Excellent villa, beautiful pool. Lidija and her husband made us feel very welcome with homemade pastries and a vino on arrival. Excellent location easy to get to Pula and Pazin. We loved it. Thank you for a fabulous holiday.

We spent 5 nights with our two children in this beautiful house. Everything is very high quality, tastefully furnished. Right next to the house there is a bar where locals meet outside in the evening. The downstairs bedroom opens directly to the street - so you feel right in the middle of the action. From here we were able to make wonderful excursions in all directions.

This was our second time staying at La Finka, and just like the first time, everything was absolutely perfect. The villa is very clean, well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need. Ivan is an amazing host – he responds immediately and truly cares about making sure you feel comfortable and welcome. We’ll definitely be coming back and can highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay.

Amazing home. Awesome host. My husband and I have stayed in dozens of AirBNBs throughout the U.S. and Europe. This was one of our favorites, and we definitely hope to return someday. From the moment we arrived we felt as if we were staying with a friend. Our host, Vesna, is an artist, and the place where we stayed is her former studio. It's decorated with her artwork (paintings, sculptures, ceramics, even painted lamps). During our three days here, surrounded by her art, we felt embraced with her joy and kindness. It was truly a magical experience, especially with the sunshine streaming through the many windows and the lovely trees all around. Vesna lives in a separate home on the property, so she was close if we needed her. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a bonus as my husband and I each had our own shower and our own water heater! And it's within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Opatija. A superb stay!

Daniel’s place is in the most photo-genic street of Rovinj and his place still stands out. The outside carries into the inside; what a cosy place! Location is perfect! In the middle of the old centre, many wonderful restaurants and bars nearby. We’d advise: vino vigneto winebar, twinfigs for dinner and trevisol for breakfast. All within 5 minutes. Only downside is that there is no parking nearby. You need to go up quite a few steps with your luggage.

We have now been to this beautiful holiday home for the second time and it was absolutely fantastic again! The house is superbly equipped, very clean and furnished with a lot of attention to detail. The pool is a real highlight. Our two dogs also felt completely comfortable and enjoyed the stay. A big thank you to the warm host – as always, everything was perfectly prepared and we immediately felt welcome. I'm sure we'll be back!

We had a great vacation in Klaus' fantastically beautiful accommodation. The facility is super well maintained and Klaus was always available. In the event of a defective water drain in the bathroom, Klaus reacted super quickly and sent a craftsman who was very friendly and could repair everything directly. Our spontaneous guests were even allowed to spend a night with their camper in the parking lot for free - THANK YOU for that. We'd love to come back and recommend the place!

We felt very comfortable with Alenka and Diego and enjoyed the time there with a great view of the sea to the fullest. Unfortunately, we did not use it because of the bad and then somewhat too cold weather. We were mainly in the garden next to the kitchen. The parking lot for the car is right next to the entrance. Alenka and Diego are very hospitable and helpful. The refrigerator was filled with delicious food upon our arrival. It is a quiet location and beautiful area. The neighbor was also immediately courteous when she realized we were guests. Our dog also enjoyed the fenced garden and so it was relaxing for us. All in one, a beautiful relaxing holiday with fantastic views. Thank you both for your kindness.

A perfect stay for us. Beautiful architecture, the pool under a small roof, always usable even in a short rain shower. Benny is more of a concierge than a caretaker, always available with very good tips for restaurants. The terrace with sun loungers and seating area, a table group under the roof outdoors, so you could sit outside wonderfully both in the morning and in the evening. We only left today, but are already planning our next stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home in Istria! The house is incredibly spacious, perfect for our group, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The highlight was definitely the private pool and large outdoor area, plenty of room to lounge, dine, and enjoy the sunshine. The location is peaceful and offers a true taste of Istria, while still being within a short drive to charming towns, beaches, and local restaurants. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect for our arrival. Highly recommend this place for families or groups looking for space, privacy, and a touch of luxury in beautiful Croatia. We’d love to come back!

Ivan's Villa Simone is a great house. We were here with eight people and had a fantastic time. The house is beautiful, both inside and outside. The furnishings are high-quality and everything you need has been thought of. When we arrived, towels and beach towels were already on the loungers by the pool, which immediately invited us to swim. The pool is huge and perfect for swimming. Ivan was very accommodating and always available. His mother even brought us a homemade cake. We have rarely felt so comfortable in an airbnb. We will definitely come back. Thank you Ivan for this great vacation.

We had a fantastic stay! Filip was always available and very helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. The space was comfortable and well appointed. Particularly impressive was the stunning view from the pool – a real highlight! The older gentleman, Filip's father, was just as incredibly friendly and accommodating. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our stay. Filip even left us a little longer in the apartment on the day of departure and showed us all the apartments. A really great place – we'd love to come back!

Completely happy! I was with my dogs for a week in this beautiful accommodation and we enjoyed our stay incredibly. Wonderfully quiet in the midst of nature and great views of the sea and the island of Cres. Apart from birdsong and the occasional ringing of bells from sheep nearby, absolute silence. For us, it was a wonderful and relaxing holiday and we hope to have the opportunity to visit this fantastically beautiful and peaceful place again soon. Best wishes to Marino.

We were received in person at the property after a short notice. We got a short tour and received important information. The place is quietly located, which was very accommodating to us. Restaurants, shopping, etc. can be easily reached by car. We received good tips from the hosts. Highlights include the outdoor kitchen with grill and cooking facilities, which can be used very well for warm summer evenings. We will be happy to come back.

An absolute dream destination. The owner is very friendly, helpful and not intrusive. You feel like someone is there who is happy to help and support. The fence is completely tight, our dogs could get out when they wanted and we didn't have to worry about them leaving. The house is equipped with everything that is important. You can feel completely comfortable here, everything is 100% clean and looks like no one has ever been here. The house is more beautiful in real life than on the pictures! Pool is cleaned regularly by the owner, especially in the morning that you don't notice it (didn't even hear anything) and it is always nice and clean. You can absolutely recommend it, will be back next year!!

Beautiful villa ! Very clean and very modern ! We enjoyed the sauna and pool to the fullest. The kids loved the PS4 (beware, only 1 controller)😄. We solved the flying problem by only leaving the terrace door open, which had curtains. These kept most of the flies outside and it was still able to keep the door open. BBQ charcoal, lighters & co had to be bought, - was not on site. Salt, pepper, oil, etc. was also not available. Ivana gave us tips for excursions and was very kind. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our vacation very much! I couldn't find a walker's route from the village, so I always had to drive away to walk the dog. The property was perfect though. Nice big and closed so our little dog could jump around freely.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Tom’s and I can’t recommend it highly enough! The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and impeccably clean. From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living and sleeping areas, every detail has been taken care of. The little charming city of Cres is just 20min away (by car) and had everything we needed - supermarket, ATMs, great restaurants and cafes and even two real beekeeper’s shops, which we especially loved. The island itself is a true paradise for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts. One of the best beaches is just 10 minutes away and with all the singing birds and deers casually walking around the house, we felt like we were in a real wild paradise. Our dog was extremely happy too! And what truly sets this experience apart is the incredibly hospitable mother of Tom, Blazhena. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Her warm personality and genuine care for her guests create an unforgettable experience.

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Mateja and Kevin were the warmest hosts we have ever had 🫶 very reliable, attentive and communicative… a great welcome, with homemade wine, makes the start of the holiday perfect… the apartment was fantastic, very lovingly prepared, very clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures… thank you for the beautiful time 😊
