Very beautiful villa in yaniklar, private and cozy. The host is super friendly and responds immediately. Highly suggested!

Wir haben 7 wundervolle Nächte in der Villa verbracht und hatten eine rundum erholsame Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber, ebenso der Pool – alles wurde regelmäßig gepflegt. Ein großes Dankeschön an Mustafa, der uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand und bei Fragen sofort geholfen hat. Man sollte wissen, dass Yesilüzümlü ein eher abgelegener Ort ist – genau richtig für alle, die Ruhe suchen und einfach mal abschalten möchten. Wer doch mal etwas Trubel möchte, ist mit dem Auto oder Taxi in ca. 20 Minuten im Zentrum von Fethiye. Wir können die Villa auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Selva is a great and kind host, she responded to my requests very quickly and made me feel like I was in my own home. The view from the apartment is amazing and so close to all the great places in yalikavak. Would recommend this place to any of my relative and/or friends!

Le logement que propose Baris est génial et parfait pour des vacances dans les montagnes en turquie. La maison est incroyable et parfaitement propre. La localisation est très intéressante car le lieu est d’un calme très agréable (montagne) qui permet de voir des paysages magnifiques. D’autre part les commodités sont très proches et les lieux touristiques également. L’hôte est de très bon conseil. En bref n’hésitez pas vous ne serez pas déçu !

Orhan Bey eve girdiğimiz ilk andan çıkışımıza kadar ilgi ve alakasıyla aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda müthiş ilgiliydi, evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her şey en ufak ayrıntıya kadar zevkle seçilmiş,ev fotoğraflarda göründüğünden çok daha hoş gerek konumu gerek evin güzelliği gerek ev sahibinin ilgisiyle kesinlikle beş yıldız! araştırma aşamasında olanlara şiddetle tavsiyemizdir :)

Excellent Stay in Akyaka GÖKOVA, Muğla! Highly Recommended! Our vacation at this Akyaka Airbnb was wonderful and extremely satisfying. The house was %100 clean, spacious, well-organized, and the private pool was a huge bonus for a fantastic time. Its secluded location, 1 km from neighbors, offered immense privacy for listening to music. We appreciated the lack of mosquitos and calm, windless conditions. The barbecue's cast iron grill was exceptionally effective for cooking meats perfectly. Overall, our stay was positive. We highly recommend this property for a peaceful, private, and enjoyable getaway in Akyaka. And a special mention must go to the host Mr. Vural, who was incredibly kind and genuinely problem-solving. Their positive attitude truly enhanced our experience.

O kadar tatlı bir gece geçirdik ki evde ben ve arkadaşlarım. Konumu zaten mükemmel denizde yürümek isterseniz sadece 5 dakika yürüyüş yolun uzaklığında. Ev tertemizi ve ev sahibi çok tatlı ve güler yüzlüydü. Tahmin ettiğimizden çok daha erken saatte orada olmanıza rağmen bizim için esnek giris sagladilar. Her şey mükemmeldi. Konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık. Ertesi sabah çok erken bir uçağımız olduğu için sadece bir gece kaldık ama her şey harikaydı. Havaalanına çok yakın mesafede. Ev sahibi son derece misafirperverdi ve tüm talimatları net bir şekilde paylaştı. Ev tertemiz, kullanışlı ve tüm gerekli ekipmanlarla donatılmıştı. Süre çok kısa olmasına rağmen oldukça memnun kaldık. Konfor açısından da içimiz rahattı, huzurla dinlendik. Gül hanım ve Can bey teşekkür ederiz!

