Beach house holiday rentals in Mullins

Chloe’s place was truly something special. The view couldn’t be better—right on the water! The upstairs features a large opening to the beach that makes you feel like you’re living outdoors. It does get warm during the day, but with the fans and side windows open, you can create a pleasant airflow. The spacious bedroom downstairs was comfortable and includes a cooling system that keeps things cool at night. The mattress could use an update—it’s quite soft and you can feel the springs a bit—but we still slept well. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the utensils you might need if you plan to cook. I would definitely recommend Chloe’s place if you’re looking to enjoy island life away from the main tourist areas, while still being close to attractions and having direct access to the water!

Lex’s place had it all. There is a beautiful beach right outside the back door, it’s walkable to a grocery store, several cafes and bars and the Friday fish fry. We also could grab busses right outside the house to get to Bridgetown for more beaches and restaurants. Walking around felt safe (well lit) but of course be aware of your surroundings and the cars wiz by so be aware of where the sidewalks are. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved how there were lots of towels and pillows! The only thing to prepare for is that the second bedroom gets traffic noise so maybe bring earplugs if you’re sleeping in that room.

The air conditioning worked great! The house was very clean and the house amenities were on point. The Bay Garden is a 10 minute walk away. Just make sure coming back to the house you get on ZR van #11.

We miss this house already!! The pictures do not completely compliment how gorgeous this place looks from the inside and outside! The house is spacious and very clean. The view and surroundings are just breathtaking! The morning sunrise is so beautiful and peaceful. The staff is friendly and super helpful, overall excellent services! Restaurants, stores are just a 10-15 minute drive away from the house. Food delivery options are great, however you can also cook your own meals in the spacious kitchen. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy Barbados in all peace and quite and explore the island by car. The sea in front of the house is wild and great for surfers, the quieter blue beaches where you can relax, swim, snorkel are just 10-20 min away. We have enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

This is a huge house, comprehensively equipped with a beautiful and well kept garden. The rooftop terrace is a bonus, looking down on the ocean and catching the breeze. All the staff we connected with, in the office ahead of our visit and at the house, were super friendly and helpful Unless you only plan to chill out on the beach or in the garden you’ll want to have a car. There are very few restaurants or other attractions in convenient walking distance. But in 10 to 20 minutes drive you’ll find lots

This is the perfect, cozy cottage stay for you and someone you love! ABOUT THE HOST: Karen was an excellent host — easy to reach, provided helpful recs, even gave us a beach blanket when we asked. She provided us with a late checkout as soon as she found out about our flight time. Thank you Karen for being so helpful! ABOUT THE COTTAGE: The cottage has everything you need. It is the perfect amount of space for a peaceful stay. The backyard is beautiful — there’s a mango tree and a coconut tree! There is an incredibly convenient parking spot right in front of the cottage gate. I will say the parking space was perfect for our small kia, but if you had a huge truck (for some reason) it may be a tight squeeze. The cottage is located right next to Karen’s home, but we were given absolute privacy and the cottage is very hidden away. ABOUT THE AREA: We felt safe the entire time and the location is great! Across the street from worthing beach, close walk to St. Lawrence gap and more.

I am so glad that we chose to stay here! Everything pictured online is exactly what you see in person. The home was very welcoming, comfortable, and was in a peaceful location. The pool was great! The host Lorraine was available to answer all my questions and concerns at all times and Jan the property manager was a pleasure to deal with and available as well when we had any questions or concerns. We will definitely be going back to Barbados in the future and would for sure book with Lorraine again. Thank you so much!

We were happy to find such a clean accommodation in the remote Atlantic East side of the island. We enjoyed the calm every evening in this quaint apartment, Beyond. Eleanor. The housekeeper kept us very comfortable and was a pleasure to talk to. It should be noted that there is a very complete vegetable/fruit stand on the hill at the intersection in Bathsheba. Lovely fresh produce and the very friendly owner also brings in fresh eggs daily and has many other food and snack items. I was sorry that I had purchased some produce at the Massy store before heading to Cattlewash. The sea was beautiful to and watch. Such an amazing surf!

