We had a great stay at Casa Mango. The pictures were accurate and the place was spotless Laura the host was flawless, she’s was constantly available - giving us suggestions and advice through out our stay, very attentive and made our stay so much more enjoyable with the use of local knowledge. Inspiring, beautiful, luxurious and a view 10X of what is shared in the photos. Thank you for hosting me. The gated road with evening to late morning security guard outstanding. Gated neighborhood was impressive and secure. The residence here is ample in parking space, very well lit at nighttime and minimal in stairs for ease in accessibility. Exterior facing the valley and ocean with unobstructed view, large pool, comfortable and high-end exterior furniture, all facing the pacific ocean horizon and jungle valley is incredible to enjoy. Insects and bugs non issue, plus its apart far enough from neighbors to enjoy some calm volume level outdoor music. Interior is luxury, with floor to ceiling end wall to wall windows both front side / back side. AC is powerful, wifi too. Dining area, epic, couch tv's are epic. Bathrooms, Master Bedrooms and Guest rooms are all impressive. Everyone speaks to the mountain road upwards to arrive here. Its really nothing for any modern vehicle.

The house is really nicely done and the outdoor area and view are fantastic. The inside is very nice and there is a good amount of provided things to run a proper house. Only suggestion was to make the washing machine available to guests since it is listed as part of the house but sounds like a guest may have abused them. Otherwise would def come back (but will show them I know how to wash clothes like a human). Hill is very steep so do need a 4x4 or atv to go down to the beach but Rocamar is a minute away so it’s not so bad but walking would be a bit hard. If you surf it’s amazing since you overlook a good surf break so you know before you go if it’s breaking:)

Absolutely stunning villa in Costa Rica! The property was beautifully maintained, surrounded by lush nature, with Playa Hermosa only a short walk away. The interior was zen, spacious, and comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. What made the stay even more special was the host, Luis who was exceptionally welcoming and responsive, offering great local recommendations and making sure we had everything we needed. Make sure to check out El Facon while you are in town for one of the best meals you will ever have! I can't wait to come back.

Ramona is the most outstanding host I have ever encountered while using Airbnb. This trip was to celebrate a birthday and our stay was nothing short of perfect. Ramona was so responsive and checked in on us via chat throughout the stay to ensure we had a very smooth stay. Her home is just breathtaking and her assistance with getting my itinerary together which included a private chef, transportation, and excursions in such a short timeframe, I was speechless!! I cannot stop telling my friends about my experience and am already planning a trip back in 2026! Thank you so much for the unforgettable experience Ramona!

Wonderful house! Yoad was incredibly friendly and attentive. The property was just as described, with a beautiful view and a very private setting. Great location—close to supermarkets and shops. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a big plus. We’d definitely love to come back. A fantastic spot! I recommend!

The house and surrounding environment was incredibly we saw many animals including monkeys, butterflies, curious squirrels and many colourful birds where especially the hummingbirds gets very close to you if you wish. Anne-Laures is ever helpful and fast responding if you have questions about anything 😊. The place is literally almost in the jungle with a view above it and over the ocean and that is only a 10 minute drive in your 4x4 car. We loved our stay!! Absolutely beautiful interior design. Great lighting in the house, comfortable beds and a/c in every room. The pool and lounge chairs were great as well. They also provided beach towels for us and beach foldable chairs which was a nice touch. The location is really great, I personally would say you need a 4x4 to get up the hill (which is normally the case in santa teresa villas) so other than that, the location is very centric to the best restaurants and nice parts of the beach! Amazing stay in Santa Teresa made even better with Sami’s concierge! Emilio (concierge) was INCREDIBLE and the daily cleaning crew. Responded daily to all of my questions and inquiries about the home. Provided great recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The house was great, just what we needed. The pool, outdoor areas, kitchen, and bedrooms were all my favorites. Highly recommended!

Our friends rented this house a year ago and loved it so much that we decided to book it for our honeymoon, and we are happy we did. The Casa Mirame concierge team made everything flawless - from restaurant recommendations and setting up excursions, to even booking our 4x4 rental at the Cobano Airport. You need 4x4. The road is steep and partially unpaved. However, the drive is more than worth it. The home is spotless, includes daily maid service, looks better than the photos, and the views are magical. The place is totally private, and the pool is AMAZING. We would watch birds and listen to monkeys and the waves in the distance while the sun set.

We had a great stay for our friend’s Bachelorette! If driving, it may be a tough to find, the outside gate is not marked, but the local shuttle drivers know where it is. We were had contact with house manager, Leo, he helped with arranging meals, groceries, transportation, excursions and answered all questions. He was welcoming and patience. The cook was great, the meals she prepped were the best during our stay. The house was gorgeous, felt private, clean and very spacious for the 8 of us (just keep in mind that you’re in the jungle so expect lots of bugs and birds!). The bedrooms had ice cold AC, were spacious and very comfortable. The views are STUNNING and the pool was perfect. It was a 5-10 minute walk to Tango Mar Hotel and the beach.

