On our small farm we have chickens, bees, goats, and alpacas that love to be hand-fed. Originally a pole barn workshop, the cabin has been expanded into a peaceful retreat built with local lumber. A gated gravel drive leads to our Off-Grid glamper situated on mountaintop acreage bordering Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee National Forest land. The private, pet-friendly treehouse is equipped with solar power and vented, indoor compost toilet. Rest from adventures on ultra comfy beds, cook meals in your covered, outdoor kitchenette and dine al fresco in the trees, take a clean, hot shower from the rain-collection system, and charge your devices via the charging station.

This cabin was constructed by hand in 2019 and is designed with both style and calm in mind. It is a perfect place for artists and writers to find inspiration or for guests who want to connect to nature by simply waking up with the trees. The cabin partly functions as an informal artist residency space for our friends and comrades and guest who stay will find it more as a home environment instead of a hotel.
