House holiday rentals in Mount Ida

This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Royal. The home was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms. Pool was amazing and we spent lots of time swimming. Beds were super comfortable. The kids enjoyed the game room. Mostly played ping pong. Air hockey table didnt work the best, the pucks kept flying off. Also, under the impression there would be a gaming system, but there was not. Plenty of tvs to watch. Very private and secluded. Kitchen fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Close to Dollar General and Family Dollar. Not too close to eating establishments. Went to mexican restaurant near by and it was decent. Overall, amazing stay and made lots of memories. Would recommend to anyone traveling to the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Definitely a hidden gem, we really enjoyed the views and peacefulness. Also they supply a fan in every closet, we travel with our own but we have forgotten before so this would have been a relief. Hot tub works great. Would stay again if in the area

This place is a beautiful, peaceful little place of heaven. Absolutely enjoyed our stay. The kids loved fishing at the creek. We saw, deer, ducks, chipmunks. It was so relaxing. We had a wonderful stay! The place was in the perfect location for crystal mining, which was exactly what we were looking for. The host was incredibly responsive and quick to assist when needed, which we truly appreciated. Overall, a wonderful host and a great stay!

The house and property are exactly as described. “Serene” is the perfect word to describe our family’s experience at this property. Julie and Rory are friendly, accommodating, and very responsive hosts. Thank you! The direct lake access was the high note. Our family enjoyed the views, grilling, fishing, and kayaks. The area is very safe and quiet. The house is modern and very clean. Many little touches around the house made the stay even more enjoyable. If we are in the area, we will definitely stay at this place!

We felt right at home in this cute little cabin in the woods; Surrounded by beautiful scenery in every direction. The cabin is located perfectly in the middle of where we wanted to explore, making it super convenient. Sarah is an excellent host, communicative and friendly. My crew is already planning their next visit!

Beautiful place, and Brian was very helpful and responded quickly. We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for everyone. The back deck is a perfect place to grill and hang out and enjoy nature.

Great single story house on its own lot. 2 bedrooms were nice. Bathroom and kitchen worked well. Covered parking for 2 cars. Easy to get into. Quiet neighborhood. We ate at the local pizza place and burger place. Both were great.

Few places in nature are as beautiful as the view from back porch. Lori was easy to work with, everything was in order and we hated to leave. A truly magical place.

We stayed here to pick up our children at Camp Ozark. We found the home conveniently located for pick up, closing ceremonies. Ideal for parents that want a comfortable home. I would recommend having a hook for the bedroom curtain so it does not cover the window ac unit. Nevertheless, will stay here in the future.

The Hidden Gem was the perfect home away from home at the Ouachita Lake! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed plus some! We especially liked having the office space available for our work from home jobs! Edwenna was the best host! Super quick to respond to our questions and accommodated us last minute with checking in a day early. Thank you for a great stay! We will definitely be back!

This was such a beautiful home in an incredibly beautiful setting. It had everything we needed and felt so remote and peaceful. We would gladly stay here again at any opportunity!

Beautiful home right on the river. The home is on a steep bank, so we were not able to get into the river from the property (because we have 2 young children and the water was up a bit), but we still absolutely loved the stay. The view was incredible. We loved hanging out on the nice porch. There are several other areas within a short drive to access the water for play with small children. The home had all amenities needed for a very comfortable and fun stay. We would absolutely come back.

We loved our stay! The space felt just like home, comfy and cozy! Eveything was so clean. The ambiance was spot on! Definitely would stay here again if we are ever in the area!

This was an impromptu stay that turned out great. The host responded quickly and we did not have any trouble renting. The house was perfect, we had everything we needed, beds were comfortable, and the yard was well maintained. We enjoyed our evening in the hammock swings and around the fire pit. There was also plenty of parking for our jet skis and trailers. We had an amazing stay and we will hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future.

Stayed for a quick weekend getaway with the family to start our summer and we absolutely loved it, it was beautiful and relaxing. The rain didn’t even bother us there were tons of board games so we stayed busy, we’re already talking about coming back in August before school starts to close out our summer! We will definitely visit again!

This home was comfortable, cozy and clean and is in a beautiful location surrounded by tall trees. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio and listening to the birds. It has an upstairs space and a downstairs space that worked perfectly for our families. Highly recommend!

Ann truly has something special. This is our second time visiting the area and The Farm exceeded our expectations. It’s the perfect spot to get away from the city. Ann went above and beyond during our stay. A thunderstorm knocked out power (only for about an hour). Ann went to town - while it was raining cats and dogs - and brought us supplies. You will be hard pressed to find a better host. My family is very outdoorsy; my teenager would live in the canoe on the pond if he could. The house was perfect. Fresh linens, spotless, insect free house (which surprised me given its remote location), fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, Wi-Fi. We’re already planning another trip in a few months. When you’re in Mount Ida, the Dairyette is one of our favorite places to eat and get ice cream. Jay’s Bonanza is a great place if you’re looking for something unique. The museum was also a neat place to visit!
