Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mosman

SeaPod was the perfect location for a getaway visit to Sydney with my 2 daughters. We explored the local natural environment with trail runs, walks and particularly loved the morning swim in the ocean pool. Spectacular views from every room of the ocean, the surfers, the dolphins and the waves were highlights of our experience. We would love to come back in the near future.

The Bondi Beach, Tamarama, Bronte beach area is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever visited. After spending a week running all over Sydney, I’m so glad we stayed here instead of downtown or near the Opera House. We felt like we got a more authentic experience. Charlotte’s house has billionaire views in a cozy, easy to use place right on one of the best beach trails I’ve ever experienced. 5 of 5, I’ll dream of my next chance to stay here.

lovely home in North Sydney. some construction happening next door but we were out sufficiently it didn't bother us too much. Well equiped kitchen but could use some extra kitchen paper & towels. Charlotte was very responsive & kind to allow us to check in early after long flights into Sydney which we definitely appreciated!

This was truly one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had. The studio is incredibly spacious, spotless, and located in a peaceful neighborhood just minutes from the airport. It’s also conveniently close to the subway and a shopping mall with markets, stores, and a pharmacy — everything you might need within easy reach. The amenities were thoughtfully arranged with guests in mind, including a great selection of coffee varieties that added a special touch. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. David was exceptional — quick to respond, always helpful, and regularly checked in to ensure everything was perfect. His hospitality went above and beyond expectations. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended, and I truly hope to be back someday!

First time using air bnb and it felt like home. Beautiful spot, quiet, great view and it genuinely feels like you walked into a second home. Beds were very comfortable, felt like sleeping on a cloud. Kitchen, bathroom, dining was fantastic. Would recommend 10000% every time.

Great place, I won’t hesitate to recommend. Chris was very friendly. Even informed us when the place was ready for us so we could check in early. Easy check in, with no fuss keypad entry. Suitable for couples. No room for kids. Bathroom was spacious. Very comfy sofa to put your feet up and watch tv. Lovely spot. Short walk to Spit Rd and buses to the city. Clontarf Reserve is a very pretty spot with a lovely marina/cafe extending over the water. Shops are a short drive away.

Peta and Grahams home is an oasis and perfect for one person or a couple for either a short or longer stay. The space is immaculate and every thing has been thought of with care and consideration. The fridge filled with essentials was a lovely surprise along with the welcome letter and chocolates. Being a local I was very familiar with the area but this would be a perfect place for interstate and overseas visitors to have a sense of a bushland setting, proximity to beautiful middle harbour bushwalks, the creek bubbling away in the rear yard at the same time being very easy to access the Sydney CBD. 1 bedroom apartment with well appointed kitchen. Light & bright with nice aspect. Brilliant position just minutes walk into Potts Point cafes, shops & market & easy walk through the Botanical Gardens to the Opera House & onto Circular Quay. Kitchen basics supplied & good pod coffee machine. Was able to both checkin early & check out after the usually time which made depositing suitcases & enjoying our last morning there possible. Fabulous rooftop pool with BBQ & entertaining area which unfortunately the weather & timing meant we were not able to use. Pool towels supplied. Extra bathroom towels supplied & comfortable bed & linen. We had a terrific stay.

Danny's house exceeded our expectations in every way! From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is unbeatable—right on Coogee Beach, where we enjoyed morning strolls and breathtaking sunrises. With cafes, shops, and local attractions all within easy reach, it was the perfect spot for exploring and unwinding. Danny was an exceptional host, going out of his way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. He was incredibly accommodating, always quick to respond and genuinely committed to making our experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for the ultimate beachside getaway, this is the place! We can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be back.

Beautiful apartment in such a central location. Made it very easy to walk and explore and catch public transport to traipse the city. Very spacious apartment with a beautiful outdoor area too. We got to see the fireworks as part of vivid on both nights which was quite special! The apartment was well equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay, and clean. Baby cot, high chair and even a simple stroller were made available to us. Very grateful. If you’re just staying in the 2 main rooms, the heating is adequate for the winter but the study can get quite cold (Volker may already be looking into this!) otherwise. Also, do take note that there’s still stairs to navigate despite there being a lift.. so may not be so friendly for those with mobility issues or can’t carry their heavy bags. Everything else was great! Volker as a host was also always responsive and was a great listener to our needs before our trip and was very receptive to feedback after. Thank you!

I loved my stay at Catherine & Andrew's place! Super convenient location to all things Manly, I felt like a local. The apartment was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Although it's winter, it was very cosy and warm. They went above and beyond by providing lots of breakfast items, I really appreciated the tea makings. And they were very accommodating by allowing a slightly later checkout. Thank you so much Catherine & Andrew, I hope to stay again very soon!

Great location. The flat is very comfortable and clean with all you need for a short term stay. The building is quiet with two entries which is convenient.

Great location beautiful property well maintained

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.
