From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you'll find cozy sleeping spaces. Suite for four, ground floor, 3 guests + extra bed This lovely suite for four situated on the ground floor has a separate entrance hall with the door leading to a generously proportioned kitchen which is equipped with a microwave oven, electric hob, electric kettle, fridge, basic cooking utensils, dining table, sofa bed for 2 guests. The entry to the bedroom with twin beds leads through the hallway. The spacious bathroom provides to our guests a comfortable bathtub with a shower.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony.
