Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Montreuil

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We hope to be back in the near future! Thank you Josefa!

Thomas was a great host, very accommodating and friendly. I briefly met Fanny who was also lovely! Really nice place to stay, peaceful. Some good restaurants nearby. Very comfy bed. Had a great stay.

Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Our stay was lovely from beginning to end. The studio had everything you might need, and the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean, bright and kept extremely nice. There is a tiny, well kept garden outside the bedroom window and a table with chairs to sit in front of the studio. Stephane could not have been more friendly or helpful and even offered the use of his own kitchen when there was a slight hiccup with the hob. The area is a lot nicer than it seems on google street view, very sweet and private, and extremely quiet and safe. The area around the Croix de Chaveaux, the nearest metro station, is slightly rough, but it did not feel dangerous, and we used the M1 and got out at Chateau de Vincennes, which also offered a beautiful walk back to the studio. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitly book again!

I have just returned from an amazing five nights in Paris. Nathalie’s place was my base and it really felt like a home from home. It was equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee maker with excellent coffee, and tea making facilities. There is a shop very close by where you can get supplies. It was very hot while I was there but there was a fan so I was able to keep cool especially at night. As a lone female traveller it felt very safe and secure only a 10 to 15 minute walk from the nearest station which was 15 minutes into Paris, and there were always other commuters going in the same direction even when I came home very late one evening about 11:30 pm. Nathalie was very friendly and welcoming, and very quick to reply to emails if I had any questions. Lovely Anya, the cat was always on hand to welcome you back at the end of a busy day, she is very sweet. I would definitely recommend this lovely little apartment in a peaceful setting.

Diana is very kind host and took care of all the necessities. We liked our stay at her place.

We had an amazing stay at Mike's. A real cocoon, the accommodation is very well equipped, sheltered from noise while being close to everything. It was really great! Thank you very much

Pascale's instructions were very clear for the arrival. The location of the accommodation is very convenient because it is located close to the RER A: ideal for getting to Paris quickly, and the accommodation was very quiet, at the back of a large garden, surrounded by greenery.

The apartman was clean and really close to metro. It was calm. The information was clear.

Beautiful, bright studio; well suited for 1-2 people. Well located, a little outside in a lively neighborhood with direct metro connection (2 minutes to the stop) to Paris center and bars/restaurants on site. Well-secured grounds, so you feel safe in the apartment and have a safe parking space for the car. Apartment furnished with everything you need. The only drawback: the house is very noisy and in the apartment next door there was hammering and drilling until late at night.

The location was impeccable, right next to the subway, which made all our trips very easy. The space was clean, comfortable, and as described. It went very well, highly recommend it!

Great spot, short walk to the metro. Metro line went direct to the centre of Paris and to Disneyland. Nice neighbourhood, felt safe even late at night and has a busy high street just around the corner full of local shops/bakery butcher etc. The place was spotless when we arrived, towels and linen were clean and good quality. Shower was great, beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped. Super overall experience.

It is definitely a place that is very worth staying, although it may seem small, the organization of things makes it really so, and the amount of things you can find in the accommodation, I loved it!!! I would definitely come back!!!

My mum and I had a fabulous stay at Christine’s Airbnb in Paris. It was beautifully decorated, and in a fantastic area with many cafes restaurants and bars. Christine’s apartment had everything you could possibly want for, and we felt right at home. Christine was a lovely friendly host and showed us everything we needed to know. We hope to stay longer next time!

Well, this is the first time i am writing and giving review to any place because this person deserves it. Wow what a man, human being, helped alot during my trip even super responsive, guided me even how to save money and not to over spend. This place felt like i am at home, super comfortable and coffee ofcourse wow. I will soon come again. Sir you're the best♥️ we will sing songs again together hehe cheers

Nice flat, was clean and quiet at night. The sofa bed was comfortable. Lovely area with lots of restaurants and bars nearby while not being too busy. Very near the metro so easy to travel to other parts of Paris.

Julian's accommodation is highly recommended. Although this is a bit far from Paris, you can get there quickly with the regional train. We had a nice stay there and would book it again at the next opportunity. Merci Julien!

Audrey’s place is on our Favorites List! The apartment was clean, cute & comfy with restful décor & plenty of windows for a light & bright environment. The location was in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. The Metro was a short walk away so we could get to the most popular areas in Paris easily & return later to a peaceful, calm evening. Several restaurants were nearby, as well as a terrific mid-week Farmer’s Market. The kitchen had plenty of cooking & eating utensils & dishes. The beds were comfortable & a fan was provided for each bedroom to bring in the cool night air. The bathroom was modern with a large tub/shower & the inhouse washer was a big plus. But the best part about Audrey’s place is Audrey! She provided concierge service, allowing us to ship a package to the apt. in advance of our arrival. It was there waiting for us when we opened the door. Instructions to find/access the apt. were very clear & Audrey was responsive to any questions we had. Three cheers for Audrey!!

With my husband, we rented the accommodation offered by Serge on the occasion of the wedding of our daughter Sarah. The quality of Serge's apartment brought us a lot of serenity for the final preparations of this wedding. We regularly rent accommodation when we travel in France, and it is rare to find an apartment that brings together so many qualities, (reception, amenities, location, etc.) A must-see during your Parisian stays, also due to the proximity to the metro line 9, which takes you directly to the Champs-Elysées!
