Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Montmartin-sur-Mer

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. If someone guides you then that is fine. We will definitely be back! Thank you Delphine, your place rocks! 😎🇫🇷🙏🏻☀️ xxx

Super accommodation ... beautiful house ... great layout ... with the kitchen/diner and sitting room in one big room on the middle floor the Estuary views whilst eating or relaxing are quite wonderful !

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

We had a lovely weekend. The accommodation was as Virginie described, peaceful and a beautiful view of the bay and Mont St Michel. Small touches were waiting for us in the accommodation. Communication with Virginie was extremely friendly.

We felt at home!! Staying with Véronique and Jean Jacques was just AMAZING. In another word, I can't describe that. There were four of us with a young child and there was nothing missing. The accommodation is well equipped and offers everything your heart desires and is missing what or you have a concern, the two hosts are immediately there for you. We were even greeted with homemade sausages and other delicacies and Jean Jacques asked us if we, as he himself is traveling with his food truck at the surrounding markets, whether he should bring us fresh oysters. Especially with children, the accommodation is perfect because you have the huge fenced garden with swings, toys and large meadow at your disposal and all to yourself. Excursions to nearby sights are also possible without far driving. We will definitely be back and can 100% recommend this fantastic house

The geographical location of this accommodation is perfect for discovering the bay of Mont Saint Michel. The house and the large garden are very well maintained. Everything was perfect, we didn't miss anything. Dominique is a very friendly, pleasant and helpful host. She quickly told us about the surroundings, and gave us all the information we needed before and during our stay. Very attentive to our needs. We thank Dominique very much for her welcome and all her little touches that made our stay unforgettable. We felt at home and our exchanges were very friendly. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice accommodation that perfectly matches the description. Particularly clean and well-equipped with very pleasant little touches, bouquet of flowers from the garden on the table, tea, coffee, herbal tea, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper all well presented. My girlfriend and I stayed here for a night to be in the area of Mont Saint Michel because we were doing a tour of it the next day. You can see it from Cancale and it’s only a 35 minute drive The minute we walked into the Airbnb we were charmed. So much thought and nuance has been put into the place! We were impressed how well he used the space that he had to make the renovations he did. The shower was great, worked well and the whole apartment was super clean and had a very pleasant smell. The free parking is basically on top of the Airbnb and short two minute walk down some charming slate stairs. Even the parking lot overlooking the whole bay was like a big open arm welcome. We don’t like oysters or much seafood but if you do this is the place to get it. They are famous for their oysters! Definitely recommend, and also recommend other Airbnb hosts to stay there; to see how it’s done!

Very nice accommodation in a quiet area and close to St Malo, Cancale, Dînant.... Delphine offers quality accommodation. Many amenities are available. The beds are comfortable. In short, everything is there for a perfect stay. Thank you so much!

Accommodation in a good location and easy to access. Very well laid out, I recommend it.

Beautiful apartment near the beach, large and bright. The jacuzzi is comfortable and a real plus that we really enjoyed! The large bedroom is beautiful, but the light enters in the morning through the ceiling, it is better to have a mask on the eyes if you prefer to sleep in the dark :). Be sure to read the listing carefully as well, since sheets and towels are not included and are available at an additional cost, which I found surprising (I missed the information in the listing text and did not appreciate it).

We were delighted to find Luc's apartment again, warm and with all the necessities. The location is perfect (central, good restaurants nearby, walks...), and you don't get tired of the view of the port! Luc is responsive and accommodating, it helped us a lot.

The unit is very well equipped and matches the listing. There are various very well designed spaces. The hot tub area is a real plus. Would definitely stay there again.

A great stay by the sea. Morgane's place is perfect! It's beautiful, clean, convenient, good location and more. The interior is very well designed, spacious and comfortable. Everything you could possibly possibly need is available. The garden is beautiful, well exposed and above all well fenced (ideal with our dog). The hot tub is the plus we would not have thought about but which we enjoyed with pleasure. The beach is very close, the town is pretty and quiet and Morgane has a good suggestion if you are looking for activities nearby. We really had a great week, thank you again to our hosts for their great place and their responsiveness in answering our questions. I would recommend it in a second!

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

Very nice house, spacious and well arranged, suitable for adults and children, 5 min walk from the city center of Cancale and 15 min walk from the port. Brigitte is a very kind and accommodating host. We had a great stay with 3 families without ever stepping on each other!

Very qualitative accommodation, which matches the descriptions, allowing you to have a great stay. The beds are very comfortable, the hot tub is very large and the kitchen is very functional. 2km from the beaches and cabins of Gouville, no complaints

An ideal place to meet with family and enjoy visiting Mont Saint Michel and Cancal. The house is spacious and well thought out to enjoy the place peacefully. Birds, hares and rooster crowing on the terrace accompanied us to breakfast on the terrace. And a big thank you to Sophie for allowing us to travel with our four-legged friends.

We had a pleasant stay at Agnes's. It was a family weekend at 7 and we were like kings: the common area is great, super well suited for stays with others; each couple or person had their own private space; the terrace and its quiet garden overlooking the field in bloom is super nice! That was really cool!
