Had a great stay here, felt right at home! Bed was incredibly comfy and everything was a breeze! Would love to stay here again

This will be our "go-to" place the next time we're in Houston. It's near just about everything we're interested in, and it's easy to get to. It's just the right size for the two of us, and everything about the accommodations was perfect. Really good neighborhood restaurants nearby with friendly service.

The stay was wonderful . Place was nice and clean on entering. Host was responsive and friendly and helpful when needed. 10/10 experience.

Great location with convenient garage parking. Really nice amenities especially the pool. Just wish it had been warmer weather to enjoy it. Extra special spices for cooking and the refrigerator was awesome! Really enjoyed my visit.

My last airbnb cancelled on me and Rachel was super responsive and eased a lot of my stress due to my situation. I love that the place has parking right in front, easy to get in, easy to find, plenty of space and everything worked perfectly. Whatever questions I had for her, she would help me and was super transparent. its hard to find a good airbnb host nowadays. the place is very clean and close to the convention I was heading to. cant wait to drop by here again for next time ! 10/10

Estate Heights was an excellent host from beginning to end. The home had all the essentials, great internet, great garbage service, excellent communication and was very clean. Glad I chose them will use them again when I visit Houston in the future. 5/5 stars

This was a last minute booking for me during a house remodel. Super conventient location. There is some road construction and quiet hours.

One of the BEST Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Location is great, super clean as well. Lots of towels and wash clothes. Azita was great to communicate with and also funny (: I would love to return when I stay back in Houston!

Nice property with all the necessary for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is functional and well equipped, making cooking even relatively elaborate meals possible. The host is exceptionally helpful, friendly, and reactive.

Perfect for our first time in Houston! We Ubered a lot and almost everything was 5-10 minutes away. Great location! The Airbnb was nice as pictured and check in was easy.

This place was perfect for three writers. Each of the three bedrooms has a very comfortable bed and desk area. The living room sofa and chair are big and soft. The sheets and towels are high quality. The front yard is delightful. There were water lilies blooming in a tiny pond when we visited. It took us about 20 minutes to walk to UST past the museums, park, and lots of cute houses and big oak trees.

Ed was wonderful!! We had a bit of a confusion due to the way I set up the rental and he figured it out, smoothed it out, and accommodated us in every possible way. Apartment is amazing and the facilities are as well! Highly recommend!!

We absolutely loved this apartment! It was centrally located to everything, literally a 15 min drive to most locations we visited. The apartment are just as the pictures show. It is a quiet neighborhood with great amenities. We loved the gated parking, gazebo and pool. Tavoris was easy to reach & answers promptly . Hands down will book this location in the future. Literally just looked for an upcoming trip and they are BOOKED!

Great stay! Gabriel was really polite and responsive! It smelled clean and look nice! Clean pool and hot tub! Only thing I would say is the tv was kind of small but I also didn’t have my glasses so yea lol, but I would definitely stay again! Thanks again for an awesome stay!

We had a great stay, you do have to download two separate apps but they are easy to navigate and use. I apparently don’t read directions well so when I had a question Brian was quick to respond. Close to the Toyota center and felt safe in the complex. When we visit again his place will be one we look out for.

We loved our stay at Rmanii’s she was extremely helpful and understanding. Everything was as described. It is a little walk through the long hallways but worth it. Would definitely be booking again next time we are back in Houston.
