Guests have a separate private access with no shared areas with direct access to Chinamans Beach & Rosherville Reserve from the outside deck. Should you wish, there is no need to interact with the residents of the house, the apartment is your space and is totally private. The house is steps away from a beach in Sydney’s Middle Harbor and near Rosherville Reserve, a quiet park with picnic areas. Surrounded by national parks and great walking tracks, Mosman offers beautiful scenery and views of Sydney Harbor. Located 5min drive to Mosman cafes and shops or a 10min leisurely stroll to Balmoral Beach. Just a short walk to the bus stop for a 20min bus into Sydney CBD or 20mins bus to Manly Beach. If walking is not your thing, Mosman Council has a free courtesy bus available and you can find the timetable at http://mosmanrider.net/ The kitchenette comes equipped with a fridge, microwave / oven, induction hot plate, toaster, jug and necessities. On the outside deck there is an electric barbecue. If you require an additional bedroom this can be arranged .There is an additional guest room on the same level across the courtyard. We had an amazing time in this apartment. The view was phenomenal!! Loved the set up of the living room with the swivel chairs that could face out to the ocean view. This apartment made our time in Sydney, very relaxing and peaceful. A perfect oasis.

We enjoyed our stay at cosy Hilltop Retreat. The spectacular views of Sydney Harbour especially all lit up at night, made up for the three flights of stairs to the top floor apartment. Naadiya provided clear instructions and was quick to respond to my query. The location was perfect for our 4 night stay catching up with family close by. The only dampener was the weather. So much rain! The additional umbrella provided by Naadiya came in very handy. I would highly recommend Hilltop Retreat to anyone and would definitely return in the future.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Sue's apartment. Furnished beautifully with wonderful artwork, the apartment also has an endless supply of books and magazines to browse. As this is Sue's own home, the apartment is very well equipped. The location couldn't be better. It is a five - ten minute walk to the ferry terminal making a trip into the downtown area, only half an hour. The small Mosman harbour is very pretty. There are many bush/harbour walks within easy access. It is an easy walk to a cluster of shops and cafes, with the Mosman village only ten minutes away. The area is stunning. Finally, sincere thanks to Sue for her many hot tips which we followed. Arriving on a Public Holiday, Sue also very generously provided groceries for our arrival. We were very grateful.

Wow! A stunning studio in a perfect location! We just loved Heather’s modern, private and charming Bali-inspired property. It has the most impressive kitchen of any AirBnB we have stayed in, a hotel quality bed and linen, and the outdoor shower is just amazing (that’s all we used during our stay!) Can’t say enough great things about this property, and the location on the North Shore of Sydney Harbour is close to the beach, great walks and the waterfront. We even managed 9 holes at Balgowlah Public Golf Course just 10 minutes away. Stay here!

We absolutely loved our stay at Erika’s and will definitely be back! It was perfect, very spacious, and an amazing play area for our child with heaps of great toys for him to use! Fully stocked kitchen, high quality linen, so cosy and comfy. A quick walk down the hill to balmoral, the location is perfect. Erika went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and we are so grateful for her flexibility with check in and a late check out! Thank you Erika for an amazing stay, we will definitely be back!

This location and place was perfect for two old, old friends to meet. The property was in a perfect location for us to revisit old haunts along the North Shore. What a fab place for amenities, transport and activities.
