Apartment in a great location overlooking the marina of Bodrum. in 15 minutes on foot you can reach the organized beach of Gumbet, in another 15 minutes you can reach the beautiful marina of Bodrum. 10 minutes on foot to the first supermarket. Good cleanliness of the apartment, which is even better than the photos!!!

The apartment is perfect for a couple or single person. My girlfriend and I stayed for a month, and the size was perfect. The location is pretty great. Everything is in 30min walking distance (Bodrum downtown but also Gümbet, which is another bay). It's on top of a hill though, so if you don't like walking there's always the Dolmus very close by (local small bus that leaves every 10min). The terrace is huge and has an awesome view of the marina. If you visit during high season, you might hear the loud music of the clubs. They are across the bay, however, the landscape directs the soundwaves to the apartment. Weird phenomenon. Luckily, the bedroom is on the other side of the house and it's always quiet to sleep. Ayca is a great host, communication is fast and flawless. Would definitely book again!

Everything was very nice. The view was perfect.

The location of the house, the convenience, the pool, the ease of transportation were perfect with everything. We felt at home. The occasional smell from the bathroom is a problem of the site, but we did not have any problems as long as the ventilation worked. Fethiye will always be special to us.

Ozgur is super nice and helpful. He assisted us to check in in the last minutes which was a real life saving! The place was comfortable and well located with great restaurants and shops around. The nice lady Sevinc was also friendly and welcoming. She was responsive and helpful. If i go back to Bodrum one day i would definitely go back to Ozgur’s place. I missed Beti and the puppies already

It was the best stay we've had in a long time; we felt right at home. Burcin and his family were very friendly and hospitable. The accommodation was also quite clean and had all the equipment that could be in an apartment. It was located at the bottom of the sea; it had its own free sun loungers and tables where you can eat while watching the sunset. They have great hosting, they're very friendly and help you with everything you need before you and what you can reach. They also offered their grapes in the garden at the last checkout, and they were very hospitable. Besides all these positives, we also had a lot of fun; we recommend it to everyone. Our friends who stayed elsewhere were also amazed. It is a place we will choose collectively in the coming years. .

Yener is a great host. Communication was always very easy. The location of the house is perfectly within walking distance to everywhere, the cleanliness was very good. The ingredients were enough to make your own food. Thank you very much for giving us a nice holiday to Yener and we would recommend this place to everyone.

Honestly to start with this was a beautiful stay with the windows open you can fell the breeze in the morning. It was surrounded by neighbours and you feel part of the community but still have your private space. I would honestly recommend this place 100% to anyone wanting to enjoy simplicity and beauty in its purest form.

Everything was just great. It was definitely worth the money. The pool is nearby, a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony. The Internet was very weak, but as I understand it, the active tourist part of Turkey has not yet taken care of this. There was no point in bothering the host, nothing can be done about it, fortunately we had mobile Internet. Noisy music from 9 pm to midnight in the bar under the house was very annoying, but if you walk until late, for you this will most likely not be a problem. Of course, it would be good to replace the frying pan, unfortunately, it was not possible to cook anything on it after the first unsuccessful experience, in general, this is also not a problem, since basically everything is aimed at tourists who visit restaurants nearby. The location is next to the sea, the host was always in touch and helped answering questions. A beach without hotel sun loungers can also be found nearby, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Mr. Emrah was very helpful with a very kind approach regarding the reservation. A caring and gracious host. Likewise, the cleanliness and tidiness of the room was very good. You can walk to the beach, it is in a nice location. When I go to Fethiye, I prefer it again for accommodation.