Hôte accueillante et disponible. Le logement correspond à la description. Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants en bas âges. Le jardin et la piscine sont un plus. Les enfants ont aimé nourrir les chats. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. Le logement est propre et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. A proximité du centre ville de Fethyie, mais loin de la foule pour s’y reposer et être au calme. Je recommande ce logement pour un séjour dans cette zone

Anya's apartments are very nice. It is a new building and the design is tasteful and modern. It was comfortable with a nice bed and a great shower. The heated floor was nice for a winter stay. The location is on the edge of the city but a close walk to the main areas, the marina, and the ferry terminal. Having a dedicated parking area was very convenient. Anya communicated well and gave me good information about the space and local things. I stayed a week in the apartment and found it to be great for my needs and a good visit to the area. I would stay there again when in Marmaris.

Ahmet’s place was perfect in terms of location and space for three people. Much to do around the area including shops for any groceries. The place was very clean and exactly like the images. Ahmet and co were friendly and very accommodating to all our needs. Also he was very helpful during check in / check out. Would highly recommend. Thank you for such a welcoming and lovely stay.

Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Kendisi çok neşeli birisi olduğu kesin. Tüm sorularımıza bıkmadan yanıt verdiğiniz için teşekkürler :) Sağolsunlar evi pırıl pırıl teslim ettiler. Konum olarak sahil çok yakında. Park sorunu yaşamadık, hemen evin ön girişinde 3 araç parkedecek kadar alanları var. Evde WiFi mevcut. Ayrıca mutfak malzemeleri vs. bulunmakta. Kuş cıvıltıları eşliğinde kamelyasında güzel bir çay demleyip içebilirsiniz. Hiç kullanmak nasip olmadı ama tüplü mangalı da mevcut. Seneye nasip olursa yine aynı yerden kiralayacağım inşallah.

Her şey çok güzeldi. Rabia Hanım ve değerli eşi bizimle çok ilgilendiler. Her şey tertemiz, fotoğrafta ne görüyorsanız bire bir aynısı. Aklınızda hiç şüphe kalmadan gidebilirsiniz.

Ailece konaklamamızdan çok memnun kaldık, site ve çevre çok güvenli ve aileye uygun. Dairede tüm eşyalar mevcut, ayrıca Oğuz bey çok sıcakkanlı ve bize çok yardımcı oldu. Konumu gözlemlediğimiz kadarıyla yazlık villaların bulunduğu bir muhit ve dolayısıyla biraz şehir merkezinden uzak. Biz seyahatimizde dolmuşları kullandık. 4 dakika mesafede bir dolmuş durağı var ve oradan şehir merkezine gidebiliyorsunuz. Sonuç olarak harika bir konaklamaydı, oğuz beye tekrar teşekkürlerimizi iletiyoruz..

Hakki was very accommodating, a lovely man very polite and courteous. Always happy to help with anything from taxis to questions about the area. The apartment was absolutely stunning and exactly like the pictures! Would 100% recommend.

Wolfgang &Yakup have both been extremely helpful. the location of the apartment is ideal, taxi button right outside complex, to take you into hisiranou or Fethiye. Small local shop in 5 min walk for your essentials. Apartment very clean sofas and beds very comfortable Will definitely be booking again. 🧿🪬☀️🥰

Ev konum olarak gümüşlük sahile yakın fakat tepede kalıyor o sebeple arabasız ulaşım çok zor olabilir, ev ikiz villa tipinde bu sebeple yan ve alt dairelerde birilerinin olma ihtimali var, fakat genel olarak huzurlu ve sakin bir bölge. We stayed at Anatolian Apartments as a group of six of family, and the duplex apartment was perfectly suitable for us. It was clean, tidy, and well-organized, with all the necessary kitchen equipment available for our needs. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful—ideal for a relaxing holiday. One of the highlights for me was the pool, which provided the perfect opportunity for my early morning swim sessions. Parking was easy, right next to the building on the side of the road. The location is also great—very close to both Çalış Beach (10 mins drive) and central Fethiye (20 mins) . We had dinner every evening at one of the many restaurants on Barış Manço Boulevard, just a short drive away. Deniz Bey was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Thank you so much for the warm hospitality! I’m already planning to visit again in September and hope to stay here once more if it’s available. Highly recommended!
