We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and were sad to leave! The apartment is actually bigger than what the photos suggest and wow the view from the terrace! We loved sitting here having drinks or relaxing. The walk down to Taormina was quick and easy on the steps and yes the walk back slightly harder as going uphill however we felt it was worth it for the view at the top plus advise not doing the walk in the hot hours (take a cab or interbus instead). Would recommend and visit again!

First of all, the accessibility for transportation and sightseeing is very good. We all walked. It is convenient to travel by bus from the airport. It is about 15 minutes on foot from the bus stop to the accommodation. There are small marts around the accommodation, and large marts are about 20 minutes away. The Duomo Square and the fish market are 10 minutes away. The bus terminal for Taormina, Siracusa, etc. is 25 minutes away. In particular, the view from the balcony is fantastic in reality, better than in the photos. You can see the Baroque church right across the street, and it is good to enjoy a light drink on the balcony at the golden hour when the sun is setting. The surroundings are quiet. The accommodation matches the photos and description, and she is friendly. The condition of the bed is important to us, and the bedding, pillows, and mattress (low and firm) are good for a good night's sleep. The kitchen is also perfect for cooking. I’m not sure I can sum this up in 1000 words but our stay at Roberto’s was beyond any expectation. Not only was it spotlessly clean, perfectly located and had its own parking, it was a 5 minute walk to the cable car to Taormina town (quick 3-4 min ride). The nearby restaurants were phenomenal especially Bel Assai and Blum. Both walkable within 5 minutes. Roberto as a host is simply the best we’ve ever had. There were multiple snacks and beverages for us upon arrival and everything you could ever want from an Airbnb experience. His charm and care were off the charts. Tanjit, his very strong helper, was available for any questions or inquiries we had as well. All in all it was our favorite stay not only in Sicily but in the course of our 20+ Airbnb’s around the world. To be fair- yes, there are many steps to the property but every single one was worth the experience. If you get the opportunity book it immediately. There’s no place like it in the world.

We had a wonderful stay at Gianluca’s apartment. We were right around the corner from Corso Umberto. It was very quiet inside the apartment at night and even though it was a lively street we slept very well. Gianluca was extremely helpful from getting us a booking at his very busy and amazing restaurant downstairs to arranging tickets to the film festival - he really went above and beyond. The apartment was very clean and we had plenty of space for two adults and our child. The balcony is large with views to die for and having the bus station and cable car very close was an added bonus. If we ever are lucky enough to return to Taormina, we would deciiitely stay again.

A very artistic studio located in the heart of Catania, easily accessible by car. The space is situated within a residential building (note: no elevator), but it's safe and secure—we had no issues during our stay. The host was incredibly accommodating and highly responsive.

i loved staying in this central apartment for 3 nights. There was a supermarket located straight across the street. It was about 10 mins walk to the Piazza Duomo which was handy. Lots and lots of restaurants a couple of blocks away. Loved the high quality coffee machine, modern air conditioning and netflix. The bed was comfortable and towels nice snd fluffy. My hosts were very responsive and helpful. Loved this apartment and would happily stay again.

Great place to stay in Taormina - beautiful terrace with the views to Etna, the city and the sea. Great kitchen as well. For light sleepers - bring earplugs, for us it didn’t matter, but it may get noisy. Recommend!

Carmela’s place was beautiful—cosy, homely, and thoughtfully decorated. She was a wonderful host, warm and welcoming, and provided us with lots of helpful information about Taormina. She even went out of her way to pick us up from the coach station, which was incredibly kind. I fully recommend her flat for anyone looking for a charming and comfortable stay.

We absolutely loved this apartment. It was clean and spacious and looked exactly like the photos. So thoughtfully decorated and finished. Do not be put off by the street entrance - once you open the door at the top of the stairs, so much beauty awaits. There are lovely restaurants very close by, and there is easy access to all the sights. Salvo was an exceptional host - responded quickly to messages and checked up on us frequently. From booking to leaving Sofia & Valerio were in touch with information about where to eat and all were great places, they checked to see if we're happy with the apartment. On arrival they had left us loads of fruit, cakes, crisps, water and milk, drinks in the fridge and Grandma limoncello. the apartment was well equipped and close to metro and nightlife. one of the best air bnb I've stayed at. Highly recommend, would love to return.

Anita’s place is so cute! We really enjoyed our stay here, and she was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. It was a nice short walk up to the town center. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back to Taormina!

Luca was an excellent host, communication was excellent throughout and he even provided me with tickets to the Taormina international film festival one of the nights of our stay which was a terrific bonus. he also allowed us a late check out which was very helpful. Our stay was amazing. the apartment was beautifully decorated, you could really tell they put a lot of work into it. very luxurious but still gave a very cozy and comfortable vibe. the hot tub was really the cherry on the cake. The location is perfect for people who are looking for a place where to relax but also have a bit of night life. lots of shops, bakery's and restaurants around where you can try all the typical sicilian food. The rocky beach is barely even a 10 minute walk and it's just simply stunning, you can smell the ocean breeze even from the apartment. Wonderful house and location! We loved it here. The house has a lot of beautiful furniture, as well as an open terrace with a great view. The host Franco was so very kind, gave us many recommendations on local beaches and cafes

In the heart of the old part of the city fabulous location and lovely place Silvana was very helpful. Parking a challenge but that's what you get to be in the centre and there are places you can pre book.

Very nice, very clean, very good equipped and designed apartment. We can absolutely recommend to stay here! Beach, supermarket and good restaurants are available but ideally you have a car.
