Nice moment in this welcoming and well-equipped chalet. If you like standardized homes, go your way. Here we are in a real Gruissan Chalet in its juice but quite comfortable and well-equipped. The plus: a huge and sunny terrace on which you will spend most of your time as long as the weather lends itself to it. Anyway, we'll be back. What a pleasure! We just had a perfect week at Vivi and Didier's place. We had the pleasure of meeting Didier at the beginning and end of our stay,he showed remarkable responsiveness and extreme kindness,we were able to exchange a little time with him without having to hurry,it was very pleasant. We even had the pleasure of finding a bottle of very fresh rosé that we immediately consumed to celebrate the start of the holidays. Regarding the accommodation,there is nothing to complain about, it was PERFECT,the location is ideal 50m from the beach on one side and 50m from shops on the other,close to the Salins and the beautiful beach of Vieille Nouvelle. Absolutely nothing is missing in this lovely cottage,tastefully decorated,clean and above all very well equipped. We felt at home and it's very appreciated! The neighborhood is very quiet especially at this time,refreshing and peaceful,we loved it!!! only one desire: go back! i'd recommend it sight unseen

Nathalie's chalet is the perfect illustration of what Gruissan Plage is all about - relaxed, full of character, no fuss. It's perfectly placed for the wonderful beach and the wide choice of restaurants, with shops just a two minute walk away. This is the second time we've been and the fact that we returned says everything about the place.

We had a great week at Eugénie's place. The house has all the necessary comforts, lots of cooking utensils, laundry and dishwashing equipment and products (clothes rack, laundry detergent, laundry clips, washing and drying machine, ironing board and iron, sponge, dish soap, dishwasher etc.), beach equipment and games, etc., etc. We found the accommodation very clean when we arrived. Eugenie was lovely and available. We will definitely come back to her place if we come back to Gruissan (very pretty city by the way, many activities nearby to do with family).

That's great! It's a private cottage, really private. We really enjoyed this totally private aspect of the cottage. It perfectly matches the photos, it is clean, tidy, contains everything we needed for a good stay as a partner. The location is very good: 5 minutes by car for shops. 10-15 minutes for hypermarkets and restaurants. 30 minutes for the beaches(Fortignan is the best), 30 minutes to walk around Sète(I highly recommend it). and quite a few other activities we did during our stay(Source de l 'Avy, Cascade de la Vis...) Hazaël and her husband were kind, welcoming, available and responsive. I would highly recommend.

Very good accommodation for 12 people. spacious and comfortable. the huge terrace facing the sea is a very nice plus. Stephanie was available and very friendly. We had a very good weekend of Festejades, accessible on foot or by bike.

great cottage and splendid terrace well exposed with plenty to prelasser, cushions, lounge chair, table and chairs . Cozy interior with a large sofa for rainy or overly windy days. close to the beach and shops, quiet, well equipped (sheets, towels, soap, toilet paper, spices and basic kit, dish soap and dishwasher tablets: very appreciated when you arrive;-) We really appreciated it and easy communication and organization with Easter. Recommended! in addition the beach is beautiful

A very nice chalet, very well equipped with a superb sea view. One small, tiny downside, the chalet number is missing on the facade, namely 46! I recommend this nice Airbnb without any worries and being sure that all future tenants will have a wonderful stay!

A very well decorated cottage, pleasant with a nice view and very functional. The Massif de la Clape is really a playground for mountain biking. Full of small beautiful villages all around, including Lagrasse with its abbey and a visit to the vinegar factory, a surprising place. Very good welcome from Véronique with a possible arrival the day before for part of the group .

It was very nice and we felt comfortable. A magical place in the middle of nature. Muriel is very friendly and accommodating and gave us great tips for exploring the area. We will be happy to come back. Thank you!

We had a pleasant stay at Chantal's, the accommodation is very well located in a quiet area without vis-à-vis. I recommend it. The more pools are a small and a large ideal for small children. Somewhat personal decor and accessories. Chantal is a very available host, very responsive, responds quickly to messages.

Beautiful cottage, very functional, and very close to the beach. We had a great time! The only downside is that the concierge service is not really punctual.

For the 4 time we went to the various chalets in Grouissan but this was the first time there were 2 of us. Veronique's hospitality, availability and courtesy are impeccable. The chalet located near the shops and a few meters from the chalet beach was exactly as described. The bathroom is particularly beautiful/original. Everything is extremely clean . The garden is very comfortable and functional although we have made little use of it due to the not-so-favorable weather. The chalet is highly recommended for a family with a child. We'll be back

Excellent stay at Alexandre's, very spacious accommodations and ideal for 2 families The amenities make it possible to take meals together, Alexandre was extremely responsive to all our questions. Only small downside / point of improvement: the lack of a dishwasher! Thank you for this trip

We used the 2 apartments because we were 10 and the 2 were really very well arranged, clean, pleasant. We were able to enjoy the terrace on the ground floor for breakfast and the freshness of a dining room at noon. Very good communication with Cécile, very responsive. I would highly recommend.
