The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Small, but historic and evocative, very well preserved place with the possibility of visiting interesting places all reachable in 40 min. max. 1 hour, such as Florence, Siena, Pisa and Lucca. Accommodation exactly as described, cozy and with all comforts. The owner is friendly and hospitable, quick to respond to requests and very accurate in giving the information. I recommend it to those who want to discover Tuscany by car every day in a different place and then retreat in the evening in a relaxing environment, typical , but furnished according to contemporary taste, overlooking the Renaissance village.

Andrea en Simone, Are very welcoming, the location is a smal walk but with good directions easy to find. Palaia and the accommodation has amazed us, with a amazing home away from home. Great facilities, terrace, jacuzzi, pool, and not to forget amazing views. As a base to explore there is alot of interesting places to go to witin a hour drive. big cities, smaller towns, wineries, and with a tiny bit extra travelling time the sea. Ilaria was a wonderful host. The house is located on top of a hill, with a huge and very nice garden and wonderful views. Perfect for kids to play.

What a great place to stay while visiting Tuscany. The home is a renovated medieval watchtower located up a dirt road, tucked on a hilltop overlooking the valley. Jacopo, the host, was so kind, hospitable and responsive during our 5-day visit. Would definitely recommend this place to explore Tuscana.

This place is something else! The views, the pool, the houses, the interior - it’s something else. We stayed with our 18 month old and had such a happy time - surrounded by nature in such gorgeous accommodation and a kiddy kitchen / toys which were perfect for Otis. It’s simply beautiful and Martina is so helpful - highly recommend with a family or groups of friends for a zen and unique time. Close to lots of gorgeous places and Martina has wonderful recommendations. Only watch out is the 2km dirt track road to get to the location but it’s 100% worth it and quite fun! Enjoy - we can’t wait to come back :)

We loved staying in Carolina’s house in Montecatini Alto. It was a lovely welcoming place to wake up in and return to at the end of the day. The view from the windows and the patio is extraordinary and sitting out enjoying it was one of the best parts of the holiday. The house had all we needed. Carolina was a wonderful host; friendly, quick to reply and extremely helpful. The village is a lovely quiet place to stay and we wouldn’t look anywhere else if we return to the area.

Federica was a great host again! Super fast answers to questions and if there is something at the house, they react immediately. The host family around Erika is enchanting!! We have now been there for the fourth time... And we'll be back next year! 😃

We had a great time at Elisabetta's, all the services were impeccable, starting from the check-in where Elisabetta was flexible about the time and extremely helpful. The house is perfectly equipped with everything you need and impeccable in terms of cleanliness. The setting is also dreamlike. I absolutely recommend a stay, you will not regret it!

Stella is a beautiful person and a perfect host. Everything immediately felt like home. She explained everything very nicely. The location was serene and she gave a lot of information on things to do in that area. Would love to come again for sure.

Antonio and Carmela were both exceptional hosts and made us feel right at home. Despite the language barrier, both of them were incredibly warm and invited us into their home for a home-made Italian dinner that included three different pizzas, focaccia and salad. The views and vibes of the area were truly beautiful and we would highly recommend this place to everyone, even if only for one night.

Hard to find a place like Maria’s, beautiful place and with such a friendly and helpful staff.

Host reception was particularly welcoming and warm. The house was well cleaned upon arrival. The location of the house is beautiful, overlooking the Tuscan hills. There is a large garden with an olive grove. It was a nice place for our two dogs. Our daughter also enjoyed it immensely. It is a good starting point to visit Tuscan cities. For us it is a place to come back again.

first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

Really pleasant stay! The place is clean, well organized and in a quiet area. As soon as we arrived we found a welcome surprise: a bottle of Chianti! The environment is cozy, the kitchen is super equipped and in the living room there is a TV with a large screen, perfect for relaxing in the evening. We felt right at home. Starting with a warm welcome to the unfortunately much too quick warm farewell (we were there 10 days) we felt more than comfortable in Nicoletta's wonderful property. This wonderful, stately house from the 14th century is a gem, located high on a ridge with magnificent views, which is designed with great taste by Nicoletta's artistic style from a gem of the historical to the modern to the artistic. If you want to live in such a mansion, the two high floors should not be a problem. But over time, a certain training factor sets in here. Upon entering the park-like property, a beautiful iron gate opens, and you are greeted by a square surrounded by oleanders, palm trees, and flower beds.
