For a stay in Normandy, this is the ideal rental, located between Mont St Michel, St-Malo on one side and the landing beaches, Caen, Deauville, Etretat etc. on the other. Philippe welcomed us upon our arrival with kindness, a small bottle of cider in the fridge as a welcome. He listened to us in relation to what we wanted to visit and sent us good detailed addresses throughout our stay on the different visits and dining places and various things to do in the area. It's 100% satisfaction, we highly recommend it. Thank you again Philippe for all your advice, your welcome and your kindness. See you soon.

What an amazing place the pictures don’t do it justice. There was everything you need and more, it is very well equipped, from kitchen equipment, pool equipment and everyday necessities! We have two young boys and everything you require is already there. Our boys loved it, especially the play area and pool. Lovely hosts, lovely home and very clean and tidy If we are in the area again in the future we would no doubt book this again.

Very pleasant stay in this charming wooden cottage. The calm that reigns in the estate in the middle of nature, surrounded by horses and goats, allows a real disconnection. The indoor, heated pool with shower and toilet is really great and delighted our little girl as much as the parents! Access and departure in total autonomy allows a very comfortable flexibility. Thank you to Anaïs for her sympathy and pleasant exchanges, we will come back!

We had a great time with the family. Stephan welcomed us very warmly with a great island meal. Very large, and spacious accommodation, it offers a lot of activities, billiards / foosball / barbecue..... The jaccouzi is a big plus. I highly recommend!!:)

We had a very good stay. The place is peaceful! The cottage is very nice, very clean, and the bedding is good quality. The garden is charming! and the children were able to enjoy the pool.

Céline and Stéphane's house matches the description. Due to the weather, we could not make extensive use of the garden, pool and the available offer, bicycles, boules court, deck chairs. The pool was kindly already heated, you could swim relaxed. We were satisfied with the stay and the interaction with Céline, wishes (heating) were immediately fulfilled.

We had a great stay in this house that was really perfect. Everything was impeccable: very clean, well-equipped, nothing was missing. The view was incredible, and direct access to the beach is a real plus that makes all the difference. It's a rental that we recommend without hesitation, and that we will gladly rent again if the opportunity arises. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful house with stunning views. Superb decoration. Extremely well-equipped house with all the comforts for a memorable stay. "The Sound of the Waves" is aptly named. A true haven of peace. Great hosting by Florence who will give you plenty of good advice (remember to follow her instructions for access to the house!). Excellent welcome for dogs which is a big plus for me. The window to the sea - that's how I would describe the accommodation. No matter what the weather was, we could have just sat on the sofa for hours and enjoyed the fantastic view of the sea. Those who are allowed to vacation in Léa's accommodation can consider themselves very lucky: The cottage is freshly renovated, everything is very lovingly designed and well thought out. There are various areas to stay in, a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher and oven!) and various terraces in the garden from which you can see the sea. The surroundings are very suitable for a quiet holiday by the sea, in beautiful nature. Of course, you need a car and of course the weather is changeable, but that goes without saying. Communication with Léa was very straightforward and nice. If we could give more stars, we would. Thank you!!!

My family of five (three of them young children) stayed here for a few days during a three week journey around Europe. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to visit the D-Day sites and this home made our stay 100% enjoyable. It is my favorite AirBnB I have ever stayed in. It was perfectly clean, had everything we could have thought we needed, and the location was absolutely perfect. Thank you for letting us stay in such an amazing place!

Wow! What a fabulous place! A gorgeously renovated old Property with a modern approach and still keeping a character feel. Everything that was needed was available and more! Delphine was so helpful and responsive when we asked questions. The area is stunning, we visited Mont st Michel (2nd trip), Cancale centre, port, Dinan, Dol de Bretagne, Dinard. We swam on the hottest day at Plage port Mer which is a gorgeous beach. One thing to note only is that you need to reverse or drive out on to a sometimes busy side road. The space is even more beautiful in real life than in the photo. I recommend taking the time to stroll around the place, enjoying the terrace, the woods and the pond. The proximity of remarkable sites is appreciable. Nathalie's advice, especially for restaurants, was useful to us. Special touches: bouquet of flowers, gift basket, personalized note, champagne glasses at the spa were particularly appreciated. I highly recommend this beautiful accommodation 🤩

The house right on the sea was overwhelmingly beautiful. Very tasteful and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped from A as Austernbrecher to Z as Zitronenpresse, everything there to cook extensively. Internet super fast ! Sufficient thought was given to sockets and strips to charge electronic devices comfortably. The pellet stove is easy to use and brings a cozy atmosphere when it storms and is cold outside. The surroundings are wonderful for hiking and cycling. Small supermarket in Quinéville. Other good shopping in Quettehou (also great organic shop!) An unforgettable vacation!

We have spent our vacation here for the second time and for good reasons. This vacation home offers everything we want as a family. Quiet location, plenty of space and very good facilities. The view from the terrace to the sea is an absolute eye-catcher at any time of the day or night. We would be happy to come back to this wonderful place a third time!

The house in the dunes is beautifully located and at least as beautifully decorated. Everything is very clean and well cared for and Marion responds quickly and is helpful. You can walk into the dunes on the beach or relax in the pool or on a lounger in the sun. The only thing that was a little different than I thought is that the house is a little close to the public road. Not many people come by, but it is just a little less private. This would not prevent me from recommending this house and coming back again. It is also still very quiet and peaceful. Thank you Marion!

We were immediately charmed by the photos on the website, but in reality it was even better! The communication was perfect, the arrival was really warm and during the tour it was immediately clear that Philippe and Birgit do this with a lot of passion. The spacious house is not only super-clean but also hyper-completely furnished with a lot of taste: we felt right at home! It was a real pleasure to cook in this kitchen. Everything has been thought of. It is a perfect base to explore the beautiful region (Philippe and Birgit's tips are highly recommended). We were lucky that the weather was beautiful, but even in less weather it is a super cozy house. We have enjoyed XXXL. Recommended!

It was a great stay in Amandine's beautiful house. Everything was very tastefully decorated, modern, nothing was missing and it was very clean. Amandine was very helpful and yet discreet. We can recommend everything without restriction and will be happy to come back.
