Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in Cambria. Katy’s place had everything we needed to relax. We loved our “home base” to return to in between eating tasty food in town and enjoying the nearby hiking trails and ocean views. The hot tub is the cherry on top!

My second stay with Dian and Jay. They are great hosts and have a beautiful property.

Wow!!! Just the home feeling was amazing, we went in the jacuzzi early in the mornings and the slight fog felt perfect for the privacy feeling, the safe and comfortable atmosphere was very pleasant. We were able to cook meals and the cottage had all the necessary utensils needed. The directions were accurate and helpful and found the cottage right away. The customer service and messaging response was amazing and we will definitely be coming back.

What an oasis! This place is super charming and peaceful and a quick trip to anything you want to do on the central coast. We stayed for graduation weekend at Cal Poly and it was a great escape from all the activity. The bed was extra comfortable and we enjoyed the pool, the beautiful night sky, and all the wildlife. We will definitely be back!

Magical Space and Perfect Host! Jane's beautiful cottage is a dream retreat! The cottage is nestled in lush roses with soft waterfall sounds and nature as far as the eye can see from the cute private patio. Crisp, fresh interior and the coziest beds and linens made the space inviting both day and night! Jane was so kind and helpful! She was quickly and joyfully available for anything, like making sure I knew how to get the amazing spa to the perfect temperature:) You are surrounded by vineyards and nature while just a short drive to Tin City and downtown Paso Robles. Channon and Randal were so friendly and helpful! And the property is so beautiful to see, from the pond with fishes and turtles to the large oak trees and outdoor fireplace, my wife and I couldn't get enough. This property is definitely worth a visit. The large property size combined with it's location in wine country really made it feel more private and secluded, just what I was looking for. I am grateful I got to stay here, and also grateful for their hospitality and accommodations!

Julia’s place was great! The location was convenient and the bikes were a real nice add. Cots were surprisingly comfortable and we had everything we needed. House manager was helpful and responsive

We had a nice stay in this lovely little cottage in downtown Paso Robles. Everything was as described in the profile for this property, and it was very clean. The cottage contained the things we needed for a comfortable stay, including an easy-to-use TV system, a very adequate air conditioning system (there was a heat wave while we were there), a nice little fenced in area for our dogs, and plenty of towels and bedding. I was a bit concerned because the cottage shares its lot with a realty office and another rental, but everything was nice and quiet and private, and the neighbor was very nice. Checking in was easy, and there was a parking space in the alley behind the property.

Very beautiful house and close to the waterfront! Don’t let the size deceive you, we fit 6 adults, a service animal, and a baby in this cozy home. Great kitchen with upgraded appliances, plenty of towels and blankets, and one of the coziest backyards I’ve had the pleasure of having in a rental. Just a note, the room with two double beds, it’s a day bed with trundle. I was told it was very comfy!

We had an amazing stay, and the property is fantastic. Everything was super well communicated, including any questions we had. The property was quiet and private, with a lovely deck in the sun. Kitchen had everything you needed, as did the rest of the property including the cool milk bottle display. The rest of the property was spotless and we really enjoyed staying! Bravo to the hosts.

A lovely jewel box of a place. Everything was pristine, well designed, beautiful! Cozy quarters as you can see in the pictures but very well appointed. We had our two dogs and were able to set up a crate easily and have room for them to lounge on the floor. Lovely Japanese toilet with heated seat was an unexpected plus. You get the sense the owners have stayed here many times themselves to experience the space and add hooks where needed, etc. I saw there were comments on electricity issues but we didn’t experience any. Recommend!

After moving to Orlando from California last year, I have missed the Arroyo Grande, Pismo Beach, and SLO areas more than any other place in my home state. I am so happy to have found such a truly wonderful spot with Aaron’s cozy yellow cottage! From gorgeous views to wonderful amenities to a perfect location so close to the AG Village, you truly cannot beat this place. The kitchen was an especially fantastic part of the house, as it was stocked with anything and everything we needed during our stay! Aaron was incredibly communicative and friendly from our very first to our very last interaction. I will stay here every time I am in the area in the future as long as it’s available, because I truly felt so at home. Thank you Aaron for providing such a clean, quaint, and quiet space for my parents and I to stay while we were in town for my sister’s graduation from Cal Poly! We cannot wait to be back!

