Everything is as expected and described. The well-kept environment with a refined decor with many details that make you feel like a real guest in Leonardo and Anna's house. Highly recommended!

We were very warmly welcomed by Silvia. The check-in went very smoothly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and enjoyed spending time there. Silvia gave us great tips for the area. The absolute highlight is the balcony and the pool. We will be happy to come back!

I have stayed in many places. Massimo's place is by far the best. He takes great care of the guests and is very kind and welcoming. His place has everything you need and it is very clean and spacious. He has thought about all the details so his place is very well equipped. He is also very good at providing information and is excellent at communication. Thank you for everything we will be definitely be back again.

The place itself is very comfortable and had everything you need. The view of lake Como is stunning and location was great. Easy walk to shops, bus and ferry station. Denis is very proactive and helped us with finding another accommodation due a mix up of dates on our behalf. Would highly recommend to stay at this lovely apartment.

The accommodation is well equipped. Above all, the small garden is very cozy. Elisa is a very friendly and helpful host. The place is completely "dead", so if you are looking for a restaurant, you will not find one in this place. We wanted the peace and seclusion, so the location was perfect for us.

Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

Marina was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. When we realized we had forgotten to ask about making up the sofa in the living room, she immediately offered to come and take care of it. It was a hot day, and she kindly brought us a fan to make things more comfortable. She also helped us with the laundry and recommended a nearby self-service laundromat. Many thanks, Rotem

I had a wonderful stay at this charming little apartment in Gravedona. Though compact, it was perfectly equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the stunning view over Lake Como — absolutely breathtaking and a joy to wake up to every morning. A peaceful and beautiful spot, ideal for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Truly spectacular - one of the best views I've enjoyed from any accommodation ever. The home inside was also perfect for a short term stay for two people - super cozy and very clean. Communications from the hosts before and during our stay were great. The home is a little bit further outside of the city then we realized when looking at the map (~15 minute drive up the hill) so take advantage of the restaurant recommendations nearby! Amazing place. Stefano and Mattia were very caring hosts. We definitely would like to come back. Best way to go around is to have a car, this is the best way to explore the region.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! What a wonderful apartment. The pictures do not do it justice. The views of the lake, its close proximity to the town centre, Stefeno as a host made this one of our most memorable and enjoyable stays! We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfectly located right next to the Funicular and next to the promenade that runs around the marina in Como. Despite being in a busy area it is set back a little from the road so it also feels peaceful and quiet. The little balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the view. It is exactly as it appears on the photographs, only better in real life. Communication was super responsive and helpful, with restaurant suggestions and local information provided. We enjoyed a trip on the funicular one evening to watch the sunset and walked to the lighthouse at the top (steep but rewarding with a great view).

I had a super, quiet and relaxing time in the apartment. Everything was perfectly clean and the communication always worked very well! Despite the relatively bad weather, I was able to take some nice walks and excursions on foot. The nature around the apartment is beautiful and the hot tub also served its purpose 👍 Thank you Chiara and family for the pleasant stay.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine!