Cool place and very stylish. Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy it. The pool was nice. We'll come back for again

Andrew is truly a super host! He was waiting patiently for us upon arrival to greet us, even though our flight was delayed by 3 hours. He gave us a tour of the Villa and made us feel right at home. He provided us with recommendations, was quick to respond to our questions and was always helpful , friendly and warm. We could not have asked for a better host. The Southern Villa is immaculate, spacious, beautiful and in a perfect location. The pool area, terrace and wrap-around balcony provided extra space to hang out and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. The washer and dryer and full kitchen also made it feel like home. We were close to awesome restaurants, Accra beach, shopping, and transportation routes. Andrew was also kind enough to drive us to the grocery store. We would HIGHLY recommend staying at the Southern Surf apartments and we will definitely be back soon. Thanks Andrew to you and all your crew and see you again soon!

Marisa’s villa is very big and spacious with a lovely private pool which was great. Marisa was really quick to respond to queries before our stay and Jason our local host was on hand whenever we needed anything. Really can’t fault the support from hosts. In particular the flexibility with check out time was great as we didn’t have to worry about where we’d need to wait until our flight, The villa itself it very spacious, airy and well equipped. The area is very nice and quiet, no issues at all. The aircon in bedrooms allowed for rooms to be nice and cool overnight and there were ample fans throughout the house. The only thing I’d mention is the worms which were present throughout house but this wasn’t the fault of host as it’s the season. It just meant we had to try clearing them everyday in the evening which was annoying but as I mentioned it’s not the host fault. All in all a great stay, we also loved watching the planes land from the front of house!

Loved our stay. The place is large and airy with ceiling fans and addition fans in each bedroom. Pool was such a bonus too. Excellent communication and instructions. Will definitely return.

Wonderful house in a local, friendly neighborhood only 10 minutes by bus to the busy tourist hub. The welcome basket was amazing - the personal touch that makes a house a home! The house is roomy and well appointed with AC in the bedrooms and living room. Excellent water pressure for showers, and the outdoor pool was appreciated for cooling off. The small touches and attention to comfort was evident throughout the home. Very comfie beds! Shirrell was immediately responsive any time we needed to reach out, including our sudden early departure back to Canada. We felt supported throughout our stay, knowing our host would assist as/if needed. We used the space a lot, particularly for working while there and the house functions quite well for this. The only drawback and completely outside the host's control are the six dogs next door that do not stop barking, whining, and scrapping for many many hours each day and well into the evening. Thanks again for being amazing Shirrell!!

Keisha’s place was exactly as described. Modern, clean and a great backyard and swimming pool. Only minutes of walking away from a beautiful beach. Keisha was very accommodating and communicative, we did not need to reach out for anything the entire stay. Very smooth check-in/out experience. Barbados is a beautiful island and I would stay in any of Keisha’s homes because this was an immaculate experience. Thank you for hosting us! We look forward to coming back.

Can't say enough good things about this place! The house had everything we needed for our family of five adults to enjoy our first trip to Barbados. From the moment we checked in until the time we left, Kiana was there for us if we needed anything. The house itself is in great condition with nice bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and outdoor spaces. We cooked multiple meals in the well appointed kitchen, utilized the outdoor grill, and spent a couple of evenings enjoying good food, drinks, and music out on the veranda. The outdoor lounging areas and pool turned a very nice rental house into a fantastic getaway for our family. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and conveniently located near a grocery store, the fish market, and some great restaurants. We even enjoyed hearing our rooster friend next door giving us a crow every now and then and the neighbor's cat who would come by to casually greet us when we would return home. Can't wait to stay here again!