Yonatan’s home and hospitality is the best experience I have ever had on AirBnb—the house is stunning, Yonatan’s communication was beyond excellent. He set up cabs for us, gave amazing restaurant recommendations, had a private link to set up excursions with Local Bird, a great delivery service to get groceries (SippDelivery) and had beer and wine and treats from the AMAZING local bakery waiting for us upon arrival. The beds are soooo comfortable and laundered to perfection by the housekeeper, Deyling, who comes every day. We brought my parents as a gift and it was a gift to us all that we chose Villa Kaleo. The pool is great, the view is gorgeous. We saw white face monkeys, iguanas, heard howler monkeys—all around the house. Highly recommend horseback riding with Oscar as well. GO!

This place is perfect. A very short walk to the beach, lots of wildlife surrounding the home, clean and comfortable. Great kitchen, and a quiet home big enough for everyone to have their own space to unwind and relax. We had howler monkeys visiting regularly, lots of unique birds coming and going all day, you are in the thick of the jungle while close to the ocean and the town. It’s quiet at night and the beds are very comfortable which is very important to us hoping to have a restful vacation, which is Exactly what this was. The host is very responsive and helpful in booking excursions and activities making our adventures fun and easy. Thanks for making our vacation a memorable one!

We had a great time at Villa Lasai! Sophie- the concierge, did a great job assisting us with anything we needed and the house itself is exactly what you see on the pictures- gorgeous with breathtaking views, great pool and outdoor area. I am not an early bird by any means but I enjoyed waking up early in this house a lot- hearing all the forest inhabitants, ocean waves breaking somewhere further make you want to start your day to see/feel more of that. The house is located up the hill and the road is partially paved which took us one full round trip to get used to, but once you get a hang of it- it’s totally fine just a bit bumpy. In terms of proximity to everything the location is great, once you’re down the hill- you’re on the main street of Santa Teresa with all the restaurants, shops and tons of ocean access points. Overall, would definitely recommend Villa Lasai and would love to come back here some time in the future!

I celebrated my birthday with my family in Picasa and was amazed not just the beautiful property but also Pierre- our host! I knew I picked the right place to celebrate. We had everything we needed & was accessible to everything. The place was an oasis & able to celebrate & spend quality time with my family. Thank you Pierre, we will be back. You were so warm & every one of us loved our stay!

This place is amazing! Great location right on the beach, beautiful interior space with absolutely stunning ocean view. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was incredible. The pool is a great was to cool off and the deck was a great place to lounge and just enjoy life.

My wife, 4 year old daughter, and 1 year old son had the best time at Julie’s place. Air con cranks, boho decor, beautiful front porch! The landscaping was amazing and the pool was perfect for the kids. Monkeys swing over you in the pool during the afternoon. Super close walk to beach to surf! Julie answered all our questions promptly and provided us with great recommendations. We rode horses during sunset referred by Julie and it was awesome! You are at the quieter north end of town. 5 star all the way! Thank you Julie!!!

The view and property were better than the photos!! The communication was helpful as we needed help assisting my mother in law who got sick while we were there. The location communication is spot on and clear, have 4x4 on, drive to map location they sent (definitely use the coordinates!!). The kitchen, wifi, pool, AC all worked well. It is noted that the AC is in the bedroom areas, we left the bedroom doors open to help cool down the living area when needed.....we were there the hottest month of the year and were comfortable the whole time. In the mornings we would open up the windows in the kitchen to hear the howler monkeys. Other reviewers mentioned that construction is ongoing in the neighborhood, this is true. The occasional noise was no big issue. We enjoyed sunsets at Brukkas, Banana Beach, Malpais playa suecos, and Manzanillo beach (must have 4x4) .... absolutely stunning!!!

This place is over-the-top awesome. Soaring ocean views, but the center of town is just down the hill. The two bedrooms upstairs had epic views and super comfortable king beds, and the third bedroom downstairs was perfect for the kids. Eti, the host, was super responsive and helped us book all kinds of adventures throughout our stay. There was daily cleaning and laundry from friendly staff. It's basically your own private luxury hotel in one of the world's perfect surf towns.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! The location is perfect for someone who enjoys peace and privacy while still being a short drive to all the action. The unit was beautiful and exactly as the photos showcase. It is extremely clean and the kitchen is fully stocked. Mar was an incredible host and he made sure we had everything we needed. Mar is very fast to respond to messages, and he even provided us with great recommendations for the area. We stayed for a week, and I wish we could have stayed forever. Don’t miss out on this place!

Beautiful. Comfortable. Cozy. This is a stay we will never forget!! Aside from the stunning views of the ocean and complete privacy, the villa is charming as can be - a chic bohemian beach paradise. If you’re looking to sip coffee and make breakfast in the morning, while listening to the sounds of nature (a symphony of birds, insects, and the occasional howler monkey roar) from your poolside hammock, this is the place for you!!! It will feel like you’re in a dream! Also, Fiona, our concierge, is a shining gem of a human - so kind and gracious and helpful!!! 11/10 would recommend this place. The only, and I mean ONLY, downside is that the villa is located a ways up the hill and the road is steep and treacherous in some places. We would definitely recommend a mode of transportation to get to the villa. We walked down into town most days and while we had to be careful, it was doable. The walk back up was quite challenging tho - a great workout for those more abled-bodied travelers.

Such a beautiful property. The view is impeccable. The staff was very attentive and responsive. The concierge service was a plus to pre-arrange transportation and excursions. We felt spoiled having breakfast delivered to our space every morning. The seclusion was nice to take a break from the noise and dusty main road. The trek up and down to Laloon is not for the weary but 100% worth it. Made our experience all that much more memorable. We can’t wait to come back!
