Holiday rentals with a patio in Montgomery County

Wonderful stay. Takoma Park is a great little part of the DMV with close by amenities, including a super awesome Mexican place and local butcher with killer breakfast burritos. The apartment was just as advertised and very pleasant. Fish was a great host. Will be returning.

Jan was a great host and the place is super comfortable. The location is great. I highly recommend staying here if you're out this way. A heads up to anyone booking, there is construction on University starting at the corner with the 7-11. If you're going East, be sure to be prepared for some treacherous potholes as of June 1st 2025. We discovered that if we were driving to DC that taking a right at that light and keep going straight, eventually the GPS will not have you backtrack.

Wir waren vier Wochen in Jillians Apartment und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Eine Busstation ist fußläufig in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man in 20 Minuten an der National Mall. Wir sind mit dem Auto angereist und haben immer einen Parkplatz auf der Straße direkt vor dem Haus gefunden. Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Da sie im Sou­ter­rain liegt, gibt es leider nicht viel Tageslicht. Die Anreise konnte aufgrund des vorhandenen Zahlenschlosses individuell gestaltet werden. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Wohnung war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Da wir über einen längeren Zeitraum da waren, bot Jillian uns eine kostenlose Zwischenreinigung sowie frische Bettwäsche an. Neue Handtücher wurden jederzeit auf Nachfrage zur Verfügung gestellt. Zudem durften wir Jillians Waschmaschine und Trockner verwenden. Jillian stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und antwortete zeitnah.

Me and my fiancé had a great stay and enjoyed the surrounding area. It was very peaceful and the views at night were amazing. Would recommend!

For our visit to Maryland, we wanted a place that's clean, safe, quiet and relatively affordable, knowing we'd spend most of our time out and about and just come back to sleep, and Geetank's place was just that. First off, the entire driveway is reserved for guests' use. The kitchen and bathroom are both updated and clean. All the furniture is simple and functional. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, but also close to shops and restaurants. Geetank greeted us the moment we arrived. The next morning, when part of our family flew in on a red-eye flight and needed to catch up on sleep until noon, Greetank kept his upstairs noise to the minimum for the entire time and our family appreciate his extra effort. If we were to visit Maryland again, I wouldn't hesitate staying here again!

Great place would definitely stay agian

This home is in a very nice neighborhood tucked away and with in walking distance to UMD. There are stairs to get in and barstool height chairs. It is well furnished and very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and very helpful! I enjoyed 2 of their recommendations for dinner out! Great stay and highly recommend!

I recently stayed at Daniel's Airbnb while attending my uncle's funeral, and I cannot express how grateful I am for his hospitality. The home was incredibly inviting and warm, which made a world of difference during such a challenging time. Despite the circumstances, we felt at home thanks to the thoughtful touches and cozy atmosphere Daniel created. He was attentive and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. This property was very well listed, it was very clean and exceeded expectations. Easy parking and the place feels safe and clean. The hosts are amazing and we are very thankful for their hospitality. 15/10 recommend.

We stayed at Eric’s place for my son’s soccer tournament and had a great experience. The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Melaku’s place is very neat and clean. The place felt like home. Melaku is very responsive to any doubt. I stayed at this place with my parents who had travelled internationally for vacation here in the States. This is their first Airbnb experience. They absolutely loved it. Snacks and coffee added a great touch to our stay. Kitchen is well equipped. The neighborhood is peaceful.

Ronald's place was easy to access and felt comfortable. It was a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle of DC, and close to public transportation to get in and out of the city. Although the stay was quite comfortable, we did notice some things that could be improved for future stays, such as minor cleanliness issues, and access to fans and linens. Overall a good stay that I would recommend to others or possibly stay again with a large group (max 6 people).

This house had everything we needed for our stay. The added benefit was we could bring our small dogs. The yard was fenced so our dogs couldn’t run out. We used the park and ride at the Grosvenor station on the red line about a 15 minute ride. Patricia even left our dogs some yummy dog treats. We had an enjoyable stay!!

This is an exquisitely furnished, well maintained, pristinely clean, centrally located property. Rosalyn is easily accessible and deserves kudos for providing all linens and towels and bath supplies, as well as providing a well stocked kitchen in this beautiful setting. She even added a grill knowing it was going to be a summer like weekend. We would highly recommend treating yourself and friends or family to a stay at the terrace apartment! You will love it!

I stayed at Ruben's apartment with 3 moms and 4 kids ages 6-11. We were visiting the national zoo and stayed here after a long day walking around. We pulled up and there was street parking right in front of the building, which seems to be in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The kids had fun playing the board and card games that were there and exploring the back yard space. We were able to cook a simple dinner there, but noticed there weren't any kitchen knives or a cutting board, that would be my only feedback. Otherwise the space was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a family or small group visiting DC.

We had a great weekend stay-cation in this condo! The location is great and very walkable to many different things - restaurants, grocery stores, convenient stores, etc. The check-in process was seamless with Leslie’s thorough instructions. The condo was extremely clean and tidy. There were snacks and waters available as well as plenty of towels and toiletries. Leslie was very easy to get a hold of and very timely with responses to any questions we had. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable here and would absolutely book this location again!

Me and my husband had a truly fantastic stay here at the Jewelbox. It is in a very sweet neighborhood that is the perfect walking distance from E-bikes, a park, multiple bus stops, a gas station, and convenience stores. Each one of the hosts on this stay made me feel incredibly comfortable to say if I needed ANYTHING!! They put effort into making it very easy to find where to park, and took previous feedback to make things even better than before. I seriously loved the stay here and WILL BE returning⭐️

Great apartment! Sean’s apartment is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. It is completely quiet at night and the bed is good. There is a good vibe in the neighbourhood and the apartment is less than five minutes from a Green Line metro station that will take you directly to the best art museums in the city. Sean and his co-hosts are very helpful and responsive. I hope to come back to Washington one day and if that happens, I will definitely try to book Sean’s apartment again. Thank you Sean, Megan and Loren for all your helpfulness and a lovely stay!

Chris was the perfect host. The apartment was just perfect. Restaurant recommendations were spot on. Got to meet his wife and Phillip the cat, also very pleasant. Very responsive to our needs. Absolutely a great value for your money. Will definitely stay here if we come back to the DC area.
