It was a very comfortable two-week stay.The surroundings are quiet and safe. There is also a nice restaurant.The host Mona support is also excellent.

We had a wonderful stay with Gregory and Aline! The accommodation was exactly as described – very clean, quiet and tastefully furnished. You can immediately tell that the hosts care about the well-being of their guests. Communication was always fast, warm and uncomplicated. We especially liked the loving details in the apartment as well as the quiet location. The check-in and check-out instructions were also clear and easy to follow. We had a wonderful stay at Raphaële’s beautiful studio in Le Marais. The space is just as stunning as it looks in the photos—thoughtfully designed, cozy, and full of character. The location is absolutely perfect: walking distance to the Seine, Centre Pompidou, Notre Dame, and tons of amazing restaurants and shops. Despite being so central, the apartment felt quiet and peaceful. Check-in was seamless with the lockbox, and Raphaële was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and clearly experienced. You can tell a lot of love and creativity went into designing the space. We especially loved the modern glass divider, artistic décor, and the warm, inviting lighting. Would definitely recommend this spot for couples or solo travelers looking to enjoy the best of Paris!

The apartment was very nice with an authentic Parisian feel. We loved sitting on the balcony with the clear view of the Eiffel Tower. Excellent bakery on the street below and grocery store around the corner. Very close to metro entrance. Amelie was easy to communicate with. Wonderful stay. We would highly recommend.

Bernhard was a very good host. He answered all our questions very quickly. We received the house in a very clean condition. The house is very close to the metro station, you can see the Eiffel Tower by walking for only 3-4 minutes.

This is one of those AirBnBs where I hesitate to write a glowing review only because I want to make sure it’s still available for us to rent again in the future 😉 This entire experience is what I wish all AirBnBs were. A home away from home that at once feels special and comfortable, lived-in yet clean and tidy, a place where you can imagine, for a short while, that you’re a Parisian local. The apartment was beautiful, quiet, and perfect for two adults and our 2-year-old. Philippe kindly provided a booster chair and a crib, but as she gets older, we plan to return and have her sleep in the twin bed. There were toys for her to enjoy, wine and a few groceries for us (thanks, Philippe!). We walked to the Jardin de Plants many times, frequented many cafés and delicious restaurants, shopped the Sunday markets - all in the neighborhood. We loved our surroundings and felt like locals. In a very good location.There was a subway station and bus stop just a short walk away, making it convenient to get to anywhere.There was also a delicious cafe and a bio grocery store by the house, so I had no trouble eating out or cooking my own meals.There are also a few parks where children can play, which was helpful.The Sacre Coeur was also just the right distance for a walk.Aline was always quick to respond and helpful in times of need.He always explained things politely.The neighborhood was really beautiful.I felt like the resident downstairs knocked several times.Maybe the footsteps can echo easily.

Isabelle’s place was really nice and in a great location for Le Bourget Airshow! Nothing was too much trouble for her and she responded always quickly! Great bed and great night sleeps! Good shops nearby with local good fast food restaurants! Would definitely recommend!!!

I used to live in Paris and have seen many apartments but I've never lived in such a spacious one. It's not in the main areas but the metro access is easy and there s a grocery store downstairs. I'd live there if I moved back to the city.

This place is a 10/10. Marie is super communicative met us upon check in and gave us a tour of the apartment going through everything we needed to know. The locations is beautiful and peaceful but very close to shops and local amenities in a short walking distance. The apartment was very clean and tidy

We loved staying at this location, the neighbourhood is so lovely, you can find in there anything you need. The place easily can fit 6 people, mattress are comfortable and our kids enjoyed watching Netflix. The communication with host was very easy and helpful

The location could not be better. The building was very safe and clean. We walked everywhere, the open market, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, metro stations etc etc. Catherine was very friendly, easy to communicate with and provided all sorts of ideas for our stay. We would definitely stay there again!

I highly recommend staying at Irina’s apartment. The location is perfect; 2 steps from line 1 metro station, a grocery store across the street and restaurants downstairs. Irina is very communicative and met all of our needs. The apartment itself was very clean with quality linens and towels. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris.