Tim and Sandy’s home was beyond beautiful! The kitchen is huge it’s fully stocked, super clean and the pool outside is gorgeous! Heather was wonderful and always available for any information you might need. The property is close to all beaches and restaurants. The grocery store is within walking distance. There’s a medical centre and pharmacy right on the corner. I definitely recommend this home for anyone visiting Barbados. We will for sure stay there again! We loved the house, a beautiful space and it's so full of character. Marvo is a great host. We immediately felt at home. There was juice, milk, cheese and bread upon arrival, which is really a nice touch after a long travel. There is a space to park a car outside the front entrance and an electric gate. Otherwise, peaceful and quiet and conveniently located to explore the island. Definitely recommend this place.

One of the best places to stay in Barbados on my view. Such an organised host, nothing can go wrong as there is an incredible team working with Rob & Lucy. From the cleaner, the gardener and the incredible property management. Very grateful to have been able to stay at this lovely place. Serious thought and consideration has gone in to this property. Bodie’s place is in a stunning location, just opposite the beach at Bathsheba. We stayed for 3 nights to chill before coming home to the UK after visiting family. The view from the new decking is memorising - this area made the place for me, it’s a great addition. I spent hours lying on the deck, taking in the view. It’s a short walk to Dina’s, The Roundhouse & other places for food/drinks, both are reasonably priced. There is a bus stop right outside & buses past by often. The house is cosy with a cute beach theme. The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils you would expect. Only thing missing was a tea towel. The bedding was clean and the bed was very comfortable. A/C worked well. We met Bodie who was very friendly and accommodating, offering us a late check out at no extra cost. He told us there was a surf competition in the Soup Bowl which we wandered across to watch, using the beach chairs provided. If you’re a surfer, or just love Bathsheba, this place is perfect.

We had a wonderful stay at Joanna’s villa. The location felt very safe and peaceful, just a 5-minute walk to Mullins Beach. The villa was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed – including a lovely pool we used often. All bedrooms had air conditioning and modern en suite bathrooms with great showers and plenty of hot water. Large bathtubs are also available, ideal for families with young children. We loved the disco lights in the lounge/bar area. We mostly cooked at home to enjoy the villa, though there are plenty of affordable dining options in surrounding areas, if Mullins restaurants feel a bit pricey. Buses to Speightstown and Holetown run regularly, and while we rented a car, it’s not essential. Joanna was a responsive and helpful host with great local tips. Highly recommend! We had such a lovely stay at Joanna’s villa – it truly felt like a home away from home.

My mom really enjoy the quietness of the place. She was able to sleep right through the night. The hill nearby was a good needed exercise. The shop owner at the corner was very pleasant and always helpful to provide any needed assistance, he always greeted us and asked if we enjoying the place. Jennifer's mom is a really nice person, she and mom hit it off right away. The house was very clean, netflex works and I love that the place have a washer and dryer. We really enjoy the trip. Again, the quiet was very much welcoming.

Our first time on the west coast and we had a fabulous time. But then we’ve never been to Barbados and not had a great time. Beautiful island, beautiful people and beautiful weather. The house suited us, five adults and a young baby, giving us all plenty of space. The swimming pool was perfect to cool off and for the little one to find his swimming legs when we weren’t at the beach. Thank you Marcia for sorting a little shopping for when we arrived…and yes the rum punch was waiting in the fridge….what more could you ask for. Such a shame we had to come home to grey skies….we will be back.

Staying at Jaressa's place was truly amazing! She was incredibly understanding and responsive throughout our stay, making everything smooth and stress-free. Davi was an absolute sweetheart ,so kind and accommodating. We were warmly welcomed with a generous selection of snacks, drinks, and even some basic groceries, which went far beyond our expectations. The house itself was spotless, and the instructions for the keys and general house use were clear and easy to follow. The area is quiet and peaceful, offering a real sense of tranquility. It’s just a short walk to the coast road and a nearby bus route, though having your own transportation definitely adds convenience. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and will absolutely be back again!
