Pj’s place met our expectations. Beautiful location. Beautiful view from 3rd floor balcony! Had a great family vacation! Will be back again!

The condo was perfect for our needs, in a lovely area, clean, with everything we needed for the meals we prepared there. Having the recreation center available to us with its indoor pool and hot tub and outdoor pool was an added bonus. We didn't have time to take advantage of other offerings there for fun and exercise. All staff were very pleasant and helpful. This was my first experience using airbnb. Brooke was very prompt in answering all of my questions and I can highly recommend booking a stay at one of her locations.

A place at the beach is a wonderful place to stay. There is great activities for families of all ages. The back room has beds for the kiddos and even a pull out couch if you want to split up the kids. The resort has incredible amenities highlighted by the outdoor pool slide. What makes this unit special over other options is the view of the pool and slide, as well as the ease and proximity to getting to the beach itself. The property has several DoorDash options as well as food trucks onsite (check with front desk on food truck schedule) which make for ease for families who want to skip cooking one night. My family of four (ages 4, and 1) had a fabulous time! This unit accommodated us very comfortably and the resort is top notch and very well maintained. I would highly recommend Paul and Deb’s Unit!

The is a truly dream house. It is fully equipped, very spacious, clean, cozy, wonderful view. Perfect for a beach getaway, relaxing and amazing time to enjoy the peaceful beach. The host is always in contact if you need them. Loved our staying. Will come back in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Atlantic Beach! Grice, our host has a beautiful convenient place with fun amenities and a very short walk to the beach! He was very helpful and fast to respond if we needed any info! The local restaurants were yummy and a short distance from our condo. There were places we could even walk to! We had a wonderful time, and the view of the ocean from this unit was incredible.

Our stay was amazing! The house was clean and comfortable. It’s not directly on the beach, but the ocean and sound views from all the decks were great. We could walk to the beach within a couple minutes. My teenagers enjoyed the pool and hot tub especially in the dark with all the decorative lighting. I didn’t think we needed an elevator, but it made a huge difference with groceries and luggage. And we finally got to witness baby sea turtles making their way to the ocean just down the beach from the house! We would definitely stay there again!

Amazing oceanfront property! Walk from the living room to the deck to the beach! Good sized kitchen with lots of necessities. I think the only two ‘negatives’ would be the lack of bathrooms (which was clear in the description) and the ac not being able to cool the place down to an acceptable sleep temperature (like 69). Otherwise, this place was quiet, great location for bike riding, endless ocean views, and plenty of room for everyone!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy’s beach house. The location could not be beat. The beach was peaceful with hardly any other people around us. There was plenty of space in the house, and we were able to cook a lot of our meals there. They provided plenty of towels and serving ware for our big group. There were a few minor issues we addressed with Amy and she was very responsive. The main thing was the deck was a little run down and many of us got splinters throughout the week. But overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Amy’s home to anyone looking for a peaceful beach trip with such a short walk (and only a few stairs) down to the beach.

We loved this sweet little cottage. We were in town for a wedding and came in a day early just to relax and enjoy Oriental. The cottage was conveniently located for walking in to the village for coffee, to the New Village Brewery for a drink, and to a sweet spot under the trees along the river. We also walked to a fantastic dinner at Gretchen’s Bistro. The front porch of the cottage was great for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening on this peaceful street. The cottage had everything we needed plus several little touches (like some popcorn and bottles of water) and a nice Welcome Book. We hope to return to Oriental someday, and we will certainly stay at Glenda’s cottage.

Great stay, can’t emphasize enough! Location - tucked away in a private, quiet street, easy 3min walk to beach access. Host Matt - very responsive and accommodating, so easy to deal with. Truly appreciated how clean and well equipped their entire home was - kitchen clean and well stocked, carried everything we needed to make our brunch/picnics. While we packed everything we needed for our toddler, we really didn’t need too, lots of games, books and outside toys! Appreciated the fenced yard, our dog had a blast. And we enjoyed our evenings downstairs - lots of space to sit down for a meal, enjoy the hammock, and play a game of corn hole :) Thank you for hosting us!

Great stay for my family and two dogs. Ashley was quick and easy to text with. Ideal location. Easily walk to beach. Would stay again and hope to do so.

Great beach access…the unit was very clean. Had a view of ocean and felt safe in neighborhood. Was not but a block or two from shops. Overall thought unit was a little larger but it was sufficient for the 3 of us. We had a nice time!

Hilda was very helpful and responsive. Her home was perfect for our family vacation, we loved sitting on the porch and enjoying the views. The beach access is a short walk across the street. The home was very comfortable to stay in, a nice quiet neighborhood. Restaurants and grocery stores are only about 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Hilda!

We loved everything about this house! Perfect location, great and VERY responsive host, clean! We had an issue where we couldn’t find something (our fault) and they brought us a replacement. The views are amazing! Everything was in the house from linens, to bikes, the deck was great! I can’t say anything bad at all! We will definitely visit again!

This is the perfect location to stay in Atlantic Beach! You can't beat the view of the ocean from the balcony and you are steps away from the beach. Atlantic Beach has a wide stretch of sand even at high tide which is not something you find at every NC beach. Jillian's place was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 4. Jillian left great instructions and was responsive, even offered a late check out. We would definitely stay here again.

My wife and I wanted to try somewhere different since we normally go to the beach in Atlantic Beach. We decided to try Topsail. What a great decision. Missy's place was fantastic!! We found it to be exactly as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located to local restaurants and activities. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. And the VIEWS WERE SPECTACULAR!! Missy was a great host. She was very responsive and friendly. We would highly recommend it and will for sure be back ourselves. The only negative from our stay was having to leave!!

We had a great time at Rachel's condo, the place was amazing and is better than the listing shows.

We enjoyed our stay here! The beach supplies were amazing, and we had everything we needed for traveling with our toddler. One thing to note is you do have to put the sheets on the beds yourself. That wasn’t clear in the listing, and we waited until we were exhausted to do it later that night which wasn’t very fun. But very minor action in what was a wonderful family vacation with great views!

The setting is stunning--up on a bluff overlooking the Neuse River, with a great view of sunsets and a dock for fishing, chillin' or launching her kayaks. The cottage is quirky and authentic and a fun place to spend a few days. It's cozy in a comforting way and has everything you need. If you're looking for something a little remote, with a great, peaceful view, to get away and be alone for a father-son/mother-daughter break, or to hunker down with friends or your significant other, this is it.

We (myself and 7 family members) stayed at Matthew’s for a wedding. The place slept the 8 of us comfortably and was gorgeous. We had a fantastic time and will be in contact again in the future!

Carol’s place was just as described and the location was perfect. We had a little confusion with getting in but she was very apologetic and quick to respond. We had a great time and the area was very peaceful. Great birthday trip.

Lisa's place has it all!! Very easy access to the ICW with a boat or even a very short walk to the beach. Our daughter loved fishing right out the back door on the dock in the evenings. Super quiet location and well appointed home. You can tell Lisa puts a lot of effort into this Airbnb. Sunrise, sunset's are stunning!!!
