Spencer’s place looked like the photos and had everything I needed for a few days of working from home! The kitchen is stocked with whatever you might need to cook a meal. Comfortable furniture and nice shower. The neighborhood is nice and safe to walk around, close to a few different coffee and restaurant spots. Would return!

This is by far one of my favorite stays. I felt like I was staying in a friends guest house. Very clean and comfortable and the shower outside was a treat! I’m traveling for work and have long days. It was so nice to be able to relax in a place that felt like a home and not a sterile box. The neighborhood is very charming - safe and lots of parking too. Bay is fun to talk to and kind. I will most definitely be back.

I lived in LA 4 years. So needless to say that when I come back, I want to feel at home. Philipp’s place feels like a dream home you want to have when living in LA. Location is amazing, street is calm, it just feels right and I can’t wait to be back!

Stayed here for a few months while on a project. Great location, lots to do in the area. Very close to the beach and Michael was very responsive and attentive to any and all things. If you are gonna be in Venice beach you can not find a better place to stay!

This property was our family's favourite in their entire trip to California. The place is exactly what it looks like. It's gorgeous, well-maintained and walking distance from the beach. It has plenty of amenities too. If you plan to cook your own food, you might have to drive a little or door dash your groceries. We really enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

Had a great week. Very secure and comfortable condo, with easy check-in, and great parking. Location is super convenient, especially if you have a car. Second time staying with this host, and hope to be back!

Great little apartment for a nice "staycation". Super walkable with Abbot Kinney and the Venice boardwalk just steps away. Host was lovely and very responsive to messages. The private balcony was really nice in the evenings without having to be on street level and having a full kitchen is always so much better than getting a hotel so we ca make our own breakfast every day. Home was very clean and the bed is super comfy!

We cannot thank Caroline and Laurie enough! They have a beautiful property, but along with that, I ended up having to go to the ER for an emergency surgery, and they were so kind, patient, and helpful. The garden is absolutely beautiful!

Sam and Amber are great hosts and their place is perfect for a few days Santa Monica and LA. It’s very close to the beach, pier and the 3rd street boulevard (shopping and restaurants). Both of them replied quickly and were always helpful. The apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. The free parking in a garage is a big plus! We would come back and can absolutely recommend the two and their apartment!

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

Second time we’ve stayed in Cara’s place & loved it. The apartment literally has everything you could think of, the bed is comfy. The style is shabby chic & beautiful. We’ve been visiting Santa Monica every other year for the past 24 & weeks would always have this as our first choice. Thanks Cara & Lori Xx
