziana como Marco. Me recibieron como en casa, ella tuvo la delicadeza de ir a buscarme a la parada de tren, fui recibido con frutas, café , verdaderamente muy cálido. Estaré eternamente agradecido por esta experiencia. Si estás pensando en ir a Roma , estar en un barrio tranquilo, con excelente conectividad al centro de Roma este es el lugar adecuado. Volveré y lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados. Gracias por todo ❤️❤️❤️

Simon is a very attentive host. He is a true professional at what he does. The house is perfect. The balcony is very comfortable and cozy. I definitely recommend it to everyone. Compared to the price, it’s a much better house. He is ready to help at any time 100000% recommended

Giuseppe‘s Airbnb was one of the best that I’ve been to on a 9 month trip in Europe. The attention to detail and how well organized and how generous he is with what he offers far outweighs the price that we paid. The location is central, but also a bit tucked away, which is perfect. It is very, close to the airport, which is convenient, but he has provided such great soundproofing that we couldn’t even hear the planes. There was laundry detergent for the washing machine, shampoo and body wash, oil, s&p, sugar, tea and coffee. All of the things that you could possibly need in the kitchen. The beds are extremely comfortable! We thought perhaps the sofa bed would not be comfortable because typically they are not, but it was very comfortable and we fought over which bed we would sleep in! Giuseppe was available for all of my questions, had great information for the area, provided a really reasonably priced and great customer service taxi company and was a pleasant man to communicate with.

Had a wonderful stay - a great hideaway from Romes hustle bustle- beautiful property with gardens and views of the city. Train station is 30 minutes drive away. I would love to revisit and stay at this property again

Anna is a superhost, helped us with arranging a taxi and with all we needed. The place is super clean and has everything you need for a short or long stay. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. We stayed only one short night after the flight but it is a good place also for a long stay. Thank you Anna

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. Very nice space in Rome. Away from the hustle and bustle of busy city streets, little traffic and quiet surroundings. Close to the train station and many bus terminals. Clean home with all the amenities we needed. Lots of space for the 6 of us to spread out and relax. Private parking is nice and safe, but tight to get into with a larger vehicle. Would stay here again!

Alice’s place is exactly what you see in the pictures . Great location , walking distance to Pantheon , Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona . Many great places to eat . A few meters walk to a Carrefour Express and Pharmacy . The place is clean and the attention for checking inn was great ! Plus it has a lift ! ( unusual for old buildings)

very pleased! could do with a few more glasses and the stairs to the roof top were narrow and may not suite all. Though these, are tiny negative's to an overall amazing place. Com's were also really good and helpful.

Fulvio è una persona eccezionale, si è reso disponibile in tutto ed in ogni momento. L’appartamento era identico alle foto e alle descrizioni e la posizione era buona, nel weekend magari un po’ immersa nella movida ma è giusto così visto che si trova vicino a molte università. I mezzi sono a 5 minuti a piedi e noi non essendo della zona abbiamo chiesto più volte a Fulvio, cioè l’host , che in modo immediato ci ha sempre dato consigli e informazioni. Sicuramente se dovessi ritornare a Roma, prenoterei nuovamente questo alloggio perché siamo rimasti tutti e 4 veramente soddisfatti e sorpresi , sia per l’appartamento che per l’host.

Absolutely loved our stay in Rome. The accommodations were fantastic, what a great location! The apartment felt like a home away from home with easy access to so many incredible sights. We enjoyed the ample space, comfortable bed, charming spiral staircase, and quiet courtyard.

My group of six had more than enough room to spread out and enjoy the apartment. The terrace is spectacular, the apartment is perfectly equipped, the location is ideal, and Lorenzo and Richard graciously accommodated our request for an early check in. An exceptional space—highly recommend!

Unique and beautifully decorated space. There were too many special little touches to list. From the high ceilings with murals to the modern well equipped kitchen, attention to details was obvious. Paolo was friendly and very helpful with local information. Highly recommend this apartment for a visit to Rome.

Wonderful apartment in a perfect location! Just a 10-minute walk from the train station, yet situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Most of Rome’s main attractions — the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, and the Spanish Steps — are within easy walking distance. There’s even a Big Bus stop nearby, which was very convenient for exploring the city. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need, including excellent air conditioning and two beautiful terraces with charming views over the rooftops of Rome — a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Having both a washing machine and dryer was especially helpful during the hot weather. Communication with the host was smooth and check-in went perfectly.

L'alloggio di Stefano è bello e ben arredato. È dotato di molti accessori utili per trascorrere un soggiorno confortevole. Il check-in è stato facile e veloce grazie alle indicazioni che Stefano ci ha fornito. Inoltre Stefano è stato disponibile a soddisfare delle nostre esigenze impreviste. Siamo contenti di aver scoperto questo alloggio perché per noi è stato ideale per il nostro week-end romano. Lo consigliamo.
