For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

We had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Normandy! The location is perfect. It's in a quiet neighborhood, nestled in a lively city filled with great restaurants, shops, and just a short drive from beautiful beaches. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the host, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about the house and its amenities, making us feel right at home. The house itself is impeccably clean, beautifully furnished, and exudes luxury. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, and it truly felt like home from the moment we walked in. The amenities are top-notch, with a sauna, hot tub, and pool that were perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The whole family had a fantastic time, and these little extras really made our stay special. We’re already looking forward to our next visit! If you’re considering a stay in the area, this place comes highly recommended. It truly exceeded our expectations!

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. Spacious house, very well equipped and very well located

Very nice cottage, much bigger than expected! A great garden and terrace, which we unfortunately could only use to a limited extent because of the weather. Fabien and Muriel are very good hosts, respond immediately to questions, very nice and helpful! We can recommend the place!

It was a great stay in Amandine's beautiful house. Everything was very tastefully decorated, modern, nothing was missing and it was very clean. Amandine was very helpful and yet discreet. We can recommend everything without restriction and will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed spending a few days in this nice, functional, well-equipped and very pleasant accommodation! You can hear the sea and the birds singing from the very nice garden for eating outside or relaxing. The neighborhood is both peaceful and lively: good restaurant, café with concert, market, beach... you can do everything on foot! We'll be happy to go back! We spent a week with the family, very nice house (new) and very clean, quiet, near the shops of Passous, you can do everything on foot. very nice and welcoming hosts. Recommended without hesitation.

The accommodation was impeccable. We stayed there with our 2 children who slept in a pull-out bed. We had fresh air in the house despite the heatwave. Very friendly hosts.

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. Very pleasant stay in a quiet and welcoming place. Clean, bright, well-equipped and with sunshine;). Granville and Coutances next door. Beautiful beach 10-15’ walk. Isles of Chausey for the day very recommended from Granville.!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!
