In the ground floor of the house there is the kitchen, the hall and toilet and shower room with washing machine. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms and a hall, sleeps 5. Otterön is without bridge connection, shops, and streets. Hired only on weekly basis.

The swimming area south has a sandy beach with mountains and jetty. Veteberget where you can see all the way to the Weather Islands and Kvarnberget which is very close, you can enjoy the sunset. The magazine is part of the property and is surrounded by a large lush garden. In the lower floor of the magazine, I have my studio.

The house has a very large garden and partly ocean view. It takes 2 min to get to the sea and the smooth rocks were you can go for a nice swim. It takes 10 min to get to the village center. There you will find restaurants, cafés, boutiques and the local bakery as well as a grocery store. Parking included.

On the property, there are animals such as hens, roosters, horses, pigs, sheep, cats and dogs.
