Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Montreuil

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It is a 5 min walk from metros that will take you to all the tourists attractions. There is also plenty of supermarkets and local bakeries within walking distance to get groceries. The apartment has everything you could need and very comfortable beds. Lucas was very helpful. We had an issue on the 2nd morning with the electricity supply tripping and going off because we had put too many appliances on at the same time This was resolved after contacting Lucas and finding out we had to push in a grey button on a panel in the wall in the bedroom. The only thing I would say is that it would have been helpful to know that that could happen and we wouldn't have used too many appliances at once and if there was a note somewhere in the apartment of how to fix it. Everything else was perfect though, I would definitely stay again and recommend it 😊.

우리는 지난 3박동안 최고의 집에서 최고의 시간을 보냈다고 생각합니다. 먼저 집의 위치와 내부시설이 너무 훌륭했습니다. 집은 조용하고 쾌적했으며, 주위에 식당과 마켓이 많이 있어서 아주 좋았습니다. 거실을 비롯한 내부의 모든 인테리어도 프렌치 스타일이어서 정말로 파리에 온 느낌을 받았습니다. 가전 및 주방시설도 최고였습니다. 두번째로 호스트가 직접 우리를 만나서 친절하게 집에 대해 설명해 주어서 감동을 받았습니다. 문을 여는 방법, 주방시설 사용 방법, 가전용품 사용법등등 집의 사용 설명에 대한 완벽한 가이드였습니다. 특히 무료로 제공받은 웰컴와인은 정말 맛이 있었습니다. 세번째로, 서재에 있는 레코드와 cd 소리 너무 좋았습니다. 오래된 레코드판을 들으면서 옛 감성에 빠졌고, 특히 바하, 마리아 칼라스, 에디뜨 피아쁘의 음악은 최고였습니다. 모든 것이 따뜻하고 안락했으며, 마치 내집처럼 편안히 쉬고 가는 느낌입니다. 다음에 파리에 오면 꼭 다시 올 생각입니다. 다시 한번 좋은 집을 빌려 주셔서 감사드립니다.

Хорошая, аккуратная и чистая квартира, которая оборудована всем необходимым для комфортного проживания, приготовления еды и отдыха. Sophie - очень отзывчивая и доброжелательная хозяйка, всегда была на связи, а также посоветовала много хороших мест для посещения. Единственным минусом для нас был шум, который мы могли слышать как от соседей по утрам, так и с улицы ночью. Я не могу сказать, что это шумная улица, ночью машины проезжают крайне редко, однако их слышно в квартире. Возможно, это особенность парижских квартир.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber. Es gab alles was man brauchte und die Kommunikation war schnell und höflich. Auch der Weg in die Stadt kommt einem kürzer vor als man denkt. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung gerne weiter. Vielen Dank für diese süße Wohnung.

Это супер замечательная квартира . Я восхищена была чистотой и порядком . Чудесное и качественное постельное белье . Очень хороший ортопедический матрас , спать было очень комфортно, подушки качественные и мягкие. Чистота . Квартира была очень тихая . Это позволяло спокойно отдыхать после экскурсий . Хозяин Jp- безумно добрый , дружелюбный, отзывчивый , вежливый и очень заботливый человек . На любые вопросы быстро реагировал и отвечал . Это жилье заслуживает только высоких оценок . Я очень рада и счастлива оказаться в таком прекрасном и уютном месте . Спасибо . Рекомендую обязательно )))

Sehr netter Empfang durch Susanna. Tolle Gegend im Quartier de Belleville wo auch Edith Piaf geboren wurde. Wirklich coole, sichere Gegend wo es wirklich alles gibt: Metro, Bus, meherer Bäcker, Bistros, Restaurants und Supermärkte. Von hier kommt man mit der Metro schnell überall hin. Das saubere, sehr schöne Studio hat alles was man braucht und ist wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wenn man in den 9. Stock fährt und kommt in das Studio und sieht den Ausblick auf Paris, denkt man nur noch WOW. Auf dem Balkon kann man mit super Aussicht perfekt Frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Wir haben es geliebt und es hat unseren Paris Trip unvergesslich gemacht.

The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten länger geblieben um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Sehr ruhiges, sauberes Wohngebiet, ideal um vom Trubel im Paris runter zu kommen. Vielleicht ein anderes Mal wieder

Das beste AirBnb aller Zeiten! Schöner als auf den Bildern, toller Service (da U.S. er Auto so groß war, wurde uns auf der Straße ein Parkplatz freigehalten), top modern, auf Nachrichten wurde sofort reagiert und unterstützt, es war sogar Grillkohle für den Grill bereitgestellt! 5 min zur Metro M11, 3 min zum Böcker oder Auchan Supermarkt. Wenn mal wieder Paris zu acht, dann nur in dieses Haus. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt

Gemütliches Studio in ruhiger Umgebung für ein paar Tage Paris - angenehm kühl an heißen Tagen. Die Gartenterrasse ist auch angenehm, um etwas Sonne zu genießen oder draußen zu essen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar zwei Stück selbstgebackenen, superleckereren Kuchen geschenkt bekommen. Empfehlenswert für den Preis.

Séjour parfait dans une maison impeccable, propre et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, agréable et conforme à l’annonce. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Vraiment top le logement d’Alexandre, c’est une maisonnette très jolie dans un quartier très tranquille, et quand vous souhaitez aller au centre de Paris vous y êtes en 20 minutes ! Je recommande fortement !

We spent three nights at Anne's place and loved the experience. Literally cannot think of a single complaint. The house was built in 1905 and it's clear that Anne has taken really good care of the place. Comfortable bedrooms and lots of spaces to hang out. The garden was beautiful. We would definitely return if we ever make it back to Paris!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

Que dire de cet emplacement… INCROYABLE!!! C’est encore plus beau en vrai! J’étais un peu craintive vu que je voyageais en solo mais pas du tout; super sécuritaire comme endroit! Et Kazumi, ben on voudrait tous l’avoir dans notre famille! Elle m’a même offert des petits gâteaux au départ 🥰 Je recommande fortement cet endroit. J’espère y retourner un jour! Merci!!!

Asunto oli hieno, tilava ja rauhallinen. Se vastasi kuvausta. Majoituimme viikon, joten oli hienoa, kun saimme nukuttua hyvin. Metrolla pääsi hyvin kulkemaan ja lähellä oli tarvittavat kaupat ruokaostosten tekemiseen. Francois oli oikein ystävällinen ja auttavainen. Voisimme yöpyä uudelleen.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

We just had the most incredible stay at Denis’s apartment in the Marais. The whole stay from check-in to check-out felt effortless. Check-in was easy and convenient, and I appreciate that he gave me the instructions in advance so I had no last-minute stress of figuring out what to do! Expectations were very clear, Denis clarified before even accepting our booking that there is no A/C, but even with the much hotter temperatures than normal for June we found the apartment well ventilated and comfortable. There was tons of space for two people, and having access to a washer/dryer was a huge plus! The apartment was also very clean and well maintained. Check-out was also a breeze, and throughout our stay Denis was not only responsive but proactive- he messaged multiple times to make sure we had gotten in OK and that we had no issues or concerns. Would highly highly recommend this Airbnb!!!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!
