Beautiful house, perfectly located facing a heavenly beach. The setting is both idyllic and soothing. The only minor drawback is the kitchen, whose equipment would benefit from modernization and better maintenance. A big thank you to Leila for her responsiveness, and to Tarek, the caretaker, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back!

I had an exceptional stay in this villa in Hammamet. The accommodation is perfectly in line with the description, even better: spacious, clean, with a beautiful private pool without overlooking neighbors, a real corner of paradise! The location is ideal: quiet, while being close to amenities and a few minutes from the Medina. A big thank you to the host, who was very welcoming, warm and always available. She did everything to make my stay go in the best conditions, with a lot of kindness and responsiveness. I highly recommend this villa for a getaway in Hammamet. It was a great experience, which I will not forget!

We had a great time at Nahla's place! Check-in and check-out was quick and easy, with clear instructions provided. The house was clean, as described and looked like the photos. Nahla was a remarkable, responsive and helpful host. In the end, it was a fair value. We felt right at home, I would highly recommend this place!

Thank you, we've enjoyed our stay very much! The close proximity to the beach which was never busy and the swimming pool were definitely the best parts. The property itself is large, the bedrooms have air conditioning and the view is just beautiful. The kitchen is well equipped and the property is well secured. We felt we had privacy without being contained. Would recommend!!!

We stayed for an almost full week at Walid's house We were two families: 4 adults and 4 children. Loved our stay. This is a real holiday home. We found it spacious and rather well appointed and equipped for a holiday home. Perfect for families / kids The house is in a well secured residence, which we particularly appreciated. The connection between the house and the garden was very nice, the garden had shade in the afternoon, so the children were really able to play. And we also had fun enjoying the terrace in the evening. And finally, the "best" was the direct access to the beautiful beach of the residence. It is cleaned every morning, and is frequented mainly by the residents of the residence.

Thanks for the short, but nice stay. The place is a little out of the way, but very clean and very well maintained. We felt very comfortable and I would book the accommodation directly again for another trip.

Host was very responsive due to a last minute booking. It was nice and welcoming. All the information was given to us. The only downside is the surrounding environment that deserves to be better arranged and taken care of by the city. ( lots of waste ) We thank the host and their family for cleaning everything before we arrive.

Amazing view, clean and spacious house, perfectly set up for outdoor living with large family style table on patio off the clean spacious kitchen and another covered two covered lounge spaces you can entertain guests or just relax with a book and look at the spectacular sea view-the place is worth every penny. Good security, in a gated community. Quiet even though there is a hotel close by. Attached bathroom in each bedroom, and air conditioning in each room. Very nice and spacious living room to relax with family and watch tv-there is a satellite cable set up that allows you to choose English Channel programming. Responsive and helpful property management-big thanks to Hamdi for getting us set up on site.

It was very nice and luxurious stay with Amin , very spacious villa with a luxury rooms and equipment, everything’s was there clean and neat, the location of the villa was very nice near to all restaurants and hotels, I really recommend and definitely I will reserve it next time , thank you dear amin 🙏🙏🙏🙏

We had an exceptional stay at this villa. As soon as we entered, we were charmed by the generous spaces of the villa. The expansive living room bathed in south-facing light, which overlooks the pool. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessities. The large grassy garden was perfect for relaxing ,soaking up the sun on the sunbeds and also where children could play,and cherry on the cake a very convenient barbecue. The pool was a real treat, especially in hot weather. Adel was an incredibly helpful, available, and responsive host, quick to meet all of our needs . We highly recommend this rental!

Perfect stay! The accommodation is clean, well-equipped and located in a quiet neighborhood and close to the beach (5 min drive), ideal for resting. Wassim and his family are responsive, warm and welcoming. An address that I highly recommend!

We are very satisfied with our stay at Meriem! She is an incredibly sweet woman who has helped us enormously. She wanted to think along with us and arranged everything we asked for. The house is very nice, plenty of space and a nice swimming pool!

Beautifully decorated with a garden to match. Great to have a pool. Lots of seating areas and a few shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as the beach.

We needed a place to stay in Hammamet for the weekend and didn’t want a hotel. This place was really a great choice. The owner is very welcoming, helpful, and flexible. There was no problem arranging anything. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you might need, located right on the edge of the medina, with everything within walking distance. There’s a lovely terrace with a sea view, yet the place is quiet. Free parking is available around the corner. We’ll be very happy to come back here again.

Beautiful villa even prettier than in the pictures! We stayed as two families (5 adults and 4 children) and the space was ideal. The accommodation is very clean and functional. We felt right at home. Everything was there for a comfortable stay. The living room and kitchen are very spacious. All bedrooms come equipped with air conditioning. There is a laundry room for washing your clothes. A large table for 12 people for lunch in the garden by the pool and even a barbecue. We fell in love with the very large and designer pool. Samy welcomed us warmly from start to finish. 10 out of 10 for this villa that we will keep in our contacts for future visits to Hammamet! Impeccable!
