Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends. Beautiful location. Close to downtown and the hot springs. Very walkable. Right next to the river which was wonderful to hear. Rained the majority of our trip, so wasn’t able to enjoy the deck much, but looked beautiful. Well themed. Could be a little cleaner, but otherwise large space, great amenities and really had the ouray feel. Bathrooms were very clean. Overall great stay, would come back.

Easy to get in the mountain with the lift a short walk away. Also easy to get into town in a bus that stops right outside every 15 minutes. The walk isn’t far but we had so much snow! Plenty of space for 4 - not fancy or modern but great for the price. Would definitely return.

Our stay was wonderful. Ski-in/ski-out with ski valet service. Enjoyed the evening happy hours in the resort bar. Car valets were amazing. Incredible view from our condo. 15 min drive into Telluride. Only recommendation is the room could use some updating. Window shades wouldn’t stay open, the finishes are dated and the kitchen didn’t have many tools to cook with.

This was our groups third time staying in Telluride. We love it here! Can’t beat the convenience to the rental shop and lift 7. Also, only 10-15 minute walk to town!! A little bummed about the Hot Tub being closed, but you can’t always have it all! Great living room views, kitchen basics, comfortable beds and hot showers!! We’d definitely stay here again! :)

The room and amenities were great. The views were gorgeous. The Lodge was very proactive with communications prior to checkin. During our stay the shuttles were running frequently and came quickly if you called from one of the offsite stops. The ski in/out option was also very convenient. Additionally, it’s a very short walk from the market area which also connects to the gondola that services Mountain Village and Telluride. All around it was a great stay and a beautiful place.

Great place to stay — super clean and close by to the gondola and a grocery store. We arrived late for check in after a 6 hour drive and everyone was extremely nice and helpful. We also booked last minute and everything was in great order upon arrival. Excited to stay here again and try out more of the amenities!

We had a wonderful stay at Kevin’s place. The condo was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped and the location couldn’t be better. Perfect place to stay for a week of skiing. Highly recommend!
