It was an amazing beach home, great for families and had everything we needed plus more. Carrie always gave a response quickly and with clear instruction!

I needed a place to stay that was convenient to the hiking trails in the area. This place worked well. Not sure what more is needed to say.

Susan’s place was beautiful. Brand new building and very cozy living area. Less than 15 minutes to Sugarloaf which was very convenient. Looking forward to booking again next ski season!

This was the perfect place for us to spend our long weekend! The condo was spotless and cozy. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, and plenty of space in the kitchen to make a good meal! I swear the sound of the river at night put me to sleep at night when I had the screen door open, and I could sit on that balcony all morning. Jackson was very friendly and answered all my questions prior to arriving. Definitely booking for next year.

Great place for our family! The deck has a beautiful view of the lake and the little golf course was fun. Each bedroom had its own bathroom and very comfortable beds. Everything was updated and clean. We would certainly stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this Sugarloaf condo. It was a perfect space for a large group (we had 3 adults and 3 kids) - with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Rob was super responsive and communicative. Thank you!

Awesome space - just rustic enough for a weekend of bicycle riding. Just off the beaten path, with quick access to town (Greenville) or the back roads that lead to the 100 Mile Wilderness and so much more. Really an ideal spot in Maine and Denise was a very proactive and helpful host, this place was perfect!

Stayed for the weekend to run the Sugarloaf 15k. We had a great and relaxing time, had plenty of time before checkout to go back after the race, and loved the open area

Jennifer is always an extremely responsive host the place is immaculate uncluttered, comfortable with a great view if I say too many nice things it’ll be booked all the time and I’ll never get to stay there again.

Comfortable, spotless apartment in the lovely town of Kingfield (walking distance to local eateries). We visited in February. It was an easy drive to Sugarloaf and the Nordic XC ski center as well (would highly recommend both). Leslie was an attentive, friendly host.

This was the perfect place to spend the night. Very clean, and walkable to the down town area. Lots of room, and the bed was super comfortable. Would def stay here again when in DF!

A two-family ski vacation for a long weekend made this stay incredibly worthwhile. Perfect location with access to trails and lifts, and a super fun window seat for trail side viewing. We won’t have pets, but I could tell it would be an ideal spot for them too.

Great stay. Just as advertised. Kids loved the bunk beds and being able to ski to the lift right out the back door. Added bonus that the pool was in the same building. Overall just what we expected.

We had a great stay here for a few days of skiing in March. We especially loved that we could walk quickly across a parking lot to the Snubber lift to get right on the slopes -- and it was easy to come back for lunch breaks on the colder days. The condo was clean, the bathroom was updated, and the kitchen was small but equipped for simple meals. There was plenty of room for four adults (and one small dog!) to comfortably hang in the living room after skiing. Note that there are lots of steps up to the condo -- we didn't mind, but prepare accordingly.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. Quick access to the snubber lift, and the building was perfect for our needs.

We arrived just after the end of active ski season, when lifts from condo area were closed (and there was no snow in the condo area) but slopes and on-slope ski lifts were still working with plenty of on-mountain skiing. As long as you have a car, this isn't an issue. You leave your skies either in the convenient closet right at the condo parking (or in your car), the drive to the base of the slopes is quite short, and parking at the base of the slopes is ample and easy. Plus, the condo was just great all around. So enjoy spring skiing at Kate's condo! For pilots: We flew our Cirrus SR 20 into Sugerloaf Regional Airport. There is no FBO there, but the airport manager is friendly, there are tie down spots (bring own ropes), and fuel is reasonable (100LL only). Greg Roy provides taxi service in the area, and if you ask nicely, he may rent you his car (as he did for us!). Greg's number can be found in Foreflight comments.

Perfect place for our family of 6 (if they added a twin mattress to trundle it would be even more perfect!). Great location, very clean, easy check-in, all the amenities you need. Will be the first place we look to rent when coming back to Sugarloaf.

We had a terrific stay at Lani's. The location was excellent, about 1/2 from Mountain Grocers and a mile from The Rack. We were on the shuttle route, a perk, even though we drove to the mountain daily. The condo itself is genuinely better than the pictures indicate. The beds, comforters, couches, etc were lovely and comfortable. We loved the hot tub. We didn't read the fine print that it is shared with the attached house rental, but it wasn't an issue. We alternated use easily. A hot tub is so nice after a long day of skiing! Lani was wonderfully communicative from booking to departure. We would definitely rent her apartment or house again in the future.
