It has a loft with king tempurpedic bed and antique soaking tub overlooking the downstairs and out second story windows. The Lambertson cabin is a rustic log cabin on the north shore of Wilson Pond. It’s a family cabin, so we appreciate your efforts to treat it as your own. It does not have electricity but has gas lights, refrigerator, stove, and hot water heater. Inside the cabin you will find a small leather-covered spiral notebook, which explains with pictures how light the gas lights, etc. Everything should be up and running when you get there, so you'll just have to light the lights.

The cabin was a great space to get away for the long weekend. The place is truly in the middle of no where and is great if you are looking to get away from people. Make sure you have a car that can go through mud and potholes tho. The owners were very responsive and gave clear instructions so you’d know what to expect upon arrival. Would definitely recommend.

This was the perfect cabin and location for a long weekend with my teenage son. It was very peaceful, and the view was incredible from either the back deck or just looking out the main window. Son did a little bit of fishing, but nothing was biting as of yet. As a matter of fact, there was still plenty of ice on the bay which just added to the experience. We got to see the ice thaw take place first-hand. Each day more and more of the ice melted. By the time we left, the majority of the ice was now melted. The pictures on the internet did not do the listing justice. It was actually nicer than expected and perfect for what we needed The Vacasa Maine company was also very proactive which alleviated any confusion or anxiety. I was always getting texts and emails giving me updates concerning my reservations and other logistics.

We had a truly wonderful stay! The host, Vivian, was super responsive, patient, and welcoming, making everything run smoothly from start to finish. The place itself was spotless and cozy, with an amazing view of Wilson Pond. Breathtaking sunrises greeted us each morning. Walden Farm was peaceful, charming, and truly a hidden gem—a perfect escape from the chaos of everyday life. It is a great place to soak in the serenity of nature at the Airbnb as well as in the surrounding areas. We would highly recommend staying at this jewel in the Moosehead Lake region!

Great place for Ice fishing. Had a great time and felt like home. House was clean and owner was very responsive to any questions or needs. Would def stay again and highly recommended listing.

The description of the cabin is very accurate. It is relatively new construction, comfortable and clean. It is a seasonal cabin so not fancy but comfortably rustic. The deck is great and has room to set up a screen tent for dining or sleeping. The dock is a little wobbly but we were able to dock our Sea Doo up to it and would be fine for a canoe, kayak or other small boat. There is a boat launch in Rockwood and only a 15 minute ride to the cabin. Our dog felt right at home and they even provided a food and water bowl because they are on vacation too! There is another camp right next door but only on one side which adds some privacy. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, a really nice place to stay on the lake with amenities in Rockwood not far away.

My friend and I decided to rent the cabin to celebrate graduating, and we couldn’t have picked a better spot. The place is so cute—right on the water with a beautiful scenic drive. All the views up there are amazing, and it’s not a bad ride into Greenville either. Jordyn is very responsive and very nice! I would absolutely rent it again!
