Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Municipality of Bovec

We had a great stay with our family! Definitely whole trip exceeded our expectations. Even with two little kids is possible to experience Bovec adventurous side (Just ask Tamara what city can offer and you will get good tips and recommendations for companies she is friends with - a great one). Tamara's place is in a very calm part of town, no need to worry while your child is in backyard. Just like in pictures. Wonderful scenery on the balcony while having breakfast every morning! A secret gem worth to grab for! Thank you very much!!!

We loved our stay! The property at the end of Lake Bohinj is lovely, with a beautiful creek flowing behind it and is close to the lake and many hiking trails. The property is big and very well kept. My family had fun playing games on the large grassy area with a volleyball net. The cabin is new, clean and cozy with nice bedding and well stocked kitchen and linens. We made 3 dinners and found everything we needed for food prep. If you're going to cook, you may want to pick up groceries before arriving in the area as the local markets have somewhat limited options. Amenities in the cabin were perfect! We watched movies, took saunas and lit fires in the fireplace - wood and kindling provided in cabin. Washer/dryer worked great and it was nice to do some laundry before moving on to our next destination. Jaka is very responsive. He communicates well and proactively using the AirBnB app.

Very nice apartment for two couples traveling together. Comfortable bedrooms, and having two bathrooms was nice. Location is great - very rural, but less than a ten minute drive to Bovec. It’s also a ten minute or so walk down to the Soca River, with a couple of nice swimming spots along the trail. Highly recommended!

We loved this place! The apartment was perfect - private, quiet, clean and well-equipped, with a sweet balcony. The views were fantastic. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and generous. The location is perfect for exploring the Soca valley (it's situated at the mid-point of the Soca River hike from the source to Bovec, so a perfect stopping point if you don't want to do the full hike in one day). There is a market and a restaurant just minutes away. Would love to give it 10 stars!!!

Great rental in a beautiful setting We had a wonderful stay. The house was comfortable and well-located, surrounded by stunning nature. Everything was as expected or better. Don’t miss a meal at Pristava Lepena Restaurant—delicious food in a fantastic atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Marjan was wonderful - provided clear directions and updates on Vrsic pass closures. This location is unbeatable for Triglav National Park! You can hike to Trenta, up to Vrsic Pass and to other beautiful landmarks. The cabin is close to everything yet tucked away in its own little peaceful cove with incredible views. It was magical!

Beautiful and peaceful location. Excellent for serious hiking and good access to Soca valley and amenities. Lovely outdoor seating and eating area. Good opportunities for wildlife spotting. We arrived in the dark and a light was on inside with windows open so the house was full of insects. Not a problem for us but might be for others. Some essentials like toilet roll which was listed was not provided. The oven requires the stove to be lit so not ideal in warm weather. No iron found and no upstairs sockets. However, these were minor deviations from the listing and we loved our stay. Sadly other reviews mentioned swimming in the river but after the dry summer there was no river or swimming accessible by foot. Our email said check out 11:00 but the cleaner arrived just after 10 and we had a call saying it was 10:00. Hopefully that will be sorted for future guests so the information sent matches the expectations of the host. Road up was not as bad as other reviewers suggest.

Great place for a family of five in the center of Bovec. Plenty of space, kitchen, terrace, garden. Very friendly host.

Very well equipped apartment. We stayed 9 days with a 15 months old child and it worked out well even though it’s only one room. Tina was very friendly and even organized a high chair short handed. The apartment was tidy and clean. Only the carpet showed some dog hair. If you want to visit Soca valley for hiking, biking or rafting it’s a very good location! Would recommend!

What an amazing place and beautiful community. The apartment felt cozy and we felt at home immediately. It was very spacious but functional and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need plus extras like flour and pasta. An expresso machine was a bonus. Having a separate shower room was nice, and the extras in the bathroom were great, like a first aid kit ( and luckily it was not needed!). A well thought out place in a stunning setting.

We had a lovely time in Soca Valley and in this cosy apartment. Had everything we needed, Marko also booked a rafting trip for us. Would love to come back!

The apartment is just outside the main street in Bovec and thus it is quiet but still close to all the cafés and restaurants. The apartment itself was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Helena was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back the next time we visit Bovec.

We had a great stay at house DorMica! The location and the surroundings are beautiful and the Soča river is just across the street. Tanja was a very friendly and welcoming host and we enjoyed our time in Trenta very much!

We stayed at Darja’s place for a couple nights, and it was a great base for hiking in Triglav National Park! Balcony had a beautiful view, and the in-unit laundry was very convenient. Location was great, with easy parking and restaurants and grocery store nearby. Darja was very friendly and helpful, and self check-in and out were seamless.

We were warmly welcomed by Gabrijela's daughter who also gave us loads of tourist information. For the two of us there was plenty of space. Srpenica is a small, silent village from were you can enjoy the amazing views of the mountains and and the river. you can start your hike directly from the apartment. The Soča Lake and the Boka falls are really close.

Great place - well equipped and spacious…would love to stay again in the summer time. Highly recommended

We loved our stay here! The hosts were so welcoming and friendly. The apartment was comfortable for four people - and the sofa bed was surprisingly very comfortable too. Very cute and the location was excellent. We highly recommend the burger restaurant just across the street. We also had a chance to do an amazingly beautiful kayaking trip with the adventure company associated with the Airbnb- we got a 10% discount on the rentals because of staying here and the company was very flexible with our schedule. All in all, very highly recommend this Airbnb!

Barbara's apartment is super nice, we felt very comfortable immediately. Barbara is also always available to help and give great tips. We would come back.

Nice place and a friendly host!

The nature is unreally beautiful, the place is clean and tidy in the middle of the great outdoors. Communication and organization were extraordinarily, all the kudos.

We stayed at the accommodation for 3 nights and had a great time. Robi is helpful and easy to reach. The apartment is super equipped, so you can cook well. Everything in Bovec is within walking distance. There is a parking space right outside the door. We would come back:)

It is a nice apartment in the middle of Trenta. The apartment has everything a couple might need for a few days. The host was proactive and helpful. I can recommend this place to anyone:))

If you are looking for tranquility and beautiful scenery then this is the place for you. The apartment is clean, comfortable and equipped to cook in. The coffee machine is a nice extra. Check in is equally straight forward. If you are traveling via public transport be sure to bring the food supplies you need as nearest shop is at other end of the lake. Accommodation is attached to a lovely restaurant and food here was very good and well worth a visit. Alternatively if restaurant is closed there is a bar on the campsite.
