Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Mount Dora

We had an incredible stay at Gateway Galloway Ranch! Our whole friend group loved it—especially hanging out in the pool and playing games on the Switch. The space was comfortable, fun, and had everything we needed. Best of all, it was super close to our friend’s wedding venue, which made everything so convenient. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful 3 days at the Beekeeper’s Cottage. Everything was provided for us that we needed. The location was never more than a 10 minute walk. We luckily picked the weekend of the 2 day blueberry festival which provided some extra things to do. Very happy with the host and the home.

If you’re looking for a peaceful, secluded getaway that’s close to multiple natural springs—but just far enough from the hustle and bustle of Orlando—this is the place for you! Jose’s place truly checks all the boxes. The sunset views from the hot tub overlooking Crystal Lake are absolutely breathtaking. Having kayaks right on site made it so easy to get out on the water and completely disconnect for a while. If you’re curious about what “Orlando North” has to offer, I highly recommend booking a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Our little family of three thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Three year old was happy with his pullout bed in the living room, watching his shows in the morning before our adventures during the day. It was perfectly peaceful. Watching the gators in the bay from the dock and just enjoying the surroundings, lounging in the shade was this tired momma's favorite part. Accessible to many restaurants and lots of nature parks and trails around. Our hosts were very friendly; the space had all the basic household items necessary for preparing vacation snacks and quick meals. We plan to be back!

this home was exactly what I had been looking for... somewhere with all the bedrooms for adults, a private pool, and a quiet neighborhood. it was perfect for "working from home" (or working from the pool), and still being able to make a Disney outing midweek. the place is extremely cozy and looks like the pictures promise. the beds are heavenly and great for recuperating after days in the heat/sun. we really hope to come back soon!

My husband and I were in the area for a Jr. EYBL basketball tournament for my son. We stayed in the house along with 2 other families and their boys. It was PERFECT!!! So spacious, clean, and well equipped. The lake view was incredibly beautiful! The patio was a nice space for the boys to hang out between games. There were tons of board and card games to keep them busy. There was a nice office space that one of the dads used daily since he had some work to do. The beds were big and so comfortable! I loved the MIL house. It was well furnished and spacious as well. Great for the early to bed people… ME! Richard and Braden were very nice and allowed us a late checkout since our game was a little later on Sunday. I had only 1 question while there and I got a quick response. We have traveled a lot together and everyone agreed this is definitely in our top houses and we’ve stayed in and if ever in the area again, we will be back!

Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. 2 minutes drive to down town Mount Dora and the area is peaceful and quite! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated room with updated appliances. My favorite part is the back patio for when you come back from having a long day adventuring and just want to sip some wine

We loved this condo. The private parking garage and easy access to the condo was wonderful after a long, hot, exhausting day at Rockville. Also the drive to Daytona for the concert was very easy, very little traffic coming from New Smyrna. We had a great time and the condo was such a comfortable and a spacious oasis after being around thousands of sweaty people all day.

Best AirBnB we have stayed at to date. Amazing location, extremely family friendly. Nice rec area with toys for the kids, and pool table/darts for the adults with lots of lounging. There was so much effort put into this place that we are absolutely coming back very soon solely for this AirBnB

The space was exactly like the pictures. It is small but it was perfect for my husband, myself, and our dog. It is in a beautiful historic district in Orlando.

My boyfriend and I had a lovely stay here. Although it was a short, 4 night trip, we felt right at home for the entirety of it! We were even welcomed with fresh lit candles to top it off. Throughout our stay the host had great communication and really outdid our expectations when he offered to start us a fire outside to enjoy the evening. The place was spotless and the bed was so so comfy! We look forward to staying here in the future!

Loved staying here! Avoided all Orlando Traffic coming in. This is a good spot. 20 minutes away from Disney parks. Great restaurants, and local areas to hang out! The host was amazing in the space was spotless, just as described

I really enjoyed my stay at Sonia's apartment. it felt plenty private, but not so secluded that I was uncomfortable as a female solo traveler. the coming and going of the host family nearby was a comfort. I loved looking outside to see the neighbors horses in the pasture. The fluffy towels, crisp white sheets, and feather pillows were a touch of comfort that many hosts skimp on these days and it was such a lovely and welcome surprise! A few tips for travelers, if you require complete darkness to sleep, be advised that the property is extremely well lit at night. it makes the property feel safe, but without room darkening curtains it can be a bit bright and a sleep mask might help. Also if you are sensitive to artificial fragrance, the host does use a lot of air fresheners in every room and there isn't a good way to air out the space as the windows either do not open or lack a screen.

Loved the location and the walkability to restaurants around the lake. The host was very communicative and responsive. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that I did not appreciate not being able to adjust the air conditioning for our comfort. It was locked by the host at 71 degrees and you couldn't budge it without a private pin code. We had an Amazon package delivered and it sat all day at the front door in full view and no one stole it. It's a good, safe neighborhood.. We did enjoy our stay and would recommend the home to others.

The cabin exceeded our expectations! Our honeymoon was beautiful. We relished the quiet time away from urban life and discovered some wonderful areas. Recommended!

We Loved our weekend getaway at Darlene’s quaint cabin. It was an easy (and less than 2 hour) drive from Tampa! The location was great and easily accessible to the surrounding lakes and great restaurants with some awesome live music. The provided John boat was great for cruising the canals and fishing… we even caught lots of bluegill and a few good-sized bass right off of the dock at the cabin! Darlene was super responsive from the time of booking until our departure, although we only reached out to her to thank her for sharing her little piece of paradise with us. We will definitely return to this little gem!

We had a truly relaxing and peaceful stay at Bob’s beautiful lakeside property. The setting was perfect — quiet, scenic, and surrounded by nature. I especially loved spending time by the water and photographing the wildlife. Bob and Melanie were wonderful hosts, making sure everything was comfortable and easy. If you’re looking for a peaceful and pet friendly getaway to reconnect with nature, this is the perfect spot. We can’t wait to come back!

Very Beary Cabin provided a beautiful and relaxing break from reality. Nancy is probably the best host I have ever worked with. I spent a ton of time in the swing, on the dock listening to the birds and relaxing with the beautiful view of Crystal Lake. We would definitely return!

We had such an amazing stay at ‘The Charming Little Barn’! From the moment our reservation was booked, Ms Maribel was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available to answer our questions which made us feel right at home. The barn was spotless, cozy and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed. And I can’t express enough the perfect fenced yard for our fur babies. I would highly recommend Maribel's place to anyone and would love to stay here again on my next visit. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

A beautiful hidden gem tucked away near Blue Springs State Park. We enjoyed being on the water, listening to.the extensive record collection, viewing all the wildlife and simply relaxing on the deck and the dock. The views are amazing from the living space and it was nice to have a screened porch option for most of our meals. We can't wait to return!