Had a wonderful stay at Tiana’s place! Location was perfect for getting around Morro Bay and the area. Had all the amenities one needs for a solo traveler and her dogs! Great for couples too!

Always love staying at Janet’s place. This was our fifth time and are planning on staying in November. Almost want to keep it to myself because it gets booked up 😉

This house is the perfect place to relax and enjoy wine country. Anytime I return to Paso I will always want to reserve this house. Michelle is so sweet and responsive and lays everything out perfectly.

My daughter and I rented this house for a short stay. The rental was easy to find and parking was convenient. Entry to the house was seamless and upon entering, the house looked exactly as pictured. The rooms were clean, well organized and invited us to "relax and enjoy." We felt as if we were in our own home as we prepared meals, relaxed on the deck, read and took walks in the neighborhood. The neighborhood was quiet and the people we met were friendly. We have been to Cambria many times and this rental was one of our top favorites. We recommend this rental to others. 10/10

This Pink Gem was amazing and allowed our family to experience an "optimal guest flow" for (3) adults. All of the doors and kitchen cabinets were rock solid, observing that the home had upscale renovation choices. We rented this a year in advance for Cal Poly graduation. We could not have selected a better choice to be removed from the SLO traffic congestion, and enjoy our peaceful gem on the beach or just relaxing have a cup of coffee, watching the waves. Beyond amazing and we will be back soon.

I really cannot say enough good things about this place and the host Joanne! My sister and i booked this as a birthday weekend for our husbands and it was wonderful! She even left birthday cards waiting for them on the dining table! The home is beautiful, comfortable and easy walking distance to downtown Cauyucos! She even made many recommendations for the surrounding areas as well. We all found the beds very comfortable and the home very well stocked for all our cooking needs. The back deck is a beautiful place to spend time relaxing and we spent much of our time out there! The tv is downstairs and I am happy to report that because of all that we were able to do and go see and the beautiful deck we didn’t watch one minute of it! We will definitely be returning and hoping this will become a frequent place we visit!

Super host and superb accommodations! Greg greeted us on arrival showing us around their lovely surroundings, including their beloved bison. Greg and Gloria provided every detail for a perfect stay… Their cottage is spacious, very nicely furnished and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen is fully loaded and we sure appreciated the very kind extras including; A quality bottle of local wine, along with snacks, water, juices and breakfast items in the fridge. Wonderful hosts who truly care about providing comfort for their guests, Thank you so much Greg and Gloria!

Peaceful place to stay for the fam! The kids loved the view and the Llamas! The owners let the kids feed them pet them and just hang out with them which was really nice! Trying the wine from their downstairs winery was nice! The owners live right next door so if your trying to be sneaky throw a party or do something you shouldn’t be than this is not the place for you : ) but if your going with the intention to relax and maybe talk to nice host and have some nice views n wine while paying a great rate than this is your place! The Ac Is great it gets colddd and the heater keeps u warm! Only thing I would have like to see is TVs in the rooms for the kids and faster internet because streaming was rough and the iPad wasn’t getting wifi in the back room but besides that great people great rates and great relaxing views ….

Beautiful place, has own separate driveway from main house in front. Had ever amenity. Atascadero was lovely and we loved our dinner at Cielos, recommended Itatian.

Our stay was wonderful...the house was as described. We enjoyed our stay!

It’s our second time staying at Korie’s Cambria beach house and it was just as we remembered it! Clean, comfy, and centrally located to all the activities we planned. Korie was responsive and pro-active and we would love to come back for a 3rd or 4th visit! This time, we won’t wait for 2-years to return.
