Holiday rentals with a patio in Moultonborough

You get a nice view of the lake and sun rise in the morning. Place was clean and beautifully decorated. Though, be aware that the WiFi isn’t great here so it might not be the place for you if a consistent connection is your thing.

This is a peaceful quiet hideaway in Pennacook, a village within the city limits of NH's capital city, Concord. It had everything I needed & was well laid out.

Sharons place was exactly as described. Excellent location. Clean and bed was so comfortable. She was also super helpful and communication was great!

Perfect Airbnb. We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The hot tub, pool table, dart board, piano, book collection, and giant tv ensured we were never bored. The view was incredible, it felt like we were in a movie. The hosts answered very quickly whenever we had a question, and they also ensured we had a lot of privacy, which was really appreciated. 10000/10! I would stay here again and again and again. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect. It was quiet and private while being close to the conference center (a 3 minute walk) and shops/restaurants of the town square (a 5 minute walk). The condo was exactly what we needed and extremely clean. The kitchen is nicely updated and the living room area has lots of natural light and is perfect for watching a movie after dinner. This is an end unit and faces the woods instead of the road or parking lot which added to its peacefulness. We would definitely stay here again.

Megan’s place was beautiful! I only wish we had waited until the warmer weather so we could enjoy the water. If we had a question for her, she answered very quickly. I would definitely book this again !

Ashlee s cottage is truly adorable! She has everything you need and more. The yard was perfect for us traveling with dogs, they seemed right at home immediately. She was very responsive to our text messages immediately and extremely helpful. The pellet stove was a wonderful source of heat and made for a nice ambiance. We bought wood for the fireplace but since it's not a working fireplace, Ashlee left a note so we were able to get a permit to have a fire in the little firepit outside. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen was well stocked and she even left us a little note with a sweet treat 🍷. We would definitely return!

Our stay at this home was absolutely wonderful! This home was incredibly cozy, and the town was so welcoming! It had everything we needed, from extra towels to a well-stocked kitchen with all the seasonings for cooking. Thoughtful touches made our stay effortless—would definitely return!

Cayla was a fantastic host! She was always very quick to answer any questions I had and was extremely accommodating and very friendly! Her house was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the photos. I would love to stay again! A stunning location and her welcome book had a lot of helpful information about the local area. Would highly recommend this place if you’re in the Conway area or would like to explore all that this area has to offer. Very easy to get to and it’s in a perfect location with great views.

Joia's place is incredible! We are a family of five and had more than enough room. Everything we needed was in the home, even things like fans, extra blankets, and night lights for the kids. She has thought of everything and the place is clean, well organized, and located on a quiet mountain side. We were there to ski, but the condo is close to lots of great things to do and has plenty of good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great accomodations at a great price especially during ice fishing derby weekend. Within minutes to Belmont Beach and Ahern State park for lake access and 20 mins to Derby HQ on main lake Winni. Centrally located to plenty of activities. Cozy accomodations and host was super informative pre-checkin or anything we needed. Although the game room is closed during winter, we are excited to come back in summer to utilize.

Had a nice stay for a few days, easy access to North Conway, pool was a nice plus, would return!

It was our first time renting an Airbnb. I have no complaints. On the contrary, everything was perfect. We loved the apartment, the view of the mountains, and the owner treated me super friendly. My family and I had a great time.

There was so much to do! The condo was so clean, and had everything we need. Lorraine left us a little welcome package, which was so incredibly thoughtful. The location was perfect. Staying with kids- it was perfect for storyland, the aquarium and santas village. I am already checking dates for next years trip! Thank you Lorraine and Kevin for a fantastic time!
