Apartment holiday rentals in Muizenberg

Had an absolutely wonderful 2 week stay at the apartment. Was very sad to leave this morning as I'd become quite used to the easy access to the beach and being in such a cozy space! I did have to WFH on some of the days and found the set up of the apartment very conducive to taking and making calls, and being able to concentrate. I thought the buzz from being right on Beach Road would be noisy but it actually wasn't so I was very happy. The apartment had everything that I needed and it was so easy to just lock up and go spend time exploring Muizenberg, St James, Kalk Bay and surrounds, and then come back to a beautiful and secure space. Thank you! Will definitely be back.

Muizenberg is an amazing little town and Jannies spot sits right in the heart of it. 30 seconds from the surf shops, and another 30 seconds to the waves. Surrounded by good restaurants, and a supermarket just around the corner, you can't get more convenient than this. Epic.

Freshly renovated flat on (almost) top floor of neat, older building. Lots of space, quality appliances and super comfy beds. The shower was special with really hot water and the soaps smelled wonderful. Swimming beach and promenade right in font of the building. Security biometrics took some time, but worth the wait. The parkings in the garage are spacious and easy to access.

As returners, we felt again home away from home. Great location, safe, easy access and Ava is amazing!!!!! Can't wait to get back.

Perfect location to enjoy the Muizenberg beach. Just a few blocks away from the noise and crowds, and close enough to stroll down to the sand and waves. Beautiful location and surrounding landscape. Lovely home, high ceilings, very zen interior.

The apartment and especially the view is absolutely stunning! Everything is sparkling clean and I enjoyed my time there very much!

This apartment is amazing and everything I could’ve asked for. Liam and Jacqueline are wonderful hosts and did everything in their power to make my stay easy and perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough for a relaxing stay at on the coast with everything you need within walking distance.

JJ’s Place was one of the best Airbnb experiences we have had to date. We stayed for almost two weeks in this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment. It’s spacious and clean and well equipped with everything you need even a washing machine. We loved all the natural light and the mountain views from the kitchen window are just incredible. It really felt like home. We were able to walk to the main surfing beach and Restaurants in just 10mins. JJ was a fantastic communicator and was very responsive he gave us lots of local advise and also arranged cleaning of the apartment during our stay. it was the perfect break that my wife and I needed and would highly recommend to anyone looking to experience muizenberg that they stay here.

Despite living I'm Muizenberg ourselves, after seeing this spot, my wife suggested we rent it for a weekend as it feels like a getaway walking distance from home. Beeautiful and well-priced.

We loved the home like feel of the apartment, and we loved our stay by the ocean. We appreciated the special touches like the bottle of wine in the fridge. Great hospitality, we felt very welcome and would gladly be back.

This stylish gem ticked all the boxes for me during the 5 days I spent there. Airy and spacious, with a lovely outdoor deck & garden in which to enjoy an early morning coffee in my pj’s thanks to the privacy it affords. An added bonus was to discover underfloor heating and towel rail in the bathroom…and meeting the most gracious owner, Susan, who went out of her way to ensure my comfort. All-in-all pure bliss!

Our stay at Jamie‘s apartment was amazing. Everything was exactly as described - or, rather, even better. The apartment is cozy and has a personal touch. The surf schools, cafés and restaurants are just around the corner! And Jamie is a fantastic host who makes sure that you have a great time. We only can highly recommend a stay at Jamie‘s apartment!

The apartment is beautiful and Cobus was an excellent host!! The place was very nicely decorated and perfectly equipped. Cobus even left us coffee, tea, milk, wine, and chocolates. Everything you need for a picnic or a day at the beach is available and at your disposal. Cobus also sent us an informative brochure with everything we needed to know about the house and local recommendations. He was always attentive, making sure we were having a great time. We would definitely come back!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is comfortable and very well equipped – even with an airfryer and lots of kitchen essentials like tea and spices. We were welcomed with a lovely bottle of South African wine as well as flowers and fresh towels were always available. Jen and Ian were super friendly, always reachable, and shared many great tips. We felt very welcome and safe in St James. Restaurants are within walking distance, and Muizenberg’s surf beach is just around the corner. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was amazing. We loved it here and would have loved to stay longer! Thank you Jen and Ian!

What a lovely and beautiful apartment! It's absolutely perfect for long-term stays, surfers, and nomads looking for a sense of home while being abroad. I felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. The apartment is located behind the main house, with a private entrance and a charming little garden that adds to its coziness and privacy. I absolutely loved the outdoor shower! The space is very spacious, with a comfortable living room, bathroom, and separate bedroom. Simone and Josh are incredibly welcoming hosts and are always ready to assist when needed. The location is ideal—just a few minutes from the beach, yet far enough from Muizenberg’s lively hustle to offer a peaceful escape. I’ll definitely be back!

The location is in the very center of the seapoint, 5 minutes walk to the embankment, there are many cafes nearby, 2 minutes walk to the grocery store. Very convenient location. In the evening, beautiful sunsets are visible from the window. The apartment has everything you need, there was no need for anything. The host is very hospitable, answered all questions very quickly. I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Cape Town! The place was exactly as described, very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It had everything I needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, which made check-in and check-out hassle-free. Spacious apartment with everything we needed. Waking up, opening the curtains and watching the sun rise over the sea, whilst sipping a morning coffee was truly special. He best start to the day. A fantastic base to explore from and it was lovely to come back to and relax at the end of the day, felt very homely.

I’ve stayed in many places across Cape Town, none are better than this. Everything is carefully designed for the best possible quality of living. The city view is second-to-none. A fully open kitchen, dining, and living space makes for never-ending special moments. I’ve never experienced peace and quiet like this in the city, with the gardens centre and coffee shops just a few minutes away. If you’re looking for a well-thought out luxury stay, look no further.
