Holiday rentals with lake access in Montreuil

Very responsive and friendly hosts, nothing too much trouble. Our favourites were the sun trap patio, the hot tub, the pellet heater, and the children's / teenage play area upstairs The bedrooms are lovely and big but there was nowhere in them to put anything on (make up, creams, combs, jewellery etc) , like a dressing table or a shelf.

Place is close to public transit, (bus and RER). The place is outside city center, but it being accessible, not bad at all. The place is perfect for our group of 12, and enough washroom for everybody. Would difinitely book again if we are coming bavk to explore more of Paris.

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

nice place, comfortable and well connected with transport, 40 minutes from downtown.

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

Great apartment for those wishing to stay close to Orly airport. The apartment is small but very practical, with all the features in a quiet and quiet area. As for the landlord I have no doubt that he is an excellent person, very friendly and helpful. We made the most of it being a professional taxi driver and at a fair price took us to the places we wanted. It was excellent. Thank you Fatah.

We have not had such welcoming and helpful Airbnb hosts before! The accommodation was in a lovely garden seperate from the main house. We chose the location based on proximity to family, local shopping area and the RER with a quick link to central Paris.

Excellent accommodation, met our expectations! We really like the neighborhood, it's very safe and the apartment is close to the subway (which was essential for us)! Upon arrival, there was a basket of fruit and, halfway through the stay, we received clean towels. The bathroom really is small, but it met our needs (there were four of us, ideally there would be two bathrooms... but everything worked out!) Thank you to the hosts! The accommodation is identical to the photos!

Very nice apartment, easy to access, close to all amenities

I have an incredible time staying at Flavien's place. They were very proactive with all the information even before confirming the stay (including the under-work building), but none of it actually compared to the comfort that the actual home provided. The house was well crafted, it had amenities for short and long stays, the check-in and check-out was quite smooth, and Flavien was kind enough to store my luggage for a few extra hours. Not to mention the smell of fresh bread every time you get out of the house, and a very active Metro line literally 50m from the main door! Overall I would highly recommend this listing to anyone who wants to explore Paris, but also come back to a more peaceful place to rest at the end of the day.

Nicolas's house is very welcoming, with a beautiful view and very attention to detail from Nicolas who is really very good at communicating and providing useful tips for a really nice vacation. He is a very helpful host and was able to meet our requests, being very kind, you will have a good time with him! I recommend the house both for its beauty, for the quiet neighborhood, surrounded by nature and suitable for families with children and for its proximity to the Paris zoo.
